Michael is great! I am a property manager with over 100 properties. This company is professional and reasonably priced. They have done several roofs for my investors. It took me a while before I found this company. They are now the first people I call. I highly recommend them.

The first encounter with AK Certified was dealing with Delaney who made the beginning process super smooth! She listened to what I needed and found a day that was soonest as well as what worked best for me! Shortly after Ronaldo came out and looked at my roof and gave me two different options for a roof repair. Ronaldo was super knowledge, friendly and personable. Ronaldo advised the leak I was having could have been from one of two areas as well as noting some other areas of my roof that needed attention. Ronaldo never tried to upsell me, was not pushy and was very honest. We originally went to one option and then when the workers noticed the issue was worse than what we thought, we ended up going to the second option. Ronaldo stayed true to his price on both options and never upcharged or put any hidden fees. The whole interaction from start to finish was very pleasant and would definitely recommend!

The pricing was very competitive, Mike ,our salesman , was responsive , the workmanship was good quality. The workmen addressed a few minor issues not in the scope of the bid at no cost. Needed a roof repair due to a past roofing company’s installation mistake (we did not own the house when past roofer installed the roof). AK Certified Roofing was able to come out to investigate the issue within a couple of days of my initial call. Mike Cordero, who is the owner provided a complete explanation of the cause and sent us the quote electronically that same day. The quote seemed reasonable to us, so we accepted it. The repair was completed two days later.

Mike Cordero is very professional and cares that the customer understands what is causing the problem. It was obvious that customer satisfaction is important to him.

Work was completed as discussed and was done in a timely and professional matter. Michael engineered a baffle for our existing off ridge vents due to wind driven rain from storms. Micheal's design seems like it should work. We will need to wait for the next storm to know for certain. Thank you.

AK Roofing really came through for us when we needed them for a roofing emergency. Rolando went out of his way to come out last minute, and worked late into the evening until our issue was resolved. He is honest and delivered what was expected all while remaining in the proposed budget. I watched my entire roof 53 squares being removed and the new roof installed. It took two days, and they worked constantly. From time to time, I climbed up on the roof to inspect the workmanship. It was excellent. The roof was 20 years old, and I needed 8 more sheets of plywood, since there were some questionable sections. The price was good, and I would employ AK Roofing anytime.

AK Certified Roofing did an awesome job on our reroof project from estimate appointment to completion. Rolando provided us with a quote the same day he came for our appointment. He was very thorough explaining everything I needed to know. He said if I have any other questions just text him and he will get right back with me. I texted on a Sunday morning and did not expect an answer until Monday. To my suprise I had the answer almost immediately. Once we set a date to start everything was delivered as outlined. On the first day project manager Davian arrived at the same time Daniel and his crew. They got organized and the work began. Davian provided real time updates on the work and anything I needed to know. He also took pictures of the project from the roof so I could see exactly what Daniel and his team were doing and how the work was being done. Daniel's team was very respectful of our property and the neighbors. They worked very hard and did a phenomenal job. Our roof was not easy and two stories. Once completed Davian walked the property with me and made sure everything was done properly. He then and asked me if I had any concerns that needed to be addressed. I pointed out one piece of facia that was bent little bit and they just replaced it. I expected them just to pound it out with a rubber mallet. Overall I am very satisfied with the project, workmen, workmanship, and most important AK Certified Roofings customer service. AK Roofing recently replaced our roof after the recent hurricane. Rolando and his team were extremely professional and delivered everything promised. They were careful of our property (pool filter, furniture, etc.) and left our yard without debris and nails. The job was completed within the time frame promised. I highly recommend AK Roofing.

One recommendation I would make is when asked how you want materials delivered to the rooftop (whether manually walked up or using a truck), I would recommend considering the extra cost of the manual delivery to avoid damage to your driveway. AK gave us the option and we chose not to pay the extra for manual and did sustain some damage to our driveway. This was a decision we made and is definitely not a reflection of AK, but thought I would include as a public courtesy. I think this would apply for any roofing company that might be used.
