First let me thank the crew at EFS. Especially being somewhat traumatized they helped to make everything easier to deal with. The hard working staff(Denise,Mildred ,Erika[da best Lattes]and Afiyah)always had a warm smile to greet you with. EFS was especially helpful in guidance towards the restoration of my property. Their dedication to taking care of their clients is A1. So if fire,water and smoke has damaged your property give EFS a call to get the problem corrected in a timely and efficient manner . Emergency fire services were very helpful and professional. They were sensitive to me and my families needs. They took care of every detail that I was not familiar with and was always a phone call away. Paula and Afia are very knowledgable and walked me through every step of my stressful situation.

EFS worked with my insurance company and were able to navigate the complex Inticacies of mold testing and remediation after wee had flooding. They worked really hard and always told me what was happening. Denice and Mildred in the office helped so much and Leo, the crew chief, was also friendly and efficient. He helped manage everything.

EFS came in right away and cleaned up whatever they could and then salvaged and stored 60% of my things that were mostly smoked damaged ..they were a proffesional and courteous team and I highly recommend

On February 2023 we lost our house due to the neighbors fire next door and at that time thought the world came to a stop. Emergency Fire Services (EFS) were one of the first contractors there. Upon talking to their representative, I knew there was no other choice and hired them for the job. It was the best decision we had made. Jordan, Chris , Charlie, Aris, Besin, Jaime, Roberto, Leo and Paula were exceptional in every sense of the word. We are more than thankful! They made this project feel so personal and did everything they could when asked of something. So easy to work with, work was amazing!. We received a brand new house that we fell in love with the beautiful modern look to this day and we can't thank EFS enough. From the bottom of my family's heart, Thank you!!!

EFS was on the scene of a fire my parents had at their property. Nobody is prepared for a fire at their home and there were many people lined up waiting to speak with my parents. Long story short, EFS spoke to them and was able to obtain their business without my parents taking the time to actually research and educate themselves on the process and EFS as a company. There was an immense amount of pressure placed on my parents and I even received a phone call from someone claiming to be a Fire Marshall not sure if this was someone from EFS but it was rather ironic. In a nutshell, the means in which the business was obtained was very predatory and unethical. Despite my reservations due to their methods I had been in contact with a gentleman named Charlie from EFS whom made me feel at ease and even took the time to educate me on the process and also provided support when we had questions related to the evacuation of tenants, etc. Simply out of respect to Charlie I had a meeting with EFS in person in order to express how I felt about the way in which the initial business was obtained. After meeting with the owner Jordan, my family and I did not feel comfortable moving forward. Full disclosure, I cannot speak on the quality of the work nor was our decision based on this, it was purely based on the initial means of obtaining the mitigation work and our meeting with Jordan.

Santos and the crew saved the day. We had a small fire in our boiler room and Santos did as promised. We were back in the house within 2 days and now we’re dealing with the insurance company. It is my pleasure to leave a good review for these wonderful people. Thank you guys.

I heard about this company recently from a friend who used them for water remediation. I had some water damage in my basement from the heavy storms we just had. I decided to give them a call and have them do an estimate. They came when they said they would, gave a very fair estimate, and accommodated my schedule. They did a great job and were very friendly. I recommend them to anyone. The owner Jordan came to my house. He was a nice guy and very knowledgeable. Seems to have been doing this for quite a few years now.

In April my apartment building had a fire. EFS was there and provided me with the most fantastic service possible. You couldn't ask for more compassionate and helpful people. At a time when things didn't seem to be going right these people gave me hope. The staff was totally amazing very friendly,helpful,and told me to call with any concerns. It was difficult to focus and the Boss of the company was able to sit down and spend time with me to explain every detail I needed. He guided me through things that an ordinary person not familiar with the situation could never do on their own. If you need a patient,compassionate , helpful all around terrific company to fill your every need then call this company. They come in with full crews who really know their jobs. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't have made it through!! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a great servicing company that is more concerned with your needs. They are above average!!!

my home was destroyed during a fire back in Sept of 2013... EFS was recommend by someone, they showed up in moments of a call. The service they provided was amazing and the job was done professionally and they made the process less stressful then I could have ever imagined.
