As a real estate professional, I will always count on Trevor .G. do home inspections for me. Trevor is very knowledgeable, helpful, thorough and my client really liked him. Trevor went above and beyond his expectations, and he could not have been more happier. Great inspector to work with, and I'd definitely recommend and use him again!

We recently had a leaking ceiling and had concerns about mold growth. Andy was very honest and helpful in identifying the problems throughout our home, and gave us some solutions to fix them. I hope we don’t have to be a repeat customer but if we do have other problems arise, we’ll be happy to call Everest again!

We had an 11 month warranty inspection recently. Andy and Trevor came out to conduct the inspection. Both were very nice, answered our questions, and found some things that need attention from our builder we would have never spotted on our own. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a home inspection.

I spotted more problems then the inspector during my 15 minute walk-around, they were there for hours. Then they took pictures of problems I pointed out and added them to there report. (I'm in the refelection of a couple) I sent a complaint privately and they ignored it. I understand that you might have a bad employee but the COMPANY should work with the consumer.

I worked with Andy, he was extremely professional and very responsive. I am an out of state real estate investor and Andy was extremely helpful in providing a detailed inspection of a home we are looking to purchase. We chose Everest because we were on a tight timeline for our home inspection and we wanted radon and sewer scope services. I called 4 or 5 other companies but Everest was the only one available to complete all the work in time. They ended up dropping the radon sensor off early so we could get our results back in time. If I didn't use Everest I would have needed to hire a separate provider for each service. Everest's rates were similar to the other inspectors I contacted so I'm glad I went with them.

As a real estate agent, it is so important for the clients to work with honest and thorough professionals. These guys are the greatest. They provide a beautiful easy to read report which is helpful if we need to negotiate any repairs on a home that is being purchased. They also work 7 days a week, so we we need them fast, they have always been able to accommodate. For my clients, they have traveled up to Forest Lake, down to Rochester and even over to Lake City. They check all the boxes for me and my clients.

Very professional and the home inspection was thorough. When they were done completing the inspection they made sure we knew everything that should be address with the home. Thanks for the solid work!

Everest Home Inspectors did an extremely thorough inspection and described all the things they found as we did the walkthrough. The inspectors who helped me both had a history with construction work, so they knew the easy to miss things so they found things I would not have even considered! The inspection Everest did on our new home was incredibly thorough! They covered every detail, even down to cracked grout in the shower and a missing knockout on a junction box. We really appreciated the helpful format of the report, which outlined each issue in an organized manner with relevant photos where necessary, as well as a general price estimate for each item.

Andy and Rich were both extremely helpful and professional. Both did a very detailed inspection of the house and gave us honest feedback about aspects of the property that we were looking to purchase. We will be looking to seek their help again with any future home purchase.

This was our first time working with Everest Inspectors as we are in the process of buying a new home. Tyler was very thorough when walking us through the house while going over what he took note of, what he thought about it, and how big of a concern it was. We got the report emailed to us the next day which was even more thorough, it went through every appliance and any area of concerns in the house. It even has links to the manuals to all of the major appliances which. We will definitely refer any friends to Everest and use them again if we ever need a home inspection in the future!
