They were the only ones who came out today out of the two other roofing companies that we called. I had a small leak on my roof and I been dreading the outcome. Being a disabled veteran on a fixed income I was worried. They assessed the situation and had showed me what the issue was and what they did to fix it. They really didn’t have to fix it and I never expected them to, they really blew me away and I was very thankful for their kindness. If you want a trustworthy company with very warm employees this is the company to choose! My Ohana appreciates you all.

This is, without a doubt, the most capable and professional roofing company on Oahu. They work extremely hard to give you exactly what you want. They deliver a top-notch job, on time. The owner, Roni, is extremely customer focused...we took several weeks to decide what kind of roof we wanted, and he was so helpful, patient and supportive— as a result, we have the perfect roof for our home. Every one of the staff, from Roni to his foreman Peter and site leader Ryan to the fabulous guys who install the roofing materials, is the best in the business. (Roni told one of the guys who had a question to “do what you would do if it were YOUR house”! That shows how much they care about doing the job right.) They also cleaned up every day before leaving, followed up after the job was complete to ensure we were happy. Oh...and they also were extremely cost competitive. In today’s day and age, ERS is a rare find.

Prompt, professional and efficient are the perfect words to describe Roni and his crew! We are so happy with ERS that we hired them twice! The first time in 2016 for our own home, and this week to complete re-roofing for my parent's home. ERS comes out with competitive pricing if not lower than the other companies! Ron's great personality is a plus and he is such a joy to work with! As far as the work is concerned, nothing but high praise for the crew assigned to complete the job on our roof! The team arrives early and works quickly and efficiently to get the job done promptly! Thumbs up for the crew's neatness ensuring that our property was clean of all debris at the end of the day!
