The owner was knowledgeable and honest, and helped me out when my roof needed replaced. It was just before the weather was going to turn and he managed to squeeze my house in knowing I was in a tight spot. He also arranged for new gutters with my permission. The roof has been up for years and has not had a single issue. Not a leak now loss of shingle, despite our wind. I thoroughly recommend Todd Even for any construction job.

Todd and his team did outstanding work!

Our house had damaged flashing and we couldn't find a roofing team that would come fix it. I found Todd's company through Angi and called his number. To my surprise He answered immediately, and also followed up on text.

After learning the scope of the job, Todd arrived with his team 2 days later. He worked the entire day fixing the damage and checking the entire house for any other loose flashing. The job was completed the same day and my father said that Todd's work is the best he has ever seen from a hired crew.

Todd was fair with his price, respectful and so easy to work with. This hire was a dream come true. I plan to hire him again in the future.

We had a porch that needed re-shingling and Even Construction did a great job! Being it was a small job, there was no rush to get it done quickly, but Todd was able to re-shingle within a month. In order to do the job properly, they had to remove a ton of extra nails. They did a great job on clean-up. Highly recommend!!

I hired Even Construction for a roofing job and I’m very happy with the service I received. They were very knowledgeable about the different variables that can come into play when dealing with a roof, and they did a quick and efficient job. Plus, the laborers worked very hard, which I appreciated.

They get there as soon as they can and get the job done, making sure if there other issues they want to let them know. Great team.

My sidewalks and drive ways were usually cleared within 24 hours. There was some damage to the back yard after the first snow this year when the ground wasn't frozen. Some of the sod was plowed up. Other than that the service was good.

A wind storm pulled up several shingles on our roof cap. We called Todd and his guys were here in short order and took care of the problem in less than a half hour. Thank you very much.

This CROOK halfassed did my roof leaving it rotting in places which he was paid to fix, and instead left it to where my house had sustained SEVERE interior water damages. Pictures for proof!

He quoted me 25K to repair my roof, and left so much not fixed, just left rotting, that now the house has sustained 85% water damage on the interior portion of the house.

Todd has made several trips to “address” the issue, to no resolve, as he improperly did it in the first place, it leaks where roof points meet. Now he refuses to address it, admitted to my business associates of cutting corners to save him money, and left my house to a total loss.

With Todd’s horrible work, our house is looking to now be potentially condemned do to his negligence. And he won’t honor his roof warranty. I will be taking you to court! For the mold poisoning of my family, damages, relocation cost, and rent had to be paid to the second home which was your fault for improper repairs.

Todd's crew was very thorough, completed the job in a timely manner, and was respectful of our property. Our roof looks great! Todd and/or his crew have returned several times since completing the job to climb onto the roof to ensure the quality of their work.

Great service. Todd had folks out last year to patch the roof within a day after high winds and got it done before a rain that night. We had a full roof replacement this summer that only took about three days and looks great. They removed everything they could and did a pretty solid job at cleanup.

Todd and his crews have dealt with wind blown shingles, leaks, and arduous weather at our farm place for over a year. When it was time to replace the roof, Todd cleaned up and updated the entire roof from over 100 years of patch jobs, wood shakes, and decking. He communicated well, arrived when scheduled, and did a great job meeting our expectations. We look forward to working with his team for more projects!

Three years ago Todd shingled my house and replaced soffits. Did an excellent job and it looks awesome!! He just shingled my garage. His crew was done in 4 hours and they did a fantastic job. Arrived when he said they would, professional, and cleaned up after. Great job Todd!!

We ordered new windows thru Todd that had to be custom built due to the size. When they came to install them they where a perfect fit. We are so happy with the first windows we ordered the rest of the windows for the house. We highly recommend Todd.

Very professional and responsive company and crew. Easy to work with, wrote things up and sets away the insurance company understood what was going on and could process the claim. The roofing work was outstanding. I have referred this company to my daughter for her house, which is the highest compliment I could give.

Had a great experience. Who knew re-roofing a mobile home would be so messy? At lunch time, everything was a disaster. When I got home from work, other than an amazing new roof, you could not even tell work was accomplished - the clean up was so wonderful. I had an inside light fixture that fell during the process because I did not think to ensure they were fastened correctly before people were walking and working on my roof. Todd not only paid to repalce the fixture, but insisted on vacuuming up the glass. The price was comparable to a few other offers I got. If I needed another roof, I would not give a second thought to hiring Even Construction.

Even construction did very good work. I called him and gave him the information and he took it from there. They did my whole roof in one day . Ripped off the old ones and put on the new ones. Cleaned up after the work was done. I was so happy that it looked so good.
