As I was in the process of moving, I was impressed by James' prompt and professional response to my request for gutter and roof repair over my leaking screen porch. Though I was actually out of state when the job was completed, James kept me informed with photos and videos of the work's progress. I would definitely use Exquisite Roofing and Restoration again and cannot recommend them enough.

Within the last 2 years I had a new roof put on my home. Everything seemed fine until a few months ago when I started to see water dripping down my wall and ceiling in my living room. I reached out to the company that installed my roof on numerous occasions. Three times I talked to someone and was promised that I would get a call back and I never did. A couple of nights ago during a bad thunderstorm things became worse. Fed up with the fact that I had not been able to get anyone to call me back from the company that installed my roof, I decided to call James based on the reviews I had seen. Boy am I glad that I did! James came when he said that he would and upon looking at the damage he informed us that the company that did my roof needs to be held responsible. He went above and beyond and made phone calls to people he knew in the industry and low and behold 5 minutes later I received a phone call from the original company apologizing and scheduling an appointment for later today. What a great first impression of someone who takes pride in his industry and wants to do right by the customer even when the customer isn't his. Anytime I need any roofing or gutter services in the future I will be calling James! Thank you James!

We are listing our house and had a downpour! We realized the gutter was leaking in several places. James (assessed the issue via pictures I sent) and came out quickly to fix the issue. James was professional and knowledgeable. We will be using again for any gutter or roofing needs!

James was very professional from the word go. He came and put a temporal fix while we were working on the time to instal the new roof. He worked with me very well.

I called and James got right back to me, dropped by the next day and then came back a second time to take pictures with his drone. Turned out the issue we could not see wasn't the roof, but squirrels chewing on the siding of the chimney. James went the second mile even though there was no business this time. We've been working with James since we bought our house almost a year ago. The previous owners didn't know anything about the roof, so we brought him out for an initial inspection. He has since been out several times to help in our war with a pesky woodpecker on our insanely high siding at the top of our chimney, as well as regular maintenance and small issues with our roof. The last time he came out, he noticed significant damage from Hurricane Zeta last fall, and we were able to get a new roof approved through our insurance with his help! It was just installed yesterday, and it looks absolutely gorgeous. James and his team were professional, efficient, and so quick!
