This is the second time that I had Juan and Triple J do some window/glass replacement and like just like the first time, it was a great process. From bid to cleanup they are honest, knowledgeable, timely, communicative and do an amazing job.

Juan and Tripe J Windows did a fabulous job replacing the foggy double-pane window in one of our old Jeld-Wen vinyl windows. Elapsed time from inspection/measurement to replacement was three days. We just finished a big glass project (24 windows / 38 window panels) with Triple J Windows and we could not be happier with Juan and his team. We explained our needs to four local window installers: (1) Eliminate the fake grids; and (2) Conserve energy through better-insulated windows. Juan was the only one who truly listened to our needs and identified the right solution. Our frames and sashes were all in perfect condition, we only needed to replace the double-pane panels of glass, the insulated gas units, or IGUs. Other installers pushed for total window replacement at 3-4 times the cost of Triple J’s estimate. Juan works with a wholesale company that makes IGUs to order and we learned there were 35 different glass options designed to meet different needs as well as different options for the spacer between the panes of glass. This led us into a deep dive on pros/cons of the various options to achieve maximum passive solar gain (needed in our far north home) but keep heat inside the home (the homeowners are both scientists). Juan patiently tracked down answers to all of our questions. He took careful measurements for all 38 IGUs. He brought a large crew who incredibly replaced 34 of the 38 IGUs in a single day (4 were handled later because the IGU manufacturer didn’t have them ready when Juan picked up the order). Because a few of the replacements came later, we were able to compare the improved thermal performance on new vs. old windows by gathering temperature readings on the glass surfaces inside and outside the house. As shown in the chart I’ve posted, the new windows do a much better job of keeping heat inside the house. Juan was great at communication throughout the project with regular text messages, emails, and periodic phone calls. We highly recommend choosing Juan and Triple J Windows for your window project - it’s now clear to us why he has over 100 five-star reviews.

I used Triple J to replace the glass of one window, Juan came on time to provide an estimate and explained the process and timeline. It took them less than a week from the time they took measurement to installation. I would use them anytime for glazing!

We had an emergency window replacement need at our house while it was raining and they came and boarded up same day and helped guide us in picking a good replacement that's hopefully safer. Window fell out during the weekend because it wasn’t ever properly installed, TripleJ Windows were the only ones that were able to come over that same day, take a look and have a order for a replacement, ending up having my window fixed earlier on that week! 10/10 will use again next time my house starts spitting windows out.

Triple J Windows did an incredible job. Juan was great at communicating. He installed our sliding glass door and noticed that the glass had some imperfections in it. Without hesitation, he arranged to have new glass ordered and came back to install it himself.

The new glass/door had trouble sliding as smoothly as the first door that was installed. However, Juan and his team did not rest until the door was as good as before.

My husband was mowing the lawn and a rock hit the sliding glass door. He called Juan for an estimate. He showed up within the hour. Juan ordered the glass and installed it perfectly. The rollers on the door were shot so he replaced those also. I should mention the rock incident happened on a Saturday and by the following Thursday everything was taken care of. We were very happy with the work and would highly recommend Triple J.

Awesome service. Juan was available to answer all my questions during our slider to french door conversion. It took a bit on my side to get the ball rolling but Juan was patient and kept checking in. Once we had the doors, it was a quick two days to get the old doors out and the new ones in. Did a great job making sure everything was neat and tidy during and after the task. Will definitely have him in mind for any future window or door needs in the future.

I can not brag enough about this company, at first I was skeptical to hire a company to renew my windows but I knew my windows from the 70s were very outdated.

My wife found them through Facebook, but you can Google Triple J Windows to find them. All the seals were broken on the 9 windows we have that face South. The plastic spacers between the 2 panes were sun burnt like charcoal. There were water stains and crud on the inside the windows. Cleaning didn't help. I got quotes from 2 other (large) companies. Both were about $2,000 per window. I always assumed when you had a bad window you just replaced the window, the whole window - frame and glass. But the frames were fine. The only problem was the glass. I didn't realize that I only needed to have the glass replaced. That's what Triple J does. Having one of those large companies replace our 9 windows would have cost $18,000. Triple J replaced the glass in all those windows (including the sliding glass door) for just $5,000. When you work with a large company that has a fleet of color wrapped work trucks, dozens of employees, an office staff, fancy full color ads and websites... you're paying for all of that, instead of just the glass and the labor to install it. They started the job sooner and completed it quicker that the large companies would have. Don't waste your money with the large companies. Juan and Lorenzo can swap out the glass for a price you can actually afford, and quickly too. Excellent job. No complaints whatsoever.

From the start, Triple J Windows was exceptional in every way. I will miss something if I write anything more than they were the best experience with a contractor I had ever had, and I've had my fair share. I highly recommend them for any window that needs repair or replacement.

Triple J Windows was very responsive from the first call. They quoted our project and got the windows ordered for our sunroom and came out and installed within 11 days.
The installation turned out to be more complicated than expected but the tech figured out the design problem and got both windows installed beautifully.

July 2023. Hi. Ordered Prime 9,000 Series windows with screens, installed, here at the home, just outside of Arlington. The very dated, leaking and mildew attracting, old double pane metal windows with grids, 3 older vinyl windows, and 2 newer vinyl windows replaced with Bronze to keep the heat of the sun out of the home. Found all windows shielded some of the heat from these new hotter summers. Also a large bronze window in Lynnwood at a rental to cut down on the summer heat. All work is acceptable and pricing is surprisingly fair. The local resident owner is top notch, refreshingly pleasant, patient, and easy to work with. What a great feeling to see clearly out of these windows at all the nature here. Perhaps consider moving forward and order your new windows soon!

We needed a window replaced that was broke. They were quick to respond and give us a quote. We ordered that window as well as decided to have our large front windows replaced while at it. Installation was quick and service was absolutely amazing. They gave us a good deal and we will definitely be using them again to replace our remaining windows. I highly recommend them!

We had Juan from Triple J come out and replace a window at an airplane hangar we have our office in at Arlington airport. I called him as no other companies would answer the phone. Juan not only picked up the phone...he fit me in to come look at the window in between jobs so he could get the new window ordered and get me on the books. He showed up today ON TIME and got the job done, cleaned up his mess and was just a great guy to deal with. We had to replace our window after a fire. He stopped by our place right away to take measurements and orders the windows that night itself. He kept us updated and installed the windows the day it arrived. He understood our situation and was willing to go extra mile.

Haven't met Juan in person yet but spoke on the phone with him. He's very personable, easy to talk to and I got an immediate quote over the phone. We will hire him when decide to have our windows installed.

Our back sliding door pane randomly shattered in the middle of the night. Juan was out the next day to take measurements and order glass to replace the broken pane.
