I purchase all kinds of stuff from there they usually have a discounted wood product lumber products or lumber pieces when somebody orders a or purchases a sheet of lumber but they only need a portion of it they only have to pay for a portion of it you don't have to buy the whole 4x8 piece or 4x12 piece you can buy a two by six piece or three by five piece they usually have painting or stain products out or price to sell or for whatever reasons discounted they're okay they are friendly and they are helpful and they have products you need I just told you they're helpful they have products you need they're courteous friendly just the convenience of it and the fact that we laugh and joke cuz I've been in there enough times they know me and it's just good place

Recently picked out some stain for exterior of our house. Very helpful and friendly service. Provided some good advice. Highly recommend.

I walked in to a distracted dark haired young man at the desk who did not greet me. I am a senior woman, I asked him for the 2x8x10’s and some OSB. He told me to go to the yard to find it. I look all over in the back and then outside for a good 10 minutes, go back in and ask him specifically where and he YELLS at me and says - I’m sorry I didn’t tell you where in the yard. Very sarcastically, he was not wearing a vest but a lady with short reddish hair with him was and witnessed this and said/did nothing. Finally, I found Dave and he helped me with everything, I paid and the gentleman who checked me out was also kind and I was on my way. Nothing in the yard is marked at all. This is another leg of the Vanguard Group, which, in my experience, pretty consistently have poor customer service, high prices, paying workers low wages so they don’t care. Research where you shop before you shop there. I was working and there on company business, which could have been lucrative for them. I’ll cut my own trees before I go there again but thank you Dave.
