They called my cellphone saying it was public record yet did not have my name. Your cellphone to my knowledge has never been public record being I have taken it off that list 10 years ago. They set up an appointment that I did not really want. 45 min or 30 min before the appointment they canceled the inspection. I was called by a guy named David to set up another appointment I told him how unprofessional it was that they canceled that close to the appointment. David knew nothing about the cancellation being he had called to see how it went days later. I told him to take my number off the list and not to call anymore. He said he did and I did not need to worry about it anymore. About a week later on a sat no less a guy named Emery Monty calls and tried to schedule another appointment to my surprise. As I tell Mr Monty I was not to be called anymore and I’m still not sure how he got my personal cellphone number he can stop calling before I go ahead and use my attorney to sue for harassment. Mr Monty felt that was funny. Never use this company. As a plumber that does service for the public I can’t even begin to explain how unprofessional the whole experience was but the laugh in your face under a company name for being told to stop calling like I have asked multiple times now was the cherry on top. The reviews I can tell you now are smokin mirrors.

Kyle Boyer my ECI rep was very helpful with the recent hail damage to my house. This is the second time I used this company. They did a great job repairing my roof 2 years ago. Kyle answered all my questions & concerns when dealing with the insurance company. He’s very knowledgeable, reliable and thorough.

Had some hail damage occur in March and got in contact with ECI. From the inspection to roof replacement they were stellar, everyone that I was in contact with were great, from not only how they treated me to helping me understand how it all works with insurance and the process as this is my first home. From start to finish they kept me up to date with information and time frames of when things would happen and be getting done. Great experience, great people and a great job all around. The roof looks fantastic and would recommend them to anyone that's needing a roof replacement from damage or otherwise.

We had a lot of roofs being put on. ECI called and asked if they could check my roof. I said sure. Kyle came out said we have damage. He called my insurance company and helped to start a claim. He is coming back tomorrow to meet with the insurance inspector.

This is the second time we are using ECI for storm repairs. Our Rep Kyle is very helpful and made the experience very painless. He answered all our questions and is working directly with our insurance carrier. We would highly recommend ECI and our Storm Damage Specialist Kyle Boyer .

Enterprise Contracting or ECI is a fantastic roofing company! From the kind salesmen to the careful installers, they are the best. What really blew my mind was that they sent out a person to inspect the roof afterwards to make sure the roof was perfect. I never had a company who was so conscientious!

Enterprise contracting made the process of getting a new roof covered by insurance and easy process. They did all the hard work and made sure that I got the maximum value out of my policy. Jordan was especially great to work with from being easy to communicate with and taking the initiative to be present when the adjuster visited. He made the process his priority and that made all the difference in my experience working with enterprise.

Enterprise Contracting has made this process so easy to navigate through with the insurance. From the first call with Gavin Wencker, he's been so informative and walked through the process with us. He's very punctual and very friendly to deal with.

Jordan Martin was our salesperson. He was very patient and took his time explaining the process, paperwork and what to expect dealing with the insurance company. He took his time explaining every item on the agreement. I felt that he actually cared that we understand the process, what to expect and when to expect things to happen. I really appreciatecd his demeanor and personality. I would definitely recommend working with this young man.

Enterprise Contracting Inc was at a neighbor's house and I asked who they were. My neighbor asked if I wanted them to look at my roof as well and I stated "as long as they are nice"...and that they were!! Gavin was very polite and very educated about my roof. He is a friendly and timely person. I will recommend him and this roofing company to others!

My grandmother asked me to call this guy as she thought she paid the full amount that was due, granted she has dementia and doesn't recall things very well. The guy was not only rude enough to have her visibly shaking when I came to check her records, but within a 4 day span two of which were weekend days(including fathers day) and was so rude that I had to hang up on him. I am sorry that my grandmother with dementia was not the ideal client for you, I would recommend getting a sales person to handle your sales and follow up calls as you catch more bees with honey than vinegar. I would give 0 stars but that was not an option.

Will Richardson has been great and really friendly making the whole process easier and he's great with animals which has helped alot.

I live alone and have never filed an insurance claim. Ryan McGowan came out and did a complete inspection of my property. He dealt with the insurance company and explained everything to me. After all the paperwork was completed he went back up on the roof. He patched an area where the rain may get into my attic. I would recommend Ryan to anyone. This was a very easy appointment.

He really helped us navigate and understand how our insurance worked after our roof was damaged. Enterprise was very responsive and got a tarp put on our roof very quickly which prevented further damage. Seems like a straightforward, quality company.

Overall we had a great experience getting our roof replaced by Enterprise. They were flexible to schedule an initial consultation, submitted timely reports to the insurance company and helped us navigate the entire process. Our new roof looks great and we’re happy with the final product. 4/5 stars because of communication regarding how long it would take to get on the schedule and actually have a team replace the roof. I had to call the office to get updates because we didn’t automatically get updates as there were weather delays. We initially started the process in mid-November and it was late March before our roof was complete. Good company and would recommend to others.

We reached out to Kyle Boyer with ECI after the recent storms in our area. He was able to stop by, assess our roof and siding and gave us some insights on the extent of the damage we have to our house. Very professional and knowledgeable about what is going to be needed to make repairs to our house.

After the recent storms, a friend gave me the phone number of Kyle Boyer at ECI Roof. Kyle came out and asked me to show him a few areas of concern then he climbed up to the roof and took some pics of his own to show me the extent of the damage. Kyle was very professional and answered any and all of my questions until I was satisfied enough to make my decision about filing a claim. I highly recommend Kyle and his team.

We received a call from Enterprize Contracting about the tornado that came through our subdivision on March 14 and wanted to know if we had an inspection of damage. She was very helpful and set a date for Gavin Wencker to come out.

Gavin was very punctual and very knowledgeable. He explained how the inspection would go and all that he would inspect.

When he finished he explains what damage he found from the wind and the hail damage. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained he would like to meet with the insurance inspector to make sure no damage was missed. Gavin was very helpful.

Gavin was very quick to respond and look at storm damage at our home. Will be working closely with with our insurance company so we don't have to go it alone. Referred to me by my father who was very pleased with their work so I trust they will do good work for us as well!

This company is great… worked with a guy name Eric and was very professional and helpful… walked me through everything from the insurance part to the actual roofing end of it… all ways available didn’t have to chase anyone down for answers… Eric and the company was great and the job they do

I hired Enterprise to put on a new roof. The timing and work was great. After the insurance money came in, I was disputing the insurance claim amount due to the additional charges. During this process I received a letter from an attorney for collection of the additional amount and was charged 4.5% interest on top of the amount owed. This was all during the dispute to the insurance company. I plan on paying the amount but cannot recommend enterprise due to the additional charges incurred.

It took awhile to get started and I understood that it would be, and thank goodness it got done before the snow came, and it looks very nice.

Overall this company did a great job and I would recommend to anybody, just have to be patient because they are a very busy group of ppl.

I was a little late to the game getting my roof inspected after the May 2024 hail storm. But Joe Mitchell came out from Enterprise and was shocked at how badly my roof was damaged. He jumped on the phone with my insurance company and got my claim started that day! And he has been a great help in the process so far! Looking forward to a new roof! I will update this review when the job is done!

I worked with Joe to have my roof inspected by my insurance company who quickly approved a new roof. The work crew showed up before 7 and were working within 30 minutes. They worked nonstop and finished up by 3:30. The final product looks good.
