Exclusive Design and Construction

If you are looking for a company that does great work, reasonably priced, and are just all around great guys, Exclusive Design is the company. Working with both Travis and Jesse was great. Our project went on WAY longer than planned because of supply issues, nothing to do with Exclusive Design. The guys were patient and considerate of the impact the delays had on our daily life. Travis really works hard to make sure his customers are happy and Jesse is great about following up and responding quickly. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

Our experience with Exclusive Design & Construction was spectacular. Jesse was our main contact, and he demonstrated professionalism and empathy. Our project involved reinstalling a kitchen range hood that was originally installed improperly. He helped us find cost-effective solutions with the least intrusive method possible. While still ensuring that the project was completed to our satisfaction. This saved us roughly a few thousand dollars based on other bids given to us that would have been more involved and required installing a new duct system . Even during the end-of-the-year holiday time, he got us early on the schedule.

Jesse and his team were amazing in the work they provided repairing my house after a tree fall. On top of that they were on top of communicating with not only myself but prompt with any requests from the insurance and other entity's throughout the process. I would 1000% percent recommend them for anything you need!

Jesse, Travis and the team from Exclusive Design and Construction did a beautiful job remodeling our master bath with a particular focus on a dramatic change to the shower room. We went from a 'closet' of a 48 inch shower within a small room with a pocket door to a fully tiled open area with half wall and a 36 x 60 inch new shower. The result of their great work exceeded our expectations. We are totally pleased. Travis, who handled the tile work, suggested great options for trim around the half wall and top of shower that provided a beautiful finish to the entire look. We are so happy with our new master bath that also includes new flooring, painting, lighting, sinks and fixtures. Jesse, Travis and team were easy to work with, had creative ideas that improved our initial ideas, and were skillful in translating these ideas to reality. We definitely recommend Exclusive Design and Construction and will call upon them again in the future should we embark on another remodeling project.

We have used this company twice as well as had them quote several projects we hope to have them do for us in the future. Prices are very reasonable and the work is high quality. Our roof had to be repaired and another company came and tarped our roof in the wrong spot and caused more damage and quoted a full and unnecessary repair. This contractor had a roofer at our home quickly who was able to repair all of the damage both causing the leak and from the tarping quickly and to a high standard. We recently called them back to have leaky hose bids replaced. They had a plumber at our house within days who did the work extremely quickly and everything is working amazing. They take all of the stress off of finding people and I don’t feel like I need to worry about the quality of work that is going to be done or if the workers are going to be respectful of my time or home.

We decided it was time for a bathroom remodel, and started collecting bids. We decided to go with Exclusive Design and Construction due to their professionalism, transparency, thorough breakdown of the project in the provided quote, positive reviews, and the portfolio on their website.

My remodel was lengthy, included total replacement of all plumbing (in and out), modernization of electrical system (including smart lighting/heating/exhaust), extensive tile work, soundproofing, and replacement of all finishes/fixtures/hardware. This bathroom is currently the only bathing facility in the house, so this was considered a major project.
Communication was timely, courteous, and accommodating. Project started on time, and good coordination with the sub-contractors allowed for streamlined process. Due to the custom lighting involved, the tilework was critical. Here, they went above and beyond expectations, showing knowledge & pride in their craft, delivering a quality finish.

The project was finished ahead of schedule and on budget, & I am very happy with the results. From design consultation to cleanup, they were professional, detailed, courteous. They were flexible in the design changes that were made to the project, and were on top of all ‘hiccups” that came up. I highly recommend Exclusive Design and Construction, and will be using them for future projects.
