Evan's Roofing was one of the few places in my area who had the experience to deal with my house's box gutters. They were courteous and professional and prompt. It was clear that they weren't trying to make me pay for more than I needed, but also informed me of problem spots they found along the way and possible solutions. Would recommend.

The Evans team came out to scape and reseal my box gutters. Prior to the arrival, I was given an estimate and a detailed description of the product they would use to reseal the gutters. The entire process took about two hours and when they were done they clean-up, leaving no trace of their presence, outside of some very nice looking box gutters. I also thought the price was fair. I will use Evans again in the future.

I had a leak somewhere, but not sure where it was coming from. We determined it was most likely coming from the flashing around the chimney. They responded quickly , actually a day earlier than scheduled. They did a great job replacing it and we have been in the dry since.

I was very pleased with the work Evens Roofing did to repair my slate roof. A couple storms caused damage to my roof this year and each time I used Evans Roofing and Gutters. They did a great job repairing damage.

Needing an expensive home repair can be a nerve wracking process. We needed a new roof and to have the box gutters repaired and lined--but Evans Roofing did such a good job that we almost enjoyed it. A very professionally run company--everyone was pleasant, responsive, and knew what they were talking about. The crews were unbelievably hard working--we had several neighbors comment on their good work (my neighbors can see our roof better than we can) and on how well they cleaned up each day of this several-day job. They started within the time promised, finished promptly and inspired confidence every step of the way. I wish all companies were this great.

Excellent service and communication throughout the process. Support staff was extremely helpful understanding the billing procedure. Had a very minor issue and they returned and very quicky corrected. I hope that we never need another new roof, but would certainly do business with Evans Roofing again. I recommend.

Evans installed a new rubber roof on our three-story apartment building in 2017. Because they had done such a great job, we invited them to bid on a package of roof and gutter repairs that included
- replacing four 35-foot gutters on our two garage buildings,
- replacing a skylight that had blown off during a storm,
- painting six large metal chimney stacks that were badly rusted, and
- improving the ventilation in the garage buildings to keep them cooler during the summer months.

It was truly a pleasure working with Evans on this project! Their pricing was very reasonable and highly competitive compared to other contractors who submitted bids. They removed the old garage gutters and installed beautiful new seamless gutters and gutter guards in record time. They also gave us great advice on our garage ventilation problem. Other vendors recommended more expensive solutions involving electric fans, but Evans recommended a "passive" approach using ridge vents and natural air circulation. The ridge vents look very nice (they did a great job of matching our existing shingles), and they have completely eliminated our ventilation issues. In addition to installing the new skylight and painting the chimney stacks on our main rubber roof, they performed a thorough maintenance inspection and made several other improvements (e.g. painting and reinforcing seals around a dozen vent pipes, repairing a loose piece of roof coping, etc.) that were covered under the original warranty.

We can't recommend Evans Roofing and Gutters highly enough. Their office staff, estimators, and project managers provided us with an outstanding customer service experience. Their workmanship is first-class. Our six large chimney stacks are not only protected from the elements, but they look like they've come straight from the factory after the terrific painting job that Evans did. Their pricing is highly competitive, they work closely with customers to find solutions that provide the best value-for-money, and they go above and beyond in honoring their warranties.

While it was a small job for them, they were very professional from answering the phone to sending me an invoice. They contacted me every step of the way to ensure I knew when they would be there from the estimator to the work crew. Operations called me back several times to ensure everything was going smoothly, which made me feel like a valued customer. They are professionals who care. I would certainly recommend them for any roofing needs and would not hesitate to use them again.

Evans Roofing has earned my business! They were very professional throughout the process, with a reasonable quote on the work provided within 24 hours. After agreeing to the quote I was scheduled for the repairs the same day (to assess the situation) and the next day (To actually do the work). The workmen did the job promptly and cleaned up afterwards. Home office communication was clear and effective. I got my roof repaired in record time thanks to Evans!

I trusted this company as they are a roofing company to do what they listed on an estimate. I now have to get a whole new roof and every they did was either done incorrectly or will be replaced with the new roof that I have to pay for. Please do your research and due diligence!! I feel that I was taken advantage of and my money was wasted!!!
I absolutely called you 3 times as you charged me for 4 vents and only could put 3 on because my roof is in such bad shape! I was advised 3 times that the business manage would call me and NEVER received a call back. Maybe you need to have better communication with your employees who are obviously not giving you customer correspondence.

Evans Roofing and Gutters did a tremendous job putting a new roof on my house. They arrived on time and the job was complete the same day. The crew also cleaned everything up so well you would never have known they were here. The new roof looks beautiful and I love the addition of the Exhaust Vent Solution they added also.

We own a 12,000-square-foot commercial building and needed a 1,000-square-foot roof replacement with multiple other roof areas repaired. We received multiple five-figure estimates from different roofers and couldn't bring ourselves to commit. We received a flyer from Evans Roofing on March 29th, and I called for a quote. Their estimator looked at our job on April 2nd, and their price was a fraction of that of other roofing companies. Plus, it came with a 25-year product warranty and a 15-year labor warranty. They completed the work on April 24th. The job would have been finished sooner, but we had multiple rainy days. I didn't have to call them one time. Their sales team and project managers kept me informed with every step. I would highly recommend this company.

Evan's roofing replaced my roof, tore down a chimney, & added ridge vents in a day and did it all at a reasonable price. Brad was awesome. He worked with my heating and cooling installers to figure out what was needed in order for me to take down the chimney. All around top notch service.

Evans Roofing did a wonderful job on my slate roof repair.
They really helped me by coming quickly to evaluate my roof. It seems my homeowners insurance would be cancelled if I didn't have the roof inspected and repaired within 30 days. It was panic time, not a lot of companies work on slate roof. Evans roofing really came through. Would recommend them to anyone.

I recently had some damage to a small section of the roof of my house. After going through the requisite insurance process, I began reaching out to roofing companies to gather information and estimates. I ultimately settled on Evans Roofing And Gutters because of the personal touches they had throughout the process. I spoke to multiple people on the phone and was kept very informed of the process that they would be using. When I let them know I was going to accept the estimate, they worked to find a slot in their schedule to get everything accommodated. The workers showed up on time, talked through the process and began the work immediately. They completed the work, walked me through what had been done and even though there was an unforeseen complication, they were back out quickly the next morning and took care of everything in an extremely professional manner. Not only will I use their services again if the need arises, I would recommend them to anyone having current issues with their roof or looking ahead to future services.

Pros: Evans does a great job of shooting straight with you about what's wrong, what's urgent and what can be saved for later. Ray was particularly helpful to talk to about the various concerns on our house. They provided really fair pricing for both box gutter lining and roof repair for us. They did a couple of bonus patches of our soffits for no extra cost. They won't try to convince you that you need an entire replacement or repair you don't need like a lot of other companies might do.

Con: Communication. They showed up at our house around 8am without any warning to work on our gutters. We had been told in email and our contract that it would be 4-6 weeks before they showed and that we would be given a head up. It wasn't until a half hour later that the office called and said a crew would stop by, which was obviously too late to let us know. Additionally, some of the things that were agreed upon on the phone were not communicated to the work crew, so the crew had to come out multiple times to finish those small pieces. Lastly, they sent a bill before those little pieces were complete and continued to call/email and hassle for payment of the bill.

However frustrating the communication issues were, overall I was really pleased with Evans and will definitely be using them in the future for any roof or box gutter needs.

Evan’s roofing is fantastic! I have a flat roof and at times it was hard to find a company to work on it. Thankfully I found Evans and they have done several repairs on my roof all of which were high quality, lasted and if I had any concerns they immediately addressed them. They are professional, responsive and they stand by their work. Their pricing has also always been very fair. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

I am pleased to provide unmitigated positive feedback on our complete roof replacement. Brad (our sales rep) was great to work with - patient with our scheduling and shingle selection delays, and then jumped on it to work with the installation team(s) to get it done while we were on vacation (at our request). The work looks great, noise and disruption for the neighbors was minimal, cleanup was excellent, and the team was very organized. Best of all, Evans was the low price bidder of 4 recommended roofers!

I had my flat roof done last year. They were great at figuring out where I needed another downspout to deal with water on the roof, unlike other companies who just wanted to slap on another layer of roofing. Yes, they were a bit more expensive (not way more expensive), but now I actually have a watertight roof that doesn't pool water. But nice or buy twice- or, in my case, buy twice and buy nice the second time. :/

Communicated well. Came out and gave me an estimate and then once I agreed to the estimate put me on the schedule and fulfilled the work on the date promised. Very easy to work with. I had the roof coating applied. Seems very nice and has a 25 year warranty.

We chose Evans Roofing to repair and replace a 4000 sq ft flat roof on a condo building in Lawrenceville. We're pleased with the results and also with the process. We were shown how a silicone coating over the roof would save money and carry a longer warranty than other products we consdered. There is a deck on the roof which they were able to efficiently remove and reassemble to apply the new roofing underneath. They also replaced two leaking skylights. Through the 10 days of work they were courteous, prompt and professional at all times

Brad Little was our estimator. He explained the quote and the process very well. The job was completed exactly as he explained it.
I was a little worried about possible damage to our vinyl deck, but the crew did a great job protecting deck and land scaping.
The cleanup was excellent. The job took one day ,and dumpster was removed the next day. The roof looks fantastic, and the warranty is outstanding. I got five estimates and Evan's was one of the two lowest prices. I highly recommend Evans roofing.

Recent high winds tore a downspout off of the side of our church. With accompanying heavy rains, water was leaking into our building. We have a flat metal roof and were struggling to find anyone who could do some repairs. Evans Roofing installed a silicon system on our kitchen roof, and we had a great experience. They responded to my request for a quote quickly, and when they came to do the work they did it efficiently and well. After the work was done they called to make sure everything went well. We will be going back to them in the near future to get the silicon installed on our main roof as well.

I’ve now had Evans roofing out to repair a botched repair by another company and to replace a flat roof on my garage. Staff was friendly, on time, and knowledgeable. I got my estimates and bills promptly, and the office staff was always pleasant.

The new roof looks great and repairs are holding well. There was a little bit of a wait to get on their schedule but honestly any decent quality company is booked out a bit and they did their best to get to my leaky roof as quick as they could. Definitely recommended!

Once the crew got out here and did the job, it turned out pretty good. We will see how it holds up with time but I had them do a lot of work on an old tile roof and they were the only company I felt comfortable to do the work after talking to 3 others. So, starting off with good advice helps and the end product featured their experience. I was even able to get them to find me a couple extra tiles that I couldn't find myself.

I've had a lot of trouble with my roof over the past 7 years. I've hired a number of roofers to fix the problems and they never did. A relative recommended Evans roofing because of their experiences so I gave them a call. They gave me a quote on the spot, did the repair and even fixed things that they found not included in the original agreement. The best thing is that after the last rain I discovered that my roof no longer leaks. A perfect repair at the right price. If additional problems come up I will definitely call Evens roofing.

We are very satisfied with the work done by Evans Roofing and Gutters. From the initial estimate to project completion, it all worked out well. We needed to replace our gutters and downspouts which were effectively completed and no issue afterwards. Griffin, our service manager was wonderful with updates and answering questions. He also fixed a portion of the fascia near the downspout and custom made the wood trim to match the original structure as well as the very top part of our front door. I rarely share a review so if you are reading this, do not hesitate to give them a call and to work with them. Your project will be well taken care of.

We had called several other roofing companies and either got no response or an appointment was set up and they never came. We were referred to Evans by a friend, called, they came out, sent an estimate the next day and our repairs were done yesterday. It was quality work. Everything was done and cleaned up on the same day. The workers were respectful and professional. We would refer Evans to friends and family.

I contacted Evans Roofing about repairing seams on my flat EPDM roof. They replied quickly, came out the same day and recommended a silicone roof coating. The service manager Griffin is knowledgeable, answered all my questions and acted with professionalism throughout the job.
