After another plumber had rescheduled me twice, then cancelled, he came out the same day with a reasonable emergency fee and did a thorough job of dealing with my leak.

We first spoke over the phone regarding a leak in our main water line. Even though we didn’t end up needing his services at that time, I appreciated his transparency, honest advice, and the time he took to share his expertise. Fast forward about six months when we were ready to move forward, Kody came out for an inspection. After walking the property, crawlspace, answering all of our questions, and providing a detailed proposal, it was clear we had found the right journeyman.

There were some tree roots he had to get around that I was worried would need to be cut out, but he was able to work around them and get the hookup done. Once complete, he tidied up, packed his tools, and gave a clear summary of the job. It was efficient, easy and painless (for us!), and exactly what we were hoping for.

Efficient, Honest, and upfront. Speedy with the estimate and efficient with the scheduling. Replaced our pressure regulator at the street, which was a lot of work, and installed a ball valve for our hot water heater. Highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing work.

Kody is one of those professionals that is transparent with what can and should be done and isn't willing to compromise his ethical responsibility to "cut corners". He was up front about pricing, understood what we were looking for and what our priorities were based on our calendars, our kiddos, and other projects that we have going on at the house.

He worked with us to be sure his work was done before the electrician that will need to come do work in collaboration.

His communication is above and beyond via text, email, etc. - any way that works best for you. He makes sure you understand the short and long term ramifications of any of the choices that you might make. He is personable and held great rapport with others in my home, including kids and pets.

Kody was great. We had a blockage that seemed to resolve but I had made an appointment for him to come out and assess the situation. He got us in same day and when I called to let him know that the issue was back he pivoted to a service call for us. Very thankful that he was able to take care of the blockage and give us working bathrooms again!
