This is the second time Energy Roofing came through for us after a Hurricane. Same quality of work as the first.

Jacob Stafford was my contact person for the contract, and he was great. He answered all of my questions and always got back to me right away whenever I reached out to him. He went over everything step by step and didn't push me to pay for things I didn't need. Ed was my contact person for the field work, and he was great as well. My roof looks amazing. Their pricing was competitive, especially considering the quality of work. They were done quickly and cleaned up everything too. No surprises on the bill. I highly recommend this company.

We couldn't ask for a better experience or company to deal with when we needed to replace our roof after a recent storm. Jacob, Ed, Lupe, Pattie were very professional and made the experience so stress free and easy. We highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs.

After the last big storm our roof needed to be replaced. They came out right away and took care of it. The crew was amazing, courteous, professional and hard working. They seemed to care about what they were doing and left us satisfied. Afterwords there was no mess left behind and we had no worries. Thank you again for fixing our roof!

We chose Energy Roofing over a number of other companies in the area of Live Oak because despite their prices being a bit higher than the other quotes they did a great job with a detailed, professional, and timely estimate. They stood head-over-shoulders of the others also in being responsive and eager to please and do the job that we wanted. Everyone in the company was involved and kind and dedicated and were clearly 'professionals.'

Totally horrific business approach!!!! I was asked to sign a non-compete agreement!!!! Poor business ethics, horrible, I agree & believe Louis's Post, similar case happen to us, we were asked to sign a non-compete agreement without even receiving proposal from ERC, we wanted a chance to get 3 bids. I asked ERC for detailed proposal several times, to this day I still don't have one from ERC. Because of waiting & waiting for a proposal from ERC to resolve this bull.... run around, are roof leaked now we have other issues inside to deal with. At this point we are very frustrated, we have contacted our attorney. We Would not recommend or do business with Energy Roofing Companies or other known as Energy Roofing Technology SE, LLC. Absolutely not going to do business with this company.

Requested a quote from Energy Roofing Companies to replace my 76 year old fathers roof. We schedule an appointment for the quote and after they inspected the job, they refused to provide a quote unless my father signed a non-compete agreement that guaranteed them the work.

First off we have an awesome roof now. Wonderful workmanship and installed in a timely manner. They took the time to hear all our concerns and helped pick colors we could work with. Now onto the negatives. Lots of nails in our yard. Had 4 flat tires after the installation. They offered to come out and run magnets again, never happened. After the installation we turned on our stove hood vent and heard a terrible noise. Took it apart and found several large roofing nails. Seems when they swept the roof they swept the nails into all roof vents. They offer a 200 referral. We referred several folks one of which obtained a new roof from Energy Roofing....never received the 200 referral even after I called Chad to tell him our cousins got a roof from them from our referral. So 4 flat tires, cleaning nails from our vents and no referral money later....would I do it again, yes cuz the quality of roof but I would be darn sure they didn't blow the nails down our vents, properly cleaned the nails from our property and not counted on referral money which would at least have paid for one or two of our flat tires.....

Chad Vercher introduced us to Energy Roofing companies. He presented a plan, was helpful and always followed up with us if we had questions. Energy Roofing was efficient, reasonable and did great quality work. I highly recommend them and give Chad a call, he was awesome and great to deal with. The follow up with Nile went great and he also was a pleasure to work with.
The crew they assigned to do our roof was top notch...they Rock!! We not only have a beautiful New roof but have made some trustworthy friends in the process.
