I hired Spencer and his firm a year ago to replace my roof and gutters after having hail damage. It was a terrific experience. Spencer worked with my insurance company at every step of the way, making the entire experience effortless for me. And the quality of the workmanship was top-notch. I'd hire Spencer again in a heartbeat. He's a great communicator and kept me abreast of everything throughout the entire process. Spencer Hull and Endurance Exteriors transformed my house from dull and frumpy to bright and pretty. I am so happy with the result, which would not have happened at all but for Spencer. My insurance denied my initial claim. Then, Spencer took over and won them over. I was able to get both a roof and siding paid for by my insurance. Spencer was a big help every step along the way. He responded with patience to my every query and angst throughout the process. The result is 5 stars!

We hired Endurance Exteriors replace our roof. Their service was prompt, professional, and thoughtful. They took care to apply for permits and meet code requirements. Craftsmanship seemed to be of high quality and photos of the work were provided throughout the planning and renovation process. Spencer Hull was the manager for our project. He kindly guided us through the entire process, including discussions with our insurance company, and was extremely punctual with all communication. All of our questions were met with detailed explanations from Spencer. He was always available and welcomed any thoughts, questions, or concerns. I would recommend this service to anyone requiring roof renovation.

I had a great experience with endurance exteriors. We had hail damage to our roof but our insurance company denied the claim two different times. Spencer (Hull) met with the adjuster and then a second adjuster at the house to review the roof. He took pictures and shared them with me to submit the claim and challenge their denial. He was great at helping get the claim approved. They replaced the roof and it looks great! Thanks Spencer!

My wife and I had some damage to our older roof. We needed it replaced finally, so we filed a claim with our insurance carrier. They denied us and we thought we were screwed.
Spencer came in and totally helped us out when we were down. He worked with our insurance company and completely turned the situation around. He was able to help us get a new roof AND siding, and we only paid our deductible!
And also they protected my wife’s garden very well during the build.

Endurance Exteriors did a great job with my roof! They were very communicative and provided a free no-pressure estimate. Tyler, the owner, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process, go over my options, and he was responsive to my questions. He made the process simple and I did not feel rushed to make decisions. He provided quality checks for his crew's work afterwards and encouraged me to follow up if there were any concerns down the road. They even added a feature to the roof to help protect the structure of my chimney. My 1910 house looks fresh and new. Thank you to Tyler and his crew!

I've known the owner for many years. I wouldn't leave a review if I didn't mean what I say. Tyler doesn't take shortcuts on his work, he'll do it right the first time and not cut corners like other companies just trying to rush through. He'll deal with the insurance professionally and will be extremely thorough throughout the whole process. You won't be disappointed in his quality of work, and he holds his employees to the same standard.
