This company was wonderful and saved us from replacing the roofs on five large structures at a fraction of the price! Everything was shown and explained, leaving no questions unanswered. They truly cared about repairing the bad places and showed before and after pictures. The work is guaranteed for 5 years, the owners worked their tushies off and we couldn't be happier for the great job! They even cleaned our rain gutters!! Thank you!!

The communication was superb. Brennen explained how rehydrating my asphalt shingles would extend the life of my roof and their work is warranted for five years. He inspected the roof and took pictures of the areas that needed some repairs prior to applying the pet, people and plant friendly solution. He then provided me pictures of the work after it was completed.
Making my appointment for the service was easy and they were on time and prepared to do the job.
Both Brennen and his father Paul were super polite, friendly, and beautiful spirited people.

This sounds like a great product and thing to do for your roof, even with the limited technical data. The salesperson was not pushy and took the time to explain any questions and work with you based upon your personal situation. The cost was reasonable based upon the time spent and the attention to being respectful of own property outside and around the roof area during application of the product to the roof.

Very professional, very quick to respond, extremely detailed about work to be done and how it was going to be accomplished with pictures and detail pricing. Also precise time text messages about their schedule

Roof Maxx’s program to repair and recondition the old roof is excellent. I would recommend anyone with hail damage issues to contact them before totally replacing your roof.

Brennan responds quickly, answers questions thoroughly, shows up on time, and does a good job. We were very happy with him and more happy with the service he provides, especially since we have so many solar panels on our roof.

UPDATE: A few months after the job, we had a small problem with a leak. Brennan didn't cause the leak, but when I called him and asked him to take a look, he came out as fast as possible, found out exactly what happened, and took care of it. His care for his customers is outstanding!

I was sold on the Roof Maxx solution to extending the life of the roof on my house and large shed, so I did not need to be sold even prior to Brennan's quote visit. Before deciding on Roof Maxx, I looked at all ways that this can be done, both from a shingle rejuvenation perspective and from a water proof coating perspective.

Waterproofing shingles has some drawbacks if you don't completely seal the shingles. It also has some drawbacks if you do. From this standpoint, it just made sense to go with a product that soaks in and rejuvenates the shingle - to give back a lot of the life it had when it was new.

If you believe in the process, and I do, the choice to go with Roof Maxx was an easy one. Once I was convinced of the process and the solution, what remained was the value proposition. $3,300 (incl minor roof repairs) vs. $21,500 for a replacement roof and not covered by homeowner's insurance.

There are at least 2 other choices in the marketplace, with solutions nearly identical to Roof Maxx, but the other 2 companies typically make dealers of roofing companies, who are already in the roofing business and who already have a loyal customer base, to turn into dealers of their solutions, which translates to higher costs and quotes for you. This speaks volumes about the acceptance and viability of the process? If roofing companies are selling this concept, then it is a no-brainer that they believe in it. As such, the choice to go with Roof Maxx became obvious - same solution at less cost.

Brennan was very open and professional in his communications and thorough in presenting the virtues of Roof Maxx. He was even more thorough when he did the job. The brochure says the process is easy and quick. For some installer/contractors, I am sure it would be both, but Brennan did not rush through the job. He took additional time to make sure every corner was evenly coated. Further, he was very respectful of the property, vehicles and other items sitting about the house in terms of overspray.

All-in-all, 5 stars for value, professionalism, communication and follow-up. We will be happy to have him back in 5 years when it is time to extend the life of my 26 year old roof another 5 years!

Although the application cost was four digits and more, it beats getting a new roof and if your roof can benefit and is not too far gone, it should extend its life. The attention to detail and friendly and professional service these guys showed impressed me.
They were able to work with me even as I postponed the application for another month.

So very many really good things to say about Brennen and his Roof Maxx business. Our new style shingles were installed about 23 years ago. They are well into the first stages of old age. I am so opposed to not receiving max life from any investment and so grateful that the life of our steep and expensive roof can be extended. I was convinced when seeing their smooth outline beneath the first minor snow. Their impression clearly show that each of them lay nice and flat as they would when new. We can see major improvement already, actually the first afternoon which is now, 3 weeks ago. An excellent experience, with the rejuvenation and also the fine manner in which the sales was presented and completed. I fully endorse Brennen and this product. Very nice job, Thank you.
