I have used many handymen and contractors throughout the years, but Engle Coatings has got to be one of the best decisions I have ever made! The quote was clear and concise, and the workers Rudy and Michael, were unbelievably good! We had our entire house painted and the roof resealed which was no easy task. Rudy and Michael's attention to detail was incredible-they masked off all the windows and doors, took the house numbers and lights off the walls so that they could get an even coating of paint throughout. At the end of the day, they cleaned up and left the area clean of debris-it's those little things that separate a good company from a great one-and Engle is one of the great ones. I am not sure what happened. They came out to do an estimate and I had a great and professional interaction with John. He seemed very knowledgable as well as personable. He was going to email me a complete estimate. But he never did and they never answered my voicemail. I don’t think I did anything to offend them, not sure what went wrong, but will have to find someone else to do my stucco repair.

Fantastic job patching my stucco! They did a great job, then came back because they said they didn't like how it turned out. They redid their own work to make it right. I thought it was good the first time! Really impressed with their work and commitment to a good job.

Scheduling was difficult though. Originally was quoted for repair and paint, but they never came back to paint. I am still giving them 5 stars though because I decided (after not hearing from them for a month) to do my own painting and that was fine, honestly. Saved me some money. Aside from scheduling difficulties, they are fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone who can be patient. (Note: this all happened in the middle of Delta and Omicron variants which made everything more difficult to schedule which is why I didn't hold it against them with my star rating.)

So far so good! They started on my house yesterday. Back this morning to finish. Young man here today friendly and professional. Says painters will be here next!

Every step of the way the crew exhibited a high level of professionalism. They kept us well informed about the work schedule due to some unexpected weather conditions. We enjoyed seeing the house being painted and having this crew onsite was no inconvenience. They respected our property and their work reflected the respect they have for quality work. I am very happy with the craftsmanship that was used in repairing my stucco. My entire house was cracking and parapets were falling off due to poor workmanship and harsh weather here in El Paso. Engel Coating explained all the options to repair and repaint my stucco with products that would fix all the problem areas and last. They completed the work in a timely manner and made sure the doors and gates were also refinished to match the new looks. My house looks brand new. Thanks to Jessie and Mike for all the work. We just had our house painted in April, 2019. They exceeded our expectations and carefully covered our solar system on the roof.

Engel Coatings completed their second job for us and I remain impressed with their work. Anthony and Dominic were wonderful to work with. Our refinished wooden front door looks beautiful again.

Long story short, I would use Engel again. The finished product was very good and to my satisfaction. However, the painter did not purchase the correct color, and said I would have to pay for the paint again if I needed it changed. Resolved by having the color re-tinted, which resulted in something closer, but not what I really wanted.

This is the second time we've used this company and, like the first time, they did everything to perfection.

The initial survey for the estimate was very, very thorough, with lots of questions that we answered so we were sure they knew what we wanted. Lots of great suggestions from them on what to do on the inside; they were very knowledgeable about current styles and preferences and what seemed to be selling well.

We had the outside of the house done (stucco repair and re-paint) and then the inside. The house looks like new on the outside and everything is just right down to the last detail.

The inside was done while we were occupying the house, so we expected chaos. Wrong. These guys were the best to work with and they worked around our schedule. We made a couple of changes to colors and added some new ideas after things had started, and they acted like it was no problem at all.

A crew of three showed up EVERY day on time and worked hard and with very few breaks. Could not have asked for a better experience. We recommend Engel Coatings without any reservation whatsoever.
