Essence Construction built a sunroom off our family room. They did a fantastic job; it looks like it is an original part of the house.

Diego and his team are highly recommended by me. I was impressed by their Over the Top customer service. They gave a detailed bid for labor and materials and stuck to it, and hauled away all the construction debris. They were fast, friendly, so professional. WOW The roof looked amazing. They really went above and beyond!

We completed an extensive rehab of a home in Moses Lake in Sept 2024 using Diego and his team. Diego was outstanding to work with from beginning to the end. Very responsive, quality work, had lots of helpful suggestions and years of experience to help guide us through this process. We were 100% satisfied with the end results and truely feel like we were blessed to work with him. It can be nerve racking to trust contractors, but we had no issues with trust, money, quality or respect. I highly recommend using Essence Construction LLC!!

Diego and his team went above and beyond with our complete home remodel. They understood the look and vision we desired and exceeded what we thought was possible. Essence also came up with great ideas, when problems would arise, such as: (bad plumbing, wood rot, etc) which fixed these issues correctly and efficiently!
Our home went from looking worn down and dated, to brand new, with the help of Essence!
If you are in the market for any kind of home remodel, from the smallest of projects (inside or out) Essence is definitely who you should get in contact with!
