Matt Sayer is a top shelf carpenter that takes personal pride in his work. His work is complete and his workmanship is the best. He can work without direct supervision, and if hidden issues surface, he is considerate enough to make the homeowner aware of it, and how to resolve the matter safely and with efficiency.

His pricing is fair, his work is complete, and he has a crew of complete sub contractors to do anything necessary to complete the job.

He made my basement a great place to entertain company in. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Matt and his team finished our basement this past summer. He and his team communicated well and were on time and working nearly every day. Matt made suggestions but didn't push; he never tried to sell up. The work is high quality, and even the flooring guy, who was an outside contractor, was impressed with the work. We highly recommend Exemplar Carpentry to everyone looking to remodel, renovate, or finish a basement or home.
