Recently we have just finished up a renovation of our MasterBedroom and Master Bath . Jose and his team at Exponential Construction have done a Fabulous job on all aspects of this project.

I am A Licensed Constrution Supervisor and in March had to have Surgery. I had planned on doing alot of this renovation my self but my recovery made that prohibative. So ,I hired Jose who was an aquaintenace at church and there are NO REGRETS. Under his supervision the project moved along quickly and on budget.

The attension to details was great and his crew and the sub contractors he brought in were all very profeesional and completed all their work in a timely manner. The site was left clean after each work day and Jose does an Awesome job at communicating with Me ,the homeowner /costomer and all the workers. We were all always on the same page.

We look forward to having Exponential Construction back in the near future to over see some other renovation Projects.

Jose and his team are fantastic. They do excellent work AND they are punctual, polite, and affordable. They helped us remove a wall to merge our kitchen and dining room, and then they built a granite bar/peninsula off our kitchen counter and they replaced all of the ceiling fixtures in both rooms. We are very happy with the results - they did a great job, they worked efficiently and got the job done within a few weeks of requesting a quote, and they quoted a very fair price. I used Exponential for a bathroom remodel. Some rot had been seen in the subfloor when I bought the house, and the tub area still leaked, so it was time to bring the room up-to-date. It was effectively a full gut and replace.

I was generally happy with the overall project. Things took just a little longer than had been estimated, but this was largely due to outside forces at the time. Prices were reasonable, the work was solid, and the team was polite. Any minor nits I have to pick certainly wouldn't be enough to not use the crew again, and I already have another project in mind.

We hired Exponential Construction Corp. (ECC) to demolish an improperly installed deck that had rotted out itself and an unknown amount of the abutting house. From the very beginning of the quote process, ECC was extremely punctual and professional. The quote was fair for the scope of work. The only hangup in the quote process was that I wanted some assurance as to the level of repair to the house that would be done. It was so obvious to Jose that they would repair all of the damage they found that he almost didn't know why I was so hung up on it - almost as if he couldn't imagine that someone wouldn't make it perfect. With the project now done, I can say that making everything perfect is just how ECC operates.

The first day of the project was a total whirlwind, but it was clear that they were highly coordinated. In addition to the two carpenters who were working on the project (Junior and Gustavo, you are both amazing!), the owner Jose and supervisor Max were there both at the beginning and end of the day - they did not fire and forget this project. In just a handful of hours the deck was demolished and Jose was back to assess the damage and make a plan with us. There were unknowns and we knew that there may be additional expenses for things that were impossible to know before the deck was out, but Jose did not take advantage of us and we frankly paid a steal for the quality of repairs they did. Before we knew it, a flatbed truck was delivering palettes of materials. Even talking to the driver of that truck from another company, he sung the praises of working with ECC. In one day we knew that ECC was going to be able to make our home right again.

Over the following two weeks (only so long because there were numerous rainstorms, they were at our house on every clear day), Jose's team meticulously extracted all of the rot, repaired and extensively waterproofed everything. They had originally planned to re-use the concrete footing from the old deck but once exposed, they were not up to ECC's standards so they pulled them all out and poured three massive footings that may as well go to the center of the earth. The new framing and railing is so sturdy, constructed with not just nails and screws but massive bolts and sandwiches of boards in critical locations, that it may well be the strongest part of the whole house. The quality of the finish is great too - every board was spaced perfectly, every screw hole plugged, just done right. They even re-seeded the grass where they disturbed it to install the footings.

I could go on and on about every detail of the project, but really it was just all done right. We sleep better at night knowing that all of the rot is gone and will never come back where Jose and his team did their work. If you are considering ECC for your project, you will not be disappointed!

ECC was great! We wanted to upgrade our deck to get it up to code and done with composite. Jose and his team were excellent. They handled everything from start to finish and were very responsive. They finished well before we had originally thought they were going to. Will definitely be call them for the next project.

We have now used Exponential Construction two times and both experiences have exceeded expectations.

1) Our first project was to repair significant water damage that had occurred on our personal house over many years do to a badly designed second floor deck. Jose and his team were professional on their assessment and quote for the work. Once hired, the team was working long hours getting the necessary repairs in place to prevent any further damage. The completed work was phenomenal and our house looks better than it ever has. Entire experience working with the team was great.

2) A year or so later we needed work performed on a rental property that we owned. We never hesitated to give Jose and team a call again. The team showed up on schedule and completed the work ahead of our expectations. The entire apartment was updated include all new floors, remodeled bathroom and new painting across the entire apartment.

We highly recommend Exponential Construction for any home or commercial projects and would be happy to speak to anyone who is looking for a referral.

Exponential Construction fully finished our basement, making a large home theater/entertainment room and three other rooms. They also installed a large (and extremely heavy) beam so we could remove several posts. The work was excellent every step of the way and the finish work was top notch!

Jose, his Project Manager, and everyone on his team were extremely professional, patient, and hard working. The crew put serious hours in everyday and always cleaned up when they left. There was always clear communication, no surprises on price and Jose worked with us on financing.

I’ve worked with other contractors in the past and Jose is a step above the rest. He was always willing to listen and work with you on changes. I knew I could trust him to be fair and follow through on the details. I highly recommend the Exponential team!

Highly Recommended! I came across this company when another contractor was unable to finish the job. Communications were prompt and clear, service was timely, and quality of work was professional. Since the job was outdoors, the final painting portion of the service needed to be scheduled out a few months until warmer weather arrived all of which was explained and negotiated up front. Fast forward a few months, the company proactively reached out as soon as a few nice days came along and finished the job. I plan to hire them again when more work around the house is needed.

They repaired drywall and then painted the concrete walls, ceiling and floor in my basement working carefully around all pipes, vents, wires. It’s made a huge difference and I’m delighted with their work!

Jose and his entire crew did a substantial renovation in our condominium. They did quality work in a timely manner. They made a tight schedule work and overcame several supply chain delays. Jose and his team did a fantastic job on my home addition. I wanted an attached garage and they promptly got the building permits and got right to work. I manage a building supply company and am an avid DIYer but these guys greatly impressed me with the end result. They did the excavation, footings, foundation, new slab, demo, framing/beam installation and siding I couldn’t have imagined it coming out better. I will be highly recommending Jose and his crew to my customers in the future.

Phenomenal work. We hired exponential to bump out an interior wall (Frame and finish)and mount an electric Fireplace, mantel, and tv. It looks great and really completed our living room

Jose & his crew at Exponential were outstanding, in every way! The work completed was of the highest quality. He extended our deck, installed sonotubes & extra supports; built privacy wall with windows with laser cutouts & installed mosaic tile on then inside of the privacy wall, installed skirting around the bottom of the deck, moved the deck steps & installed a patio. He is very professional; on-time, & on-site almost everyday to oversee the work by his crew. He has also hired a project manager who was great to work with. This is the 3rd time I've hired them. Very satisfied with the timely and quality work they completed at my rental unit. They repaired dry wall. Prepped and painted walls, trims, closets and ceilings. They were very accommodating to my time constraints and got everything done on time. The price was affordable and the end result was exceptional. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again for future jobs.

Jose & his team did a fantastic job on replacing my house exits stairs. The stairs were shaky and unstable, it was basically a hazard. In two days, Jose and the team did a incredible job! The stairs look beautiful, they are stable, strong, and up to code. Highly Recommend

Jose and team are fantastic. He is a serial entrepreneur. Hard worker -- a go getter. We met him when he had a masonry business because his company fixed our retaining wall after it fell in the street. They did a beautiful job for less than the other 10 quotes we received, and several neighbors asked for his info to do their wall, as well as several friends to do interior work. Now he is a general contractor.
