Equity Restoration - Roofing Remodel and Decks GA

The guys at Equity Restoration are amazing. Both Nathan and Alex have been awesome with helping us battle our insurance company after some storms in North Ga in August 2023. After constant push back from insurance we just got the claim approved on 4/2/2024(thanks to the efforts of the Equity guys jumping through hoops for insurance), materials were dropped off on the 4th and the new roof was installed by end of day on the 5th. I can not say enough about how quick and efficient these guys were. Myself being a pretty particular person, I walked the perimeter of my house expecting to have a couple handfuls of nails...nope. I have only found two, which is absolutely astounding. They got me as a customer for life after our experience.

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. Our neighborhood was hit by an EF-1 tornado in July of this year. Many of the homes in our neighborhood required roof replacement. My insurance company, Allstate, would only do a repair of my roof. I had three roofers tell me that I required a roof replacement. I fought with the insurance company for three weeks and got nowhere. Equity Restorations came in, and I allowed them to talk on my behalf to Allstate. They took pictures of the damage and performed testing. They convinced Allstate that I did need a roof replacement and they replace my roof in one day. The entire Roofing crew was very professional and beyond reproach. I highly recommend Equity Restoration for all your roofing needs. They did an awesome job!!

Nathan, and his crew is absolutely amazing! They delivered on every promise he made, and kept his word. He went the extra mile to make sure we knew what to expect going forward. I highly recommend equity Restoration!!

My personal experience with Nathan and the men employed by his company was without a doubt one of the best. The old shingle removal, replacing bad sheeting and installing new shingles was one of the smoothest construction jobs I've ever seen. The men were fast, polite, and very talented.
Wonderful job and I am pleased with the result. I would refer Equity Restoration to family and friends with no hesitation..

I am currently working with Nathan Shelinbarger and Equity Restoration and will updating my review when all the work is complete. I did want to respond to a review from two years ago that called out Nathan for being rude. I can tell you from first hand experience, that Nathan has had plenty of warranted opportunities to be rude to me. He has been nothing but professional, polite and receptive to my comments and requests. I fully anticipate being able to update my review with 5 stars to him and his organization.
Nathan is a good person, I don't question his integrity or his desire to do the right thing. I think that at the time we used his services he was in over his head. He has/had good people working for him on call, but from all appearances not a dedicated team. There were just too many things for him to follow up on and as a result too many things were not followed up on without constant communicatin on our part. Quality of work was fine, no problems with that. The two star review is a relection on the infancy of this organization (if you select 3 starts, which I had preferred to do, you do not get the option to state what you were unhappy about). Someday it may very well be a 5 star.

I was extremely satisfied with the work that Nathan's crew performed I can't think of anyone I would rather have install a roof on my home. I highly recommend equity restoration.

Nathan and his crew showed up on time, installed the roof in one day, cleaned up (picked up 99% of the old roofing nails, which is a LOT better than other companies), and had the old materials hailed away. Nathan is responsive and will do the best job for the best price. He made the experience of dealing with the insurance company an easy one.

Was given estimates that were a lot more money. Equity Restoration put a roof on my house for less than half of what it would have cost from other contractors. Put on upgraded shingles . It took them one day to complete the job. Gave a 10 year warranty on work.On time, very professional, Nathan and Chris were awesome ! 5 stars!!! Thank you guys!!!

Good Guy to deal with. Did a great job got the insurance company to pay for a lot of it. Put a roof on our storage house also in the deal. Even gave me the left over shingles. Fun experience.

Great Job!!! We had an immediate need for roof repair after a bad storm caused damage to our roof. Equity Restoration responded to the call and came out for inspection within an hour. A crew was out quickly and had the repairs totally completed in no time all in the same day. The repair work looks great and we highly would recommend working with this company.

Equity Restoration went above and beyond to meet the needs of my roof. I did my due diligence and reached out to 4 different roofing companies prior to reaching out to them. I have had to have 3 roofs put on my house now within 10 yrs because of poor workmanship. I was referred to Equity Restoration by a close friend. The owner of the company, Nathan, was so much fun to meet, christian man, witty, and extremely knowledgeable. He knew I had reached out to several other companies but was unaware of their bottom line. The 1st day I met him, I hired his company. He again, beat out four other local companies on price. We are so happy and pleased with this Company. We were told they would be at our house at 7:30 AM and they were. Everything we were told they would do, they did and they did a beautiful job. Cleaned up nicely when they were done, which was sameday. We highly recommend them. Great job.
