Express Roofing gave us a free inspection after some damage from hail , and we got our roof done with them. They were prompt and professional. 10 outta 10 recommend!

My time with Express Roofing was great. First off I had a leak during a bad rain storm, I gave them a call and they came out that night during the storm and tarped it up to prevent any more damage. They coordinated with my insurance adjuster and made sure to be here to help point anything out that they might have missed to help ensure insurance was going to cover it. Once approved by insurance they planned to put a whole new roof on 3 days after my approval. They stripped the old shingles, replaced some plywood that was damaged, placed new shingles down and cleaned up all the mess in under 5 hours (1600 Sq foot home.)

Express Roofing was very responsive upon contacting them. Ricky had our estimate to us within a few hours. They were able to get the roof done in about 6 hours. They cleaned up exceptionally well, no scraps were left behind from the old shingles. We got our estimate on a Thursday and the roof was replaced on the following Tuesday!

We had a storm blow through and tore some shingles off our shop roof. We gave express Roofing a call. They sent one of there expert technicians out to check out the damage. Justin was very professional and answered any questions we had. He made the process of getting our roof completely replaced hassle free and very quick of getting the job done. The crew they have are experts. I highly recommend giving Express roofing a call for all your roofing needs!

Express Roofing did a fantastic job installing my new roof last week. We had a terrible wind storm the following day and every shingle is still there!! Great experience working with them.

I was told they would give me an estimate in a couple days. I’ve called 3 times and left a message. We ended up going with another company. I like them so well my friend and her neighbor used them as well. The bright side I found an awesome roofing company.

THEY RUINED MY FLOWER GARDEN ON JUNE 2 I CALLED SENT PICS VIDEO AND EVERYTHING. THEY WERE EVER APOLOGETIC AND SAID THEY WOULD REPLACE MY FLOWERS WELL I CALLED BACK IN JULY AND ASKED WHAT HAPPEN AND AGAIN WAS EVER APOLOGETIC AND SAID THEY WOULD SEND ME A CHECK TO REPLACE THERE DAMAGES WELL ITS NOW AUGUST AND STILL NOTHING I HAVE CALLED TEXTED LEFT MESSAGES AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO ME....SO NO I DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD ARE COVER THERE DAMAGES

My neighbor had them look at his roof. We share the same building. They came out and tore shingles off my side and are now saying I need a roof. I called them and spoke with Dan , Dan was no help, he came out and told me they don't do business that way ,( but told me to contact my insurance company) scam if you ask me!! Now I have shingles missing. That they removed, just to get business.

Express roofing did our roof after we had wind damage to the shingles. James was reliable and easy to contact. He came while the insurance adjuster looked at our roof. He was able to get us on the schedule in a timely manner. His crew was respectful as they worked on our home. James or Daniel stayed on site almost the entire time the roof was going up. This was a relief as I’ve had a roof put on by another large company here in Lex and they sent their crew, but there was no one on site to ensure the job was done properly. James was easy to work with and I would recommend his services.

I've had two experiences with this company and have to say I am beyond delighted with their respect, professionalism and overall abilities. Like a first-responder, no one usually calls a roofer unless they are in a "pickle".

My first experience was after just buying my home, ten years after it was built. The shoddy workmanship by the builder left me with a bad leak in my garage over my '68 Camaro at the time. I called them to see if I needed a new roof. Ricky came and checked my roof saying it was in good shape. He did find the spot where the leak was coming into the garage. He walked me through how to fix the issue instead of taking me to the bank like he could have done.

My second experience was just this past week. As the seasons change we have been out on the back porch and noticed a significant drip. I had done what I thought was my due diligence to see if there was anything I could figure out on my own. I bought some "Stop Leak" from Lowe's but couldn't get the drip to subside. Long story short Chris Christy (not the NJ Governor) came out looked at the roof and was going to turn it over to the gutter contractor because of a drip-edge issue. Chris ended up coming out less than a week after I first called again to complete the job. He ended up fixing the drip-edge but helped me find out that my "problem" was again shoddy workmanship from the HVAC installer (my words not his). He didn't charge me for the job, despite dragging a 20-ft extension ladder around in the high-humidity and heat.

I've dealt a lot with customer service people and people dealing with a catastrophe throughout my life. Express Roofing does the very best in the industry to stay in contact and do whatever is absolute best for the customer. Thanks for taking the time to read my review

Completely satisfied with the whole process of getting my new roof with this company. Helped with the whole process and had it finished in a day. They cleaned up so hood that you couldn't even tell they had been at my house with the exception of the new and improved roof they installed. Would suggest these be people to anyone looking to get a new roof.

My roof had sustained damage due to recent storms of strong winds and hail. I called Steve and Ricky to see if they could come and inspect my roof...Ricky came that next day and confirmed that my roof had been damaged and needed replacement. Materials arrived the following week and roof replacement the next day. I went into work early that morning and passed the crew as they were coming to my house, before 7am. My intentions were to work a half day and come home around noon to see how the roof was coming along. I came home at 11:30 am and the crew was already finished (stripping old roof and replacement of new), cleaned up debris, and was gone...simply amazing. I went on the roof to inspect the work...which was excellent, and noticed they even cleaned my gutters. Thank you Express Roofing for your excellent craftsmanship and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone

While I don't have experience with their work, I called them and talked to Ricky Carter, who seemed very nice and accommodating on the phone. We worked out a time for me to call him when I would be home later that afternoon/evening. On my way home from work, I called and left him a voicemail. He never called back. I called him the next day, left him a voicemail. He never called back and that was 5 days ago. If he didn't want to look at the leak in my roof, he could at least call me back and tell me.
