We called Ellis Home Services, after hours, when we had a leak on our outside faucet. He wasn't able to come that evening, however he gave us detailed instructions on how to temporarily fix the leak until he got there in the morning. He showed up right away in the morning and had the leak fixed within 15 minutes.
