David Cevallos easily facilitated and navigated the usual insurance nightmare and was the instrumental in making sure my townhome roof was promptly replaced as a result of storm damage.
David was top notch in all areas. He proactively handled the project from the initial inspection and subsequent discussions with myself and the insurance claims representative, to making sure that the roof replacement was completed properly and in a timely manner.
David’s knowledge and expertise enabled him to work with the insurance claims representative to make sure that my roof was replaced in accordance with proper building codes. He ensured that new and proper roofing materials were installed (and no existing material was reused).
On the day of installation David was on site and made sure that the roofing crew completed the installation job properly. He also completed a job site inspection to make sure the crew had completed proper cleanup before their departure.
Due to David’s knowledge and experience in all these areas, he was able to quickly resolve issues and navigate through the insurance red tape. As a result, my storm damaged roof was properly and promptly replaced. David is a true top notch asset to the company and to customers alike!

Andy Loot came to the house and offered to check my roof for any damage due to all the weather we have had. We agreed to allow him. Once he was finished he had documented damage so we filed a claim. He assisted us through the claims process with our insurance company. Now we are just waiting on the check. Very easy process from start to this pint and we and even picked out the shingles.

Phenomenal team led by Jason Yates. Had significant damage to a 10 y/o roof. Jason and the team worked with my insurance company to get a complete replacement with upgraded architectural shingles, new and superior underlayment, all new vent caps, and all the little extras that were required. The team arrived 7am sharp and got right to work. My hats off to them for doing such a fantastic job, in such sweltering heat - 90+ degrees today! Hello! I did not use Expert Exteriors for our roof, but my neighbors did. That said, I picked up a nail in my tire after their roof was put in. It could not be fixed and I had to spend $340 to get it replaced. I reached out to Expert Exteriors and they graciously reimbursed me for that unexpected expense within the same day. Superb experience! Phil was the go to from start to finish. My house had a very complicated job and took months for approvals. The house received asbestos remediation, and a full siding overhaul. David was amazing! I've known our roof needed to be replaced for several years and have been very skeptical of the endless parade of door-to-door salesmen. Nobody could guarantee the job would be done for exactly what insurance offered, with high quality materials, with a warranty, except Expert Exteriors.

They're a small shop so they don't have all the overhead of marketing etc. like MLM does so they keep their costs down but still hire fantastic subs who did a perfect job.

Even my Travelers insurance adjustor was impressed with David, which I understand never happens. My entire roof was replaced for just the cost of my deductible and we didn't pay a penny more.

When I signed with Expert Exteriors they only had 6 reviews, all 5 stars, and now they have dozens of 5 star reviews and deserve every one. My roof was replaced in August and I waited until now to leave a review to see if anything unexpected came up, but it didn't. Everything's perfect and I couldn't be happier.

Great overall experience from start to finish. I first spoke with Austin after two major storms passed through our area. I was concerned with damage because our roof was older. Austin was able to send out Andy the following day. Andy inspected my roof and confirmed there was damage. Andy then walked me through the entire process for filing an insurance claim. Andy was available for any questions I had and even showed up the same day the insurance company inspected my roof. I believe I was approved for an entire roof replacement due to Andy's knowledge and expertise.

I opted to replace my gutters as well. I recommend black gutters. Google photos, you won't regret it. It changed the overall look of my house.

This is Definitely, the company to call if you need a new roof. Scott Bolden from Expert Exteriors did everything he said he would do. The roofing crew that came out to our house, were very professional and fast. We had 5 pieces of bad plywood that they replaced, and their price was far less expensive than other companies quoted. The new roof now has a ridge vent that runs the entire ridge on all three roofs. The crew did a fantastic job and the clean-up was amazing. you can't tell they were even there. We had moved most everything away from the house and forgot a couple of things on the front stoop. they asked if it was ok to move them, and when they were done, they put them back exactly like they were when they showed up. We now have crickets at the chimney to divert the water away from just sitting at the chimney. Other companies that came by never even mentioned the fact that there weren't any crickets at the chimney. Expert Exteriors installed drip edge, on all the rakes and eves. Other companies told me that would be extra if I really thought I needed it. I will call Expert Exteriors to install new gutters and downspouts very soon. I can't imagine using anybody else. Scott is a very trustworthy person to deal with. There were no grey areas, he explained everything so we could understand everything that would be done. And he did everything he said he would do. If you need a new roof, do yourself a huge favor and call Expert Exteriors first.

We had a fantastic experience with David of Expert Exteriors. We had to have our roof replaced. It was an original roof from 2002 and suffered storm damage. We spoke with Austin initially and David came out within a few days for a free estimate (and even took care of a piece of flashing that was hanging, free of charge!). We had an estimate in hand soon after and he even met with our insurance adjuster during their inspection. He kept open communication every step of the way and even checked in on us when some bad storms were coming through before our roof replacement was scheduled. He answered questions quickly and knowledgeably and he stayed on site the entire time his crew was working. His crew were a wonderful group of gentlemen who were curtious and cleaned thoroughly after the job was complete. We didn’t find one nail or piece of trash after! Expert Exteriors provided all around great service. Croix came out to the site and listened to my needs and quickly provided a competitive quote for my home to upgrade gutters. Ever and his installation team did a great job while at my home to provide run-off for my rain barrels. After the first rain, there was a minor leak. When asked to fix, they came back, patched it up, and now it’s good to go. Definitely recommend!

Couple of hailstorms happened and I had a damage in the roof and there was a leak too, I reached out to couple of contractors but no one showed up. Insurance company did the inspection and did not approve fully. I was not happy and worried that I had to pay a lot from my pocket. There came Croix for rescue. Croix did a meticulous job with inspection and assessed the damage and disputed with insurance and got it approved.

Chris and his team did a fantastic job replacing my roof. Chris explained the process in a professional manner, answering all my questions (even the ones I knew to ask from when I dated a roofing salesman). He worked to find a replacement skylight that did not break the budget but fits. Kept me up to date and the report with pictures, a report, and the warranty. Would definitely recommend to a friend!
