Had the opportunity to meet with Nate from ETCH Outdoor Living. He was professional, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable. He asked thoughtful questions, offered creative suggestions, and made a great impression overall!

Tyler has treated our yard this season so well. You can just see the very distinct difference of the untreated yard full of clover and how clean and beautiful our treated yard is. He doesn’t miss a spot. Very pleased.

Adam came out in a timely fashion, did a great job and even make sure all concrete surfaces were clean before leaving. Looking forward to future services

Good work. Jacob recognized the presence of something that should be removed. He said that another person from ETCH would care for it. I have not seen any evidence that he has come to our lawn for the treatment.

I was home, but busy, when he came so I wasn't paying particular attention. He was also servicing several other homes around me. ETCH has always done a great job for me.

Kyndal and team did an outstanding job installing the Christmas lights along our roof. We'll be repeat customers next season

Amazing team and service!! Very last minute I decided to add a lit outdoor wreath to our home for the holidays. Other places I called declined my request. Etch immediately accepted, sent a quote, accommodated to add my own bow, arrived on time, were super friendly and efficient and did an A+++ job. So appreciative of their prompt excellent service. Don't call other services--just contact Etch!!

Tyler was so kind to notify me of his arrival and asked if our dogs were inside. Then upon his departure he let me know that the service was completed and I could let our pups outside. Having that peace of mind is the ultimate in customer service. Thank you, Tyler!!

It was such an easy process to get Christmas lights! I just emailed, they sent me an estimate, I accepted it, and the lights were put up!! I’d highly recommend Etch! Great price as well. I have used other Christmas light companies before and Etch was MUCH more affordable!

He was very nice and gave me a heads up on when he was arriving and explained how it would need some rain to get the final fertilization toward the winter prep.

We used Etch for our outside lights this year. The techs came out and were so nice & friendly! They chatted with my husband and indicated if there were any issues to please reach out. We noticed that evening that one bulb had burned out and one had fallen out of its clip. We messaged Etch that evening and they were out the very next morning to fix it! Would highly recommend this company, they are the perfect example of great customer service & professionalism.
