ER Roofing and Contracting replaced our roof after the hailstorm in March 2025. To say we’re pleased with the quality of work Carlos Trejo and his team did restoring our home is an understatement! He and Andriana are very professional and knowledgeable. Carlos managed the entire project, from opening our insurance claim, getting the crews scheduled, supervising the work, and filing our supplemental claim. There were a lot of balls in the air and Carlos did not drop one of them.

In addition to the new roof, the fence was power washed and stained, the chimney and other areas of our home were painted, and new gutters were installed. They also had to work around the removal and reinstallation of our solar panels. Carlos and Andriana were here for the roof replacement, with Carlos documenting additional repairs with phone and drone photos. He then verified all work was completed and was present for the final city inspection.

Carlos Trejo helped me with a claim that had already been denied twice. I honestly thought it would be denied a third time, but he made sure it was submitted correctly and followed up from the beginning of the process until the roof was installed. On the day of installation, he was here all day making sure everything was perfect. Excellent customer service.

Cesar Ramirez was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He did an excellent job walking us through the insurance and roofing process. On the first visit he placed a tarp over a hole to make sure our home would not sustain any further damage before the start of the project. I requested an early start time. He made sure his team was there and ready to start at 7:00 am. They were very professional, thorough, and finished the job very quickly.
