Elyon Roofing Solutions is made up of an incredible group of people with exceptional customer service! They asked me when I wanted them to replace my roof, they arrived for work early, met with insurance adjusters more than once & even had phone conversations with insurance company. They found fence damage which was outside the scope of their work -- but ultimately wanted to help me as much as possibly. Insurance paid. Integrity was another aspect of my experience, they gave me money back which I thought went toward the roof but went toward the fence. Shout out to Hector Jr, who helped me through the entire process from start to finish. Hector answered after hour & weekend texts and phone calls....he was always so nice and friendly. Also, I have to thank Spencer, who was just like Hector... trying to help me! So if you need a new roof or repair......go to Elyon Roofing Solutions, they are truly the best! Spencer and team did a great job on the roof, gutters and copper work. His guys also helped with a few other cosmetic items that needed correcting on the outside. Reliable and attentive. He was great.

We HIGHLY recommend Elyon Roofing Solutions! Spencer worked tirelessly to get our insurance company to finally approve our new roof. Insurance denied several times, but he was able to prove to them that the storm caused the damage to our roof and we ended up getting a full replacement. Additionally, the workmanship was excellent, the workers were courteous, and I really can't say enough positive things about Spencer. Elyon also replaced my Mom's roof and she had a wonderful experience as well. All the stars!

What I liked about this business was their professionalism, the quick responses to my questions, their availability to meet with the Insurance Adjuster but most of all I enjoyed meeting Gustavo and Bryan.

Worked with Gustavo as my representative, he walked me through the whole process from start to finish. I hate when people come knocking on your door to sell you something. After he explained what he was doing, I ended up talking to him and he inspected the roof. He showed me pictures of the damage and explained how I could have it repaired or replaced. I would recommend them for roof repairs and replacement.

Elyon Roofing was outstanding!. Spencer worked with the insurance adjuster and zealously advocated for the needed repairs. He stayed in constant communication and was on site. His crew crated over all landscaping and protected the pool. The old roof was removed and a new roof installed within the day. Not a single nail was discovered after clean-up. The team is extremely professional, courteous, and thorough.
