We had 4 bids on a new roof. Some were ridiculous, a couple, like Emerald Rivers, were reasonable. We had a very positive and informative discussion and selected them. During construction, they found some serious damage. Even though more repair had to be made, the additional charge was reasonable and complete. They were so efficient, helpful and honest, we immediately had them do an additional project. When they were done, clean up was quick and complete. They even checked with us later to be sure everything was okay.
