Allen and his team at eminent Roofing were absolutely wonderful. They worked with my insurance company. They also got the wrong color of skylights and Allen went to bat, and got the right ones brought them back put them back in. I also had one wall set up as an accent wall and I decided I didn’t like it after they painted it Allen and his crew came back and painted it back the color that it was before at no extra cost to me. I cannot tell you how wonderful this team is. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are the best.

Became next to impossible to get ahold of after insurance wouldn't pay for a roof replacement. I greatly appreciate them going to bat for me with insurance and helping me get things tarped right after the storm, but disappearing after insurance wouldn't pay for a replacement is just bad form. I still need repair work done.

Longer version – We are SO fortunate to have found Eminent Roofing while they were working in our neighborhood. Alan and his team have been so professional with constant and reliable communication. Good hand-holding through the insurance process; good communication; good workmanship.

Our roof, fence, and patio cover were damaged in a storm 18 months ago. The initial claim offered by our insurance company covered less than 15% of the total damages, putting us in major predicament. Through multiple trips to our house over multiple months, meticulous documentation, and working through 5 different adjusters, Eminent was finally able to substantiate the claim which we deserved that our insurance company was pretty determined not to give us. This outcome absolutely would not have happened without their hard work, patience, and persistence. And that was all before any actual work on our property began.

The quality of their work is outstanding, they cleaned up after themselves, and they redid a couple of things without question until we were completely satisfied. Always appreciated Alan’s communication and his continual inspection of the work during the process. They really treat the project door-to-door as if it were their house and family. Shortly after they finished our roof one of our A/C units lost cooling (in August). Due to its timing I was convinced that they had hit a line with a nail and the unit lost refrigerant. Alan brought his AC sub to our house on Friday night at 8pm and found the issue which turned out had nothing to do with refrigerant or their work at all. He traced the problem to a bad capacitor which he had a replacement part on his truck and had us fixed and cooling by the time we got home.

Eminent Roofing is absolutely the best company to work with. We had a nightmare hailstorm destroy practically everything outside of our house and our whole neighborhood. Alan and his team were out here the next day helping put up tarps and patiently answering all of mine and my neighbor’s questions about everything. The process for going through insurance and all of the hoops can be long and tedious; Eminent Roofing was there for us every step of the way. They are very responsive and will immediately reach out if anything comes up during the process. We were able to get through an incredibly stressful time with ease because of their professionalism and experience. Alan and Jordon are fantastic ! Another roofing company told me my roof could not be repaired and I would have to pay for a new roof since insurance company had denied the claim. Jordan came out and looked at my roof and said they could fix it. Alan came out did the repair and it looks great ! They have excellent customer service !!
