I have used Exodus Plumbing for several years for my property management company rentals, and have always thought they did a great job. When I recently needed them to come repair/replace the sewer line in my own home, I was truly blown away with not only their service, but their professionalism, work ethic and just nice guys to be around. The job they did was perfect. 5 Stars isn’t enough so I’m adding another two for Chris and Luke! Thanks guys!

Exodus redid Our Deck off the back of the house for us they did an excellent job fixed any problems we might have had and always kept us up to date. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future for any projects we might have.

A few years ago we moved into a home that needed quite a bit of work done and we fortunately found Exodus Industries to take care of several jobs. Joaquin came and installed a tankless water heater and a bathroom sink, worked on a few toilets, etc. Going to a tankless water heater meant that some old pipes along the wall in the garage didn’t need to be there so they were removed and Joaquin asked if we had the garage paint color so that he could make the now exposed (unpainted) areas blend with the painted walls. There had also been a pole in the floor that protected the old water heater; Joaquin removed it and ground down what was left to make sure there were no sharp edges/tripping hazards. We considered this going above and beyond. Just yesterday we had a clogged kitchen drain and a spigot that needed replacing and Joaquin returned to take care of both issues. We have had many people into our fixer-upper to take care of various issues and none have been half as conscientious as Joaquin. Thank you to him and to Exodus Industries.

We had our a/c go out and Chase came by to service the unit. He was absolutely awesome and very easy to work with, I highly recommend them and him. Our upstairs air went out about 2.5 weeks ago, at the time I called another company that we have a maintenance contract with. They came out, said we needed a new control panel that they needed to order. 2 weeks later, after I called, they said it would be in on Thursday and they could put it in on Friday - well Friday came and went without a word from this big company. I called Exodus, they promptly came out, found the problem - which was not a control panel and fixed the unit at half the price Lee Company wanted to charge. They also went above and beyond and checked to see if the unit was still under warranty. If you want your HVAC worked on, please call Exodus!

We had Exodus do a huge remodel of our house recently—gutting kitchen, removing walls, vaulting ceilings in kitchen/great room and bedrooms and refinishing hardwoods in entire house. The remodel turned out even better than we envisioned! The professionalism of their employees and the quality of work was phenomenal. Often times they noticed things that were not done to their standard before we did. We have done numerous remodels, but the customer service of Exodus far surpassed others. When things went wrong, as they will in any remodel, Exodus was extremely responsive and remedied quickly. We are so happy that we went with Exodus and definitely will be using them again!

Exodus Industries exceeded our expectations! The team was very responsive, very professional and very very good at what they do. They remodeled our kitchen, painted most of the rooms in our home, hung new lights and did extra things to help improve our hone. I enjoyed each person that touched each phase of our project. They became our friends. I can’t say enough our kitchen is beautiful! We are so excited that we found Exodus and chose them for our remodeling project! We will use them again for upcoming projects!!

Much respect for Exodus industries. The technician, Chase, who came out to work on my AC unit was awesome and super nice and professional and knowledgeable and got the job done correctly and quickly. And had great communication.

Thankful to have Exodus Industries Inc as a great resource for our clients! They have a reputation of being hard working, experienced and knowledgable with a positive can-do mindset. They always exceed expectations and do excellent quality work, wether it is quick repair or a large project.

I'm sure they do great work, yet after coming out to give us an estimate on a large remodel/addition project, we were ghosted. It's been over a month now. I've called, emailed, texted, left messages and no one returns my calls, calls me back when they say they will, or answers my emails. It's okay if they want to pass on my project, but why pay your employees to come spend an hour at my home taking measurements and writing up what we'd like, to then just to stop responding and leave us in the dark? Very unprofessional in my opinion. Take that as you will.

It would be hard to be more satisfied with the quality of service and customer experience that I received with Exodus Industries. I had a mini-split HVAC system installed and the hole in the exterior wall repaired where the old system was located. All the employees I interacted with from the office personnel, billing, HVAC Technician, to the carpenter for the exterior finishing were professional, on time, personable, and accommodating. I will be keeping their card and plan to use them for all future work that they are willing to complete.

Thank you Exodus for always going beyond our expectations. We are a busy business servicing over 250 clients a day. When things break down we need quick action. Thanks for always over delivering.

Used Exodus for a bathroom re-do and wall take down in kitchen. Could not be happier with the work! Everyone I worked with was so knowledgeable and nice. I have since referred them to several friends!

I have used Exodus 12 years now for almost everything maintenance related to my homes. They have consistently done quality work. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC. They have replaced my HVAC . I called just today with a possible gas leak and they had someone here instantly. They are quick to respond in any scenario! Morning noon or night they will always respond and send someone if needed.
I have had no problems with any of the work they have performed. They are Professional, friendly and always willing to explain so I understand what needs to be done.

Exodus HVAC has see we voiced our A/C for years and I highly recommend!! They are quick to respond to service calls and very honest, not over or underselling anything .. We also had them install a new unit for our 2nd unit and they were done in record time !! And went above and beyond to clean up after removing the old unit !!

For me, Exodus installed a high quality HVAC at a great price. They’ve done several plumbing jobs in our old home. For concrete they poured a nice thick driveway w/drains. After a bad hot water heater burst, a beautiful restoration over several rooms.. And when bumps in the road occur...they’ve never ghosted out on me. It is what I consider a professional grade, never disappointing, skilled trades company.

I’ve used Exodus Industries for just about every home project or repair over the years. Most recently had to have our HVAC replaced. The HVAC specialist was very knowledgeable and gave options as to repair or replace, not giving misleading information to make a buck. The entire service was done promptly and with quality. All in all it’s a company you can trust. I will continue to use Exodus for any home needs in the future.

We used Exodus Industries HVAC for a replacement and HIGHLY recommend them! Quote was CONSIDERABLY less than other competitors who “assured” me the quote was lower because the work would be “poorly done”. Not the case at all! They came out next day, installed unit, and is running great! The Guys were humble and respectful- worked hard all day. Thankful for their work

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

They left incomplete work at my townhome, almost as though they just walked out on the job at the end of the day and never came back: exposed wires, exposed pipes, half done work in the kitchen (they only put half of the vent hood on, while the rest sat in a box). Upon addressing it with them, they told me that any effort to complete the work would be at ADDITIONAL cost and refused to even come back to COMPLETE the scoped work without payment in full. They were unprofessional and used unwarranted threats. The poor women in the office was nice to work with, despite the owners absolute lack of business acumen. I highly suggest that you pass on Exodus Industries and consider other options.

We had storm damage to our roof over a year ago and called Exodus Industries to give us a quote. Their quote was competitive and their work was excellent. They pulled our old roof off, made repairs, cut a ridge vent, put in architectural shingles and revisited us twice to make sure the work was done right and that we were happy with the results. One year later, everything is looking great. We are thankful we chose them for our repairs and highly recommend EI for others needing work done to their home.
