Eric Gill Roofing’s staff went to bat for us with our insurance company. They tarped the areas where the shingles had blown off. They came back two months later to retarp a couple of places that had been torn up from more heavy winds. Justina sent paperwork to me and the insurance company in a timely manner. She texted or called me with any updates throughout the process. Jon took photographs and posted all the needed information to the insurance company. Jon made several phone calls and submitted paperwork to keep on top of the claim. It took nine months of negotiations but we were finally approved for a new roof and we have Eric Gill’s dedicated employees to thank. The roofing employees were respectful of our property when they replaced the roof and picked up and hauled away all the debris. Eric Gill Roofing is very deserving of this five star rating and review!! I would recommend this company to anyone needing a great team of roofers.

They were so good to work with and we’re professional/honest in every way. The job was done in a timely manner and they started early and worked late. The roofing work is of great quality. We had to wait several months to get them scheduled and I am so glad we did. Highly recommend!!!

We had a large tree limb fall through the roof of our house along with significant shingle loss. Eric Gill was highly recommended to us from several folks who had used their services in our community because of their professional services. We were highly pleased with our new roof- the shingles are aligned well, the sun-roof was replaced properly, there was absolutely no debris left behind (including nails), and our large steep roof was replaced in one day. The crew was courteous and respectful, and showed concern with doing the job right. The company is very responsive and does a great job of staying in touch. The price was spot on with the adjuster’s assessment. I would absolutely use their services again in the future without thinking twice about it.

We had some storm damage on our garage roof and needed to have it replaced. It took awhile to get scheduled due to so many others in the area having damage as well but they were always very responsive and had the job completed in a day. It looks fantastic and was worth the wait for a quality install.

My roof was damaged in a wind storm and needed a complete replacement, Eric was who we chose to go with. He had the most reasonable and affordable quote. His crew was professional and very friendly! They took the time to say hello to my little boys who were curious about what they were doing.
They worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after themselves. There was no mess left behind as some neighbors seemed to have with their roof repairs. They even fixed some loose panels around my roof.

Happy, happy, happy. The whole process was easy with Gill. We had a storm damage replacement claim with State Farm. Gill had put our original roof on 15 hrs ago and it never leaked a drop. Finally we lost a bunch of shingles in a storm and it still didn’t leak. I told my insurance guy I wanted to use Gill and he said “do it, they are the best”. Easy estimate process and under budget. It took over a month to get the insurance money in the bank and I called to get on the schedule. Less than two weeks and my roof is on!

To anyone in the Bowling Green area needing residential roofing work, I cannot express smoothly the process went with Eric Gill Roofing. I had damage from the March 2023 storms, and they were fast and efficient at coming out to assist with emergency tarps, they were easy to keep in touch with via text messages, and when I got the call that they would be showing up to work - they showed up, and I can’t believe how much they got done, without sacrificing quality.

The crew that came to my home replaced my entire roof in two days. They were respectful of landscaping, security cameras, fenced off areas, and not blocking access to the farm. They finished late on a Saturday night, and on Monday morning at 6 am, were on the property getting the last of their things and doing a final walk through. At 7 am, I got a call from the owner of the company asking about how the job looked, and if I had any problems.

Monday afternoon, his office employee called to schedule a time to come out, see the roof, and meet with me on billing, and was very flexible to work with my schedule. On Tuesday morning, one of the crew managers called me to ask if he could come out and walk the site, check the roof, and also inspect clean up.

I understand that BG has had it’s full share of storm damage the last few years, and roofing has been an in demand job. Eric Gill Roofing kept me in the loop, checked in with me, promptly answered texts, and overall, left me feeling very happy with who I chose to work with.

The men completely replaced our roof in 1 day. They were careful of the existing landscaping and cleanup was through. The price was competitive and they used quality GAF roofing. Highly recommended.

Had them come patch my roof last year after a rain storm showed a leak. They came and completed the job for a reasonable price. However, a month or so after the leak was back in the same spot. I tried multiple times to get ahold of them. When I did they said they would coordinate a time to come back. Never did. And it proved extremely difficult to get them on the phone or receive a call back. So I moved on to someone else and you probably should too.

Great work, honest men, put on and bid and come out the next day and done the job would highly recommend.
