Experior really knows roof technology. Mike is a true subject matter expert about roofing materials, installation and keeps up to date on the technological advances. I did a lot of research and interviewed several roofing companies and kept coming back to Experior. I am very happy with the roof and how efficient the Experior team worked. Mike and his crew did a fabulous job on my Colonial home in desperate need of a new roof. His team works like a “well- oiled” machine each member being fluid, meticulous, and proficient in their job tasks. Their clean-up was impeccable as well and overall job cost, most reasonable. Mike and his team did a great job. They showed up on time and knocked out the roof in 2 days. We had some rot that we both agreed was more than what was planned in the contract. He got a contractor in to fix the rot, and went above and beyond to make sure it was done on the timeline promised. Best part was he didn't ask for a dime until he was done.

We got a notice from our insurance company that our roof was at the end of its lifespan and we had two weeks to replace the roof or our homeowners policy would not be renewed. (Needless to say we were panicking.) A mutual friend recommended Mike and we are so grateful he did! Within two weeks not only was Mike able to order all the supplies and pull the roofing permit, they re-decked and shingled our entire roof, and ensured I had all the information every step of the way. The entire team was courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and left our property in great condition!

In home repair there is nothing dirtier or messier than having your shingles replaced. Mike and his crew arrived, completed the job, which included replacing 3 skylights, by dark. The next morning they were back to clean up and left my yard looking like they were never there. Very professional from quote to final invoice.

Mike and crew were phenomenal. Mike came out a day after calling to inspect my roof. He was honest, trustworthy, and considerate - took off his shoes when entering the house and always wore his mask.
We needed our roof done relatively quickly and from the day we signed the contract to completion, everything was smooth and super speedy. The dumpster was delivered one day, the next day the guys replaced our large roof (took them 2 days) and then the 4th day the dumpster was removed. In 4 days our roof was replaced and it looked like nothing had happened. Now we’re set for 50 years!! (Yes, you read that right!! - our roof has a 50 year warranty!!!!)
