Jordan was fabulous to work with on a new build project. He stayed true to the timeline and proposed budget, and when an unexpected complication arose--which will invariably happen--he helped navigate through various options for a workable solution. His experience in the area and in the business is invaluable and I am so thankful to be able to work with him again on the next project.

Jordan and team completed a remodel in our home and we were very pleased with all of the work that was done (on schedule and on budget). He and his team was professional and kind all while working around us still living in the home. Multiple times they went out of their way to make sure that all of the work was done to our liking and even made us aware of options that we had not considered. Premier Mountain Builders did an amazing job with our bathroom addition in Estes Park, CO. Jordan Nuffer is a consummate professional who worked with us to develop a design that suited our needs, was considerate of our budget limitations and worked with us to reach high-value solutions, enlisted a team of subcontractors who were top notch, and had the energy and skills to roll up his sleeves and do a lot of work himself. Jordan is an excellent communicator as well, which was important to us since we were back East during much of the construction process. When we got to a point in our project when we knew we had found the right guy, we enlisted Jordan's help in replacing a dozen windows in our 20 year-old cabin and in securing a high quality roofing contractor to put a new roof on our cabin before we installed our solar panels. The result of this effort is an outstanding bathroom space that perfectly blends modern and mountain aesthetics and fits seamlessly with our existing structure. We remodeled our old basement workshop. Jordan worked with us to to develop a reasonable project plan. Modification were acceptable and he worked with us to stay within budget. The workers were respectful and we were kept informed about the permit process and project progress.

Jordan was fantastic at remembering details, keeping track of the schedule, and staying on top of all the moving parts. His communication was top notch. Pricing was clear and transparent. The guys he used for framing, cabinetry, and for tiling were each skilled, friendly, professional. I would use Jordan again without hesitation, as well as the subcontractors he sent. Jordan was responsive and conscientious in the ways he took care of our home while all the work was being completed. Best of all, he helped my vision come to life!

We contracted with Premier Mountain Builders to remodel our 20+ year old shower in our vacation rental. Keep in mind that we live hundreds of miles away and could not monitor the project. We picked out the tile but left the shower pan and all other decisions up to Jordan. The project turned out fantastic and the transformation is amazing! Everything matches perfectly, the quality of workmanship is excellent, he is easy to work with, and it was completed in a compressed time frame. Very definitely a “premier” contractor in Northern Colorado.

From Start to Finish our experience with Premier Mountain Builders was excellent. They were professional, timely, maintained the discussed schedule, kept us updated every step of the way, & honored the contract. Our property is ran as a vacation rental, so that added another layer of complexity due to the incoming & outgoing of guests that we always have to keep in mind. Jordan, with Premier Mountain Builders, handled all of the construction with consideration of our requests & with the upmost care of our guests. We appreciate the quality work, the great communication, and the professionalism. We will definitely be using them again for other projects in the near future. Jordan and the PMB crew did a great job. All quoted items were delivered on time so didn’t interfere with rental guests. When additional damage was discovered Jordan sent me pictures with a description of the damage and cost to repair. We went through a simple process to approve the additional repairs and finish the decks. Jordan sent me pictures every step of the way so that I could see their work from my home in Houston. Jordan and the Premier Mountain Builders crew recently managed a multi-step project for our home in Grand County including structural work to the integrity of our attached garage and replacement of damaged elements of our garage roof, all between removing an existing problematic deck which sat on top of our garage to make the necessary fixes and then replacing and upgrading our rooftop deck once it went back on. In the end, we couldn't be happier with the PMB quality and service. Jordan and his team were exemplary communicators, reliable in their assessments, and very professional. They got work done quickly and the quality of their results were outstanding. Jordan/PMB handled a kitchen remodel, wall painting, and flooring demo/install for me on a vacation condo. Given the location, it was all handled remotely which required a lot of trust on both sides. Jordan was over-communicative, easy to work with, and honest with his evaluations on the work that needed to be done -- with the expected scope and when project challenges arose. His work is thorough and detailed, with clean and well-built results. I absolutely recommend working with him.
