Levi, Janel and all their employees are amazing. Super focused on customer service and taking care of people when they are in need in unfortunate situations. Highly recommend them if you want taken care of like you should be. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I called ERS after being left "stranded" by another contractor that was in business to take advantage of disaster victims. I was devastated. I called ERS and told Josh what happened with my contractor and house. The next day, Josh and Levi came to look at my house and came up with a plan to save it. I was at risk of losing my house in my municipality because of an incorrect assessment of my damages. Levi and Josh saw my house could be saved and assured my municipal office that work could begin soon. I got an estimate for the initial work that needed to be done first. Each step thereafter, made my house repairs a reality. The honesty, integrity, knowledge, and professionalism of every employee at ERS is phenomenal. It's so wonderful to know there are businesses around that are truly a blessing. ERS is a blessing to me. I would recommend them to anyone that may need a great company like theirs!

When they arrived, before any estimate was given on my 1” basement water issue from sum pump failure, I had to sign pages and pages of consent and agreement documents which were explained poorly in my opinion.
Now three weeks have gone by and my insurance company told me they haven’t received an invoice and don’t know what’s going on. No communication or explanation from this company. Not what I expected

Perci from ERS came out to my house to investigate a water mark on my lower level ceiling (the ceiling is dry walled).
Perci and his partner believe the issue is coming from a gas chimney flue. They even went up on the roof to check it out.
Probably with all the rain and wind this spring/early summer of 2024 it allowed water to drip down the side of the chimney. So I need to find a roofer to look into this.
The good news is that the water spot is completely dry. And there is no evidence of any mold. Perci checked for me.
My synopsis of ERS based on my experience with Perci and his teammate is that they are a reputable company.

I would not hesitate to call Perci and ERS if I ever require their services. They would be the first company I call.

Percy came to investigate a mold problem and was able to determine that it was more than just mold. Thanks to him we are able to properly correct the problem.

Emergency Restoration Systems helped me out with some water damage inside my home and I couldn't be happier with their service. Levi was extremely knowledgeable and a great resource as to what was happening with the drywall. He provided a logical and inexpensive solution and I am completely happy with the overall experience. ERS even sent a crew out to inspect the damage at no charge and confirmed what Levi saw via Facetime.

I will definitely contact them in the future! I would rate them higher if I could.

When I contacted Emergency Response Services, Levi responded right away. I was talking to the expert in less than 24 hours, and they were on site the next day. I was impressed with their responsiveness. Levi and a technician did an assessment of the damage caused from the overflow of rainwater that came up through the drains. We had about 700 square feet flooded with a few inches of water. They really know their business, and had solid informed recommendations right away. They did a complete moisture map of the affected area. I especially appreciated the integrity of Levi, telling us honestly what steps had to be taken and giving us options for saving money. The end result was great. I have the highest recommendation for this company based on my experience. Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about Emergency Restoration. While on vacation our sump pump failed and our finished basement flooded. We did not have insurance so instead of just say here is your very large bill he walked us through how to attempt to do it ourselves. Even text later to check on us. That is AMAZING customer service.

Mike and his team at ERS have been very helpful, our basement has flooded multiple times and we have gotten dehumidifiers and fans very quickly resulting in no damage.

When you have any kind of water emergency, ERS all the way!! We had a sump pump failure that had our basement fill with 6" of water. We have a finished basement, carpet, drywall,...etc. It was a hot mess. I called ERS and they had a team of people at our house in less than an hour. They were a well oiled machine. They took the precautionary measures that I've ever seen a contractor take to make sure that they protected our flooring & carpeting that hadn't gotten wet, from getting wet/damaged. They cleaned up the water and had dozens of fans and dehumidifiers in place in no time. They applied a safe chemical that would prevent/kill mold. The elevated every last personal item in our basement on blocks so the floor would dry beneath. They monitored the house daily until the moisture levels were proper. They were always on time and the people were extremely informative & professional at every step of the way. They worked with our insurance company to make sure that nothing was missed or overlooked as the insurance companies often like to try and do. If there was a 10 star rating these guys would get it...all day long. ERS you guys are the best!! Thanks for all your help!!

Levi and his team at ERS were incredibly professional and willing to work within a specific budget. Having a sewage backup was stressful and overwhelming, but ERS helped make sure we didn't have to worry about much beyond filing the insurance claim. I highly, highly recommend ERS if you ever have to deal with flooding or water/sewage backup.

Levi and the team at Emergency Restoration Specialists were incredibly professional and responsive in the aftermath of storms flooding water into my basement. They were extremely communicative and I would recommend them to anyone in need of related services. Can’t speak highly enough of their personnel.

We called ERS because we had sewage backup in our basement. The first time I called, they said I should receive a call in about an hour. Two hours went by and I hadn’t heard so I called again, the same woman told me the same thing. Another two hours went by so I called again, got a different person who apologized and said he’d look into it and call me back. At this point it was 8 pm, and I never got a call back. I ended up calling a different company in the morning, but we had to deal with raw sewage in our basement overnight.

We had 2 sump pumps go out and about 2” throughout the basement. They came same day, pulled up carpeting, removed water and dryer out basement. They came 3 days in a row to check progress, and numerous times within the next week or so. They would not leave until all the walls were completely dry! Such attention and exceptional service!! Would recommend them to anyone who needs help!! We’d give them 10 stars!!!

Our remodeling contractor referred ERS to do “deep cleaning” service following a kitchen ceiling drywall job. The fine dust and remnants from the job completely permeated our entire first floor (1300 sq ft). It was a MESS and a BIG JOB!!! Sarah and Katherine were our ANGELS!!!!!! They arrived on site each day with their positive, “we can do this” attitudes and made our house sparkle :). We would highly recommend this company and these ladies! Thank you ERS!!!

We had broken pipe in upper bathroom of our rental property in Milwaukee, we dont live in the area so my husband found ERS on Google, they responded quickly and professionally specially catering to the fact that we dont live in the state. They documented everything and provided to us via email, while keeping us informed of progress of the job and assisted us dramatically with the whole process with our insurance. I want to extend my sincere appreciation to ERS for the great work and support they provided us when we experienced a flood. What started as a typical rain, turned into something that the sewer system could not handle and in turn flooded our basement – this was at 1:30 am on a Sunday.
Our basement is our prime living space and within moments of noticing we had a problem, the water spread into every nook and cranny – it was past my ankles - we were devastated. Immediately we made several calls to drain cleaners and other contractors who we worked with before. Although, our calls were answered by an operator and a "technician" would call me back - no one did.
As the water spread across the basement, we started to make random calls – we needed help and got connected with ERS. Just as the operator promised, Levy called us back within 15 minutes and a Team, led by Perci, was on scene in no time.
What so impressed me about the ERS team was they followed through and got to my house quickly. Not only were they confident and professional in taking care of the issue, they displayed sincere empathy and respect towards us and were kind and caring. The dynamics of team, put us at ease. You could tell they genuinely loved what they do, knew how to work together as a team and appreciated one another. This demeanor helped to make a very intense situation easier and bring the stress and anxiety level down. We’ve worked with many, many contractors over the years and never experienced this chemistry between team mates.
The team worked for many hours – hard, physical work – cutting out carpeting and flooring now soaked and weighing hundreds of pounds, helping us move personal property to other areas of the house and into the garage. Not once did they lose their enthusiasm, focus and kept us top of mind. They set up killer dehumidifiers and fans, tested for and applied an antimicrobial to combat any potential mold and came back several days in a roll following the flood to check humidity levels and determine when it was safe to use the area again.
Josh was just wonderful in helping me navigate through insurance and manage all the steps in that process. Anytime I called or emailed Josh or Levy, they responded promptly, provided the information I was looking for and we’re always kind and genuinely interested in how we were doing.
I don’t wish our experience with a flood on anyone and never want to experience a flood or any other type of event again. However, I know that if I or anyone I know requires any type of restoration/recovery, the ERS Team will be the first call. I know they will exceed expectations and make me feel as though they have my back and really care about me – because they do!

Terrible company to work with had my business worked on and never had any phone calls to let me know whether its being done or not. Lied about working with my insurance company. I end up paying for more than what the insurance quote it for. Tom was the guy I spoke with and had me thinking that their company will take care of the claim . End of not doing so. Never would I recommend this company to anyone.

I suspected a serious mold issue inside my walls due to a strange smell in my house. Percy came out and was extremely friendly, professional and VERY helpful. He told me it's unlikely the smell is mold and more likely an issue with my 14 year old dog having accidents in the upstairs carpet. No charge. My mother and I really appreciate the great, reliable, responsive and professional work by ERS. Their team responded right away on a weekend till the pond of water caused by a big clogging in her basement and underground drain was fixed. Perci visited my residence and inspected the mold that had just be gun growing under my carpet. He did not try to charge me for unnecessary services and recommended the most practical solution. I would reccomend and have reccomended this company to my friends.

I chose ERS to repair the damage to our home after a large tree fell damaging the overhang of our house last Aug. I cannot say enough good things about the work they did to restore my home to the way it was prior to the damage...they did an outstanding job!!! Talking Emus , a Quirky lady in white. A clever professor, quarterbacks, celebs ... you get the picture..are nowhere to be found when you make a claim.. In fact the insurance companies adjustors are working for the insurance companies.. NOT YOU the policy holder. If it were not for ERS knowing what my rights as a insurance policy holder and how to deal with an adversary vs an insurance company seeking my best interest as its client I would have 1. not had my home repaired properly & 2. paid out $20,000 out of my own pocket., I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with ERS... I highly recommend their company and their work

The two techs that came to my house this morning to demo my bathroom were absolutely wonderful! They really did a nice job ripping out everything to get it ready for the remodel crew. They were very concerned about making sure I was happy every step of the way and made sure the jobsite was clean when they were done. Both did a great job! I will use this company again and highly recommend to anyone who is in need of the services they offer.

Hats off to Levi and all the ERS team on their timely and excellent board-up work. One never expects their home or business to be damaged by vandalism, but when it happens I would recommend ERS to anyone.

After an unexpected incident, our business was in need of some VERY quick board-up for both our security and the customer experience. ERS offered excellent, same day service in our worst hour. Very pleased by the fast service. We had to call in the middle of the night when a vehicle crashed through our office window. They came and boarded up the window preventing theft and further damage. Really saved us.

Great company to work with and helped take some of the stress out of a very stressful situation! I had a major house fire, and they answered the phone at midnight and were out quickly to do a board up and tarp the roof. Very professional and quick to respond to any question or issue I had dealing with insurance. They helped a bad situation run as smoothly as possible. Communication is great. Every person I’ve had contact with has been friendly and helpful from the guys helping clean up the destroyed content in the house, to the company owner and everyone in between! Within a day of calling, ERS had reviewed a mold situation in the basement and recommended a course of action. They were detailed in their explanation and provided an estimate upfront. Upon receiving permission to proceed, they immediately began work and completed the work in a very thorough and quick fashion. After unsuccessfully dealing with the problem for years, the result was spectacular!

I had water damage on a wall by the sump pump. I called ERS and they were absolutely great! The initial treated area was small and I couldn't fix the root issue right away (I didnt even know at that time). But I had a sick baby and so I wanted to get it done. They came in and worked on it and didnt charge me. When I replaced the pump and resolved the root issue months later, I had them back because I knew I could trust their work. They came in, worked and were out and had the house cleared out before my baby came back home for the day. Absolutely would recommend them for their work and their kindness.

When our sewer backed up into our crawl space ERS responded quickly and efficiently. They were here within an hour of our call with a great and personable crew that turned a bad situation into a manageable misfortune. Within a short period of time they had the situation cleaned up. I had just purchased a home and noticed some potential mold in the basement so I had ERS come take a look to see what was going on. They were able to come out the next day and sent me a response right after they were completed with what they saw. I spoke with Levi on the phone a few times and he was very helpful in telling me what had happened and what needed to be done to fix the problem as well as prevent it from reoccurring. ERS had a team come out very quickly and cleaned up the issue. Would highly recommend.

We had a very terrible frozen pipe water leakage problem on the New Year’s Day. Thankfully they were able to come to our house very quickly and set up their equipment (10+ industrial blowers and 2 giant dehumidifiers) help remove the water. They are very professional, they had more equipment in their truck, but our power couldn’t handle more. They came every morning to monitor the status. They provided a lot of good advice! All of the workers are extremely nice, responsible and good communicators. 2021 didn’t give us a good start but ERS saved us!

They saved our family room a year ago from an internal leak and saved our basement this Spring from being a much bigger disaster. We will call them again, if or when we have another water or even a mold issue.

Had storm damage to my home and ERS took care of all the repairs. Lori the project manager was amazing to work with. She took the time to address all questions and concerns I had. The contractors that completed the repairs did an amazing job. Roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, painting, they did it all. Couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Insurance company was a real pain to work with at first and Lori was great at keeping me apprised of communication between ERS and insurance to ease my fears about what was covered. Can’t thank ERS, Lori, and the contractors enough. God willing my family and I never have to go through the ordeal of home damage again, but if we do I know who to call.

ERS was great to work with, they were on the site asap when a tree fell on our house. Lorie our project manager took care of everything from start to finish, making sure all repairs done to our home were done correctly. As she noticed on her final inspection of the work completed that our gutters installed were not pitched correctly. She had the contractor out asap to fix the problem. I definitely would use their service again.

Our sump pump went out and our basement got just enough water in to to cause a loss of the flooring, woodwork and drywall needing to be flood cut. I called ERS and Kevin and his crew were there within an hour. They went right to work assessing the damage to the walls, setting up all the fans and dehumidifiers. Kevin is a fantastic crew lead and kept me up to date along the way. They came back daily to check progress on the dry out and pulled equipment out as they went to make sure we were not over paying. Josh was also very responsive when I had questions on the final invoice and quickly corrected a small issue. Highly recommend ERS as they are very professional and responsive.

Tom was a great expediter. He handled all aspects of all the repairs needed. His contractors were of the highest quality and did perfect repairs. Lori was awesome and very patient with all of our questions. She explained the whole process along the way and always kept in touch. The people she sent us to help in the restoration after our water damage were all extremely kind and thorough, and the part with the water damage looks better than ever!! I would highly recommend working with ERS and will do so again should the need arise!

Our clean up project was after hours and needed immediate attention. ERS came in quickly and got the cleaning process taken care of fast and efficient.

During a bad snowstorm last year where everything was shut down, I had one of my duplexes completely flood in the basement with raw sewage and water high enough to destroy my water heaters, washer and dryers and all my walls and flooring. ERS came out immediately and took care of everything like it was their own home. Coordinating workers for the water mitigation portion, contractors for water heaters immediately so my tenants would have hot water and all the contract workers to restore walls and floors. It was absolutely devastating but Lori Cheever, my project manager from ERS took care of everything and I felt no stress because of how well they were taking care of every detail without having to be chased down. I am so grateful that I found Lori and this company when I needed them.
