I had an egress window installed , exterior waterproofing done , and a brick sill replaced with a stone sill. From the minute I met Armando, I knew that I was dealing with a knowledgeable and professional organization. Call this company only if you want to be lied to. I had Armundo (sorry I had the name incorrect)at my house who made claims that were not true insinuated that I was a liar even though I've lived in my house for 25 years. He was arrogant talked down to me when I said I didn't have ten thousand dollars to re do my entire basement, and when I spoke to him about what I wanted them to do, he said that would never work and he tried to and unneeded $10,900-$15,000 repair on me. So I showed him the door and ended up fixing the problem myself for $120 so again and have not had any problems even with high and moon tides. This company is unprofessional and the representative was egotistical and absolutely wrong. If you want to get ripped off if you want to be lied to, and if you want a joke of a company, then call this place. I have told numerous people about my bad experience. I cannot see how this company stays in business given the way they treat people and lie to get jobs. What they do is probably not even legal; certainly very dishonest. They money hungry and dishonest. I wouldnt give them 1/10 of a star. Now they claim it didnt happen because i got the obnoxious reps name wrong. How absurd!

I contracted with Boccia to install an egress window because I wanted the peace of mind of having a company that specializes in waterproofing do this work. The window was not installed correctly. There was a big gap between the window and frame on one side of the window where water was slowly leaking behind the wall in my basement. I didn’t know that I had a water problem until I installed an underground sprinkler by that window and all the insulation in the wall got wet and water started to puddle on floor.

When I called Boccia they didn’t stand behind their work. He wanted to charge me $295 to send someone out to caulk the window. When I told him that it does not need caulking but needs to be taken out and put in correctly, he said “I’m not doing that”.

Dint contract with this company if you want a company that will stand by their work and do the right thing.

Boccia did a terrace coating project at an apartment building that we manage in Rockville Centre. They completed the task efficiently and timely.Their staff worked neatly with respect to the building and residents . Highly recommend them

Boccia was asked to do a waterproofing of our basement. Everyday they were on time and finished in a timely manner. The job was to take 7 days and Boccia was done in 7 days. Each day they worked they were very professional and respectful to my home. They cleaned my basement each day and wrapped so no dust would enter the vents or ruin the electrical equipment.

After a flood in our basement due to heavy rain, we reached out to Boccia to put a drain in a basement window well. They are efficient, quick, and neat. They arrive when they say they will and get the job done. We had to wait a while to get on the schedule due to high demand, but they're worth it!

We called Boccia to install dry wells and a drainage system in our front and backyard after the increased rain caused flooding. Prior to their work, we would need pumps and buckets to bail water from our generator and window well. This was the most meticulously executed and well managed job I’ve ever seen. It would be an understatement to say I’m satisfied with the work. The team came up with a plan and exceeded all expectations. Hi! I was looking for years to find a professional and reliable waterproofing company. We had some bad leaks in the basement. Was a big job. Even if it looked simple, it wasn't. I really needed a company who knew what they are doing. To my luck I discovered Boccia! From my first meeting with Doug who assessed the damage, created a plan of work, gave us the price till every person from Boccia Team including the kind ladies in the office, all of them were simply a pleasure to work with. Mauricio was supervising the job and was very exigent, Henry was checking how the job is performed, Miguel was working by us every day during 3 weeks with other members of the team, everyone was on time, hard working, serios, focused and very positive. While I wasn't at ease because of the pressure accumulated over years because of the leaks, Orlando made everything feel like is nothing and all the guys gave me a feeling of leaving my worries aside because I'm in good hands. My job was performed in August - September of 2023. I waited till now, 5 months later to be sure that the leaks aren't coming back. So far everything is great. My general experience with Boccia was great, since the day I called to ask for information they immediately returned the call and set the home visit t determine the best option for my basement. Jose was clear and thorough when explaining the options, he explained the approximate quote and he was also super honest about having a backlog so the work would not be done immediately and he even gave a timeframe, I do appreciate this type of detail and honesty.
Later on, the staff at the office was also super friendly and helpful, they walked me through the payment and process.
When doing the work, team arrived on time, they were super careful and fast, but specially they were super clean, protected the area to avoid other areas to be filled with dust. I can not say yet the drain they built works, so not being able to assess functionality of the work, I will have to wait for rain to come. But as of now I can say I am pretty pleased with Boccia and I would for sure recommend them.

I have had Boccia two times for work on my house. The first was when I needed new window wells and pointing around my bricks. That was a major job and this last job was when my chimney needed to be repaired and waterproofing around my foundation. Boccia is always on time and the workers are excellent. I was very pleased with the work Boccia performed on the side of my home to address basement flooding. The workers were always on time and courteous and made every effort to ensure that no work extended or disturbed the neighboring property. I was extremely happy that following a heavy rainfall no basement flooding occurred.

Boccia is FANTASTIC! We had then repair, paint and seal the exterior of our 12,500 sq ft warehouse. They showed up on time, they cleaned up each night, they got the job done and the building looks great! I was very impressed with the workmanship and time they put every detail. They repaired and sealed several older glass block windows and fixed all of our masonry problems.

Wow! I MUST HAVE CALLED A DIFFERENT COMPANY?
After reading all the wonderful reviews on BOCCIA, I called them on Wednesday morning 9/13/ 23, to get an estimate on repairing a few cracks in my basement walls, with one that leaks when rains are heavy.
The woman I spoke to, told me "Armand" would give me a call in the afternoon around 4pm or so. No one called me at all from Boccia that day? The next morning 9/14/23, I called Boccia again, to find out why "Armand" did not call me yesterday? This woman said, I was never told he would call yesterday, that it takes at least 24 hours to process my request? It was a case of miss communication. There was no miss communication, I know what I heard. Now I am told "Armand" WILL call me this afternoon!
Well, you guessed it, again "Armand" never called? You would think if this person couldn't call for whatever reason, someone else would have at least the COURTESY to call a potential customer to let them know what's happening?
I do have better things that I can be doing that are more important, than waiting two days for a non existing CALL BACK from "Armand" or Boccia, that is for sure!
This is not a big job from what I understand, and if this is the way this company treats small jobs, then maybe they did me a big favor. Boccia, is no longer on my list. You can be sure I will not be calling them anymore!

Boccia Bros. does have a reputation that precede them here on Long Island. We wanted to prevent water accumulation under the our concrete slab basement floor so they suggested an interior french drain using their own self-designed "Hollow Kick Moulding" which will also direct any water than comes vertically through the walls down to the french drain. Boccia Bros. has been in business for 75 years, they were recommended to me by numerous people around my neighborhood, they offer a lifetime guarantee on their work, and they offered a very reasonable price for the size of our basement, so it was really a no-brainer. I will certainly use Boccia again for any waterproofing needs if they arise although I am confident that they will not.

Mauricio and his team from Boccia did an exceptional job installing my egress window. They cut the foundation precisely with no damage to the surrounding basement wall. The installing of the actual window was seamless and incredibly secure. The waterproofing of the outside perimeter was very detailed and went over a larger area then the actual window itself. The outside perimeter of the well was strong and very well supported by the backfill and structural rebar. I highly recommend Boccia for this type of project they are experts in concrete, waterproofing and egress windows etc.

Recently I hired Boccia Inc to install a french drain in the basement of my home. For two years I have had a water leak in my basement. The previous two contractors that were hired misdiagnosed the problem and could not solve the source of the water leak. The representative from Boccia inspected the basement and explained how the water was seeping in through the seam between the footing and foundation and recommended that a french drain should be installed. The crew arrived on the scheduled day and were great. They took steps to mitigate the dust that would result from this type of work. At the end of the day, they kept the job site neat and safe. During the entire process, the crew supervisor took the time to address my concerns of which I had many, since I had bad experiences with the previous contractors. Now I don’t have to vacuum up 120 -160 gallons of water a day anymore. The water flows into the drain and exits via a sump pump well. Thank you Boccia for a job well done!

Boccia Inc. truly are the experts at waterproofing. I live in a high water table area and had ongoing issues with water in my basement. The previous owners had placed a french drain and the team at Boccia explained why this would not help my situation. The team created 5 new wells in my basement with industrial pumps and a water vapor barrier system which helps to keep the flooring dry. I'm happy to report 2 years later, all is well. If I ever do have a problem with the pump, they are responsive to come and check the system. I just had them back for another job and they did a great job again. I highly recommend Boccia.

I obtained an estimate for work on an existing drain. Boccia waterproofing was prompt, professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Specifically provided recommendations how to easily fix/monitor the problem myself (at very minimal cost), and did not even charge me for the estimate/evaluation/recommendations. Boccia could have easily fabricated an expensive, in depth repair plan however they were extremely honest - providing me with a safe, low cost solution without any fees. Although I did not have any work performed, I highly recommend them for their honesty, knowledge and professionalism.

The Boccia team are as professional as you can get. They recently performed a structural repair project on an exterior facade at one of our properties and their work was impeccable. Working around an occupied building is never an easy task but they always know how to get it accomplished without creating extensive disruption. Highly recommended. have worked with Boccia twice now. Had them dig out a crawl space several years ago which included installing a perimeter basement under-drain system, and they did a great job on it. But, sure enough, with all the heavy rains we've had this summer, rain water found its way into the main part of the basement, while the former crawl space area, was perfectly dry. So, called them back to put the perimeter system around the rest of the basement. They completed the work in the estimated 3 days despite hauling out the excavated materials 1 five gal. bucket at a time and bringing the fresh concrete to patch the floor by the same method. The crew was courteous and worked without interruption until completed. A lot of jack hammering was required with the unavoidable dust. However, it wasn't as bad as expected. They kept it under control with exhaust fans and plastic barriers. The worst part of the whole thing is having to, necessarily, move all the basement stuff away from the foundation walls to make room for the work. My back held up and it wasn't as bad as I had expected. I also elected to have the 12V battery backup sump pump installed for redundancy. I consider the cost of the whole project to be like buying insurance. You pay for it, but hope you won't have to use it. Bottom line, Boccia did a good job and I'll be resting easier now when heavy storms come though or when the normally high ground water level in my area decides to get even higher.

Bocci waterproofed 2 walls at my home in Bayside. One wall there is now a new leak at the lower end of the wall just above the cove base. They fixed the upper leak behind the electric panel. Today I have a new leak since my renovation contractor removed the paneling. Water is flowing freely when it rains. This leak is 2 feet below the top ground level. I called Boccia and waiting for a reply.
