I work for Russell Cellular, and we have a Verizon store out in Ames, IA that was in need of some carpet cleaning services. They got it taken care of the same day we called them and for a reasonable price! Highly recommend them.

I purchased a home, and I needed the carpet cleaning. I was searching local carpet cleaner, and no one could schedule me before one week. The owner of the “Clean Indeed” Mr. Yassir schedule me within 12 hours’ of notice, and he did a great job. I even could not able to present when they were working. I visited the home the day after they complete the job. The carpet was looks like newly installed, on top of that the nice smell was coming from the cleaning chemical. I had the pleasure of working with Clean Indeed to help remove a disaster of a pet stain and odor. The owner was immediately responsive when I called and was very flexible and was able to fit me in his schedule immediately. They were professional, efficient, and did quality work. On top of that, he worked with me the day of and days following on how to address future pet stains and proper clean procedures. He was kind and compassionate went beyond typical carpet cleaning service and truly cared about my needs. I will definitely continue to use his services in the future, even beyond carpet cleaning, with the businesses other offerings like restoration services. Hands down a 5 star experience and I highly recommend this business to others.

The good: Fixed our carpet from a water issue! Very fast reliable and knowledgeable! The bad: Three gentleman came over and fixed our carpet. I asked the head one how i can pay and he proceeds to tell me if I could do cash he would just charge me $300 so I gave him $300 cash. Next thing you know I check my credit card and they billed my credit card $482, (card was supposed to be stored for canceled appt) I proceeded to call the phone number on their website and instantly the owner told me he would credit me back the 300 and I must pay the higher amount! He didn’t even argue like this must happen all the time! Don’t give his employees cash!

Yassir is a GEM to this community and his service area. After discovering some mold under some vinyl flooring in our basement Yassir came out to inspect and give an estimate. He was so patient in answering my numerous questions and concerns. Honestly he gave enough helpful information during the estimate we could have turned around and done the work he explained that needed to be done, but for peace of mind we wanted to ensure things we’re taken care of by a professional. He is a perfectionist, great communicator, and a super friendly and pleasant contractor. He went above and beyond in the work he delivered, even doing a little extra (without charge) because I could tell he wanted to make sure things were complete through to the very end. I think that is the perfectionist in him! He offers honest, realistic, budget friendly solutions to meet current customer needs. Yassir also offered suggestions on how to avoid this situation in the future and provided some really great maintenance advice. You will feel good about spending your money with Clean Indeed.

When our sump pump could not keep up 3 weeks ago due to 5 inches of rain in 2 hrs I felt so defeated! We had just spent our entire Fall completely remodeling our basement. I was desperate to get my elderly parents drive way cleared of snow. They were completely snowed in. I contacted 13 snow removal places and not one of them would do it. Most wouldn’t even return my phone calls. Clean Indeed immediately picked up and although they were already fully booked for the day they promised they would squeeze me in and even though they would have to drive outside of their territory to do it, they still quoted a super reasonable price. Wow! What a company that cares about its customers. As fate would have it I ended up not needing to use them (long story) but I definitely will next time. What great customer service!!

Yassir went far above and beyond to help us! We recently moved and the carpets needed cleaned badly. We have used Clean Indeed twice now and both times they have been nothing but amazing.

The first time they replaced sub flooring in our master bathroom and put in a new flooring. Yassir was great, very professional, polite, timely and everything you would want in a contractor.

Today, our second time using clean indeed, they came out and fixed trim around one of our doors, resealed and put new trim around our tub in our second bathroom and lastly tightened the carpet and replaced a threshold in our living room. After it was all finished, Yassir helped me put the large area rug back, as well as the 3 piece sectional couch.

The challenge of installing carpet in an 800 sq.ft. Geodesic dome was met with skill and competence. The seams, edges and stairs were good as was the removal and cleanup. Great customer service throughout the process and also covid19 protocols were followed. We would highly recommend Clean Indeed for any future needs.

This place ruined my carpet. There is a 6'x6' area that has discolored spots. Whatever they used to spray dog urine reacted and left the spots.
When I first called to complain the owner told me to rub a vinegar and water solution on the spots and that would take care of it. I was so hopeful. That didn't work because the stains are permanent. I asked him to come back and look at the carpet again. We set up a time and He texted and said it was too cold outside. It was 42 degrees. I asked if they didn't clean carpet in the winter and he said that is an extra charge. He tried to blame me and said that I didn't tell him I had a dog. He knew I had a dog. We went round and round. He ended up doing nothing, which I could see coming from a mile away. Do not get this company!!

I’ve had Clean Indeed work on roof repair, wood damage, and window and driveway sealing. They always do a great job and provide details about the steps involved, which I find reassuring. They definitely go well beyond what is expected and I feel like they take pride in their work, which is not common, in my experience.

I was pleased to see the owner come out and inspect the carpet explaining to me why it looked darker in areas and also clearly explaining that caked on glitter mess was not something the property management paid to have removed. Basically they did all they could to clean this unit.
