Ellensburg Solar

We talked with 3 different solar companies in the eastern Washington market and Ellensburg Solar was hands-down the best value. Their service & communication has been excellent. Heath (sales) and Vic (electrician) were both outstanding!

We have been doing research for awhile on solar panels and how they worked. It was when we took into consideration that our electric bill was constantly increasing and that wasn't going to change. So, our next step was to call our local solar companies to get more information. Ellensburg Solar stood out to us because of their great customer service and their experience with solar panels.We got a total of 62 panels so when we get our hybrid car next year we'll be all set! They set our panels up in just 2 days! So fast, great service, knowledgeable, what more can you ask for!?!

We recently had Ellensburg Solar install a 25 panel system on our roof in Spokane, WA and we are really pleased with the whole process. We had several quotes from different solar companies around the Spokane area and decided on Ellesnburg Solar and were pleased with the decision. Conner and Regan with Ellensburg Solar were the two main contacts at the company and were both extremely responsive and professional as we waited on the County and Avista to approve all the necessary permits early on in the process.

Once everything was approved we waited less than a week to install the system. The team that came out to install (I think his name was Dominique?) Was extremely courteous, professional and knew what they were doing. They were able to answer all of our questions during the install and then went above and beyond to clean up the mess that they'd made. Very particular about their work and the finished product. They also were able to install the system within one day. You could tell that they really enjoyed what they were doing by how excited they were to be there installing the system and their knowledge of it.

Once the crew completed the install, Avista was able to change out our meter to "net" metering, then Connor was out the next day to turn on the system and set us up so we could monitor the system and see how much power we were producing.

We are only a couple weeks in, but production has been spot on and are really excited to see production after our first full month producing power. If you've not thought about solar before, I HIGHLY suggest you give the Ellensburg Solar team a call. Fantastic team all around!

Absolutely fantastic on our residential install (solar + battery backup). Our project was challenging due to our high metal architectural shingle roof. Other companies we talked with weren't able to install under those circumstances, but Ellensburg Solar knew how to do it and did a great job. They showed up on time, came back (repeatedly) to make sure everything was properly installed, connected, and up & running how we wanted it. Prices are very competitive, equipment is high quality, and the staff and installers are super-knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

My family recently purchased a house that had two sets of solar panels in our backyard on posts. When we purchased the house, we had another local company (AllCities Solar) take a look at them and give us an estimate on what it would cost to move them to the roof. Once we had purchased the house, we tried to get AllCities to start the process and had a heck of a time with them not following through and when they finally did, the quote was MUCH higher. Maybe I misheard initially, but either way, we decided we did not want to go with them. We got a quote from another company (Solara) which was comparable, professional, and a pleasant experience, but we wanted to check with Ellensburg Solar, as well.

In the meantime, we started having issues with several of the original inverters and contacted Ellensburg Solar to have them check them out and give us a quote. Pooya was out at our house in a matter of minutes. Luckily, I had picked an insurance policy that covered the panels, and Ellensburg Solar helped us with getting the replacement inverters covered by our insurance. They also gave us a quote that was competitive, if not better, for moving the 16 panels and installing 6 more panels, and helped us with securing very reasonable financing.

The process was very smooth and Regan and Pooya were great at communicating every step of the way.

When the day came to install the panels, the weather was absolutely miserable! It was cold and rainy. Despite this, the workers were cheerful, fast, and thorough. I was extremely impressed. They had everything completed within one day. That included taking the original panels down from the posts and removing the posts. If they had only had to install the 22 panels we now have, it would have taken even less time.

All in all, I can now see why so many houses/businesses in Yakima have Ellensburg Solar signs in their yard. If we ever have to do something like this again, I will definitely be going with Ellensburg Solar.

We just had our solar installed and turned on. Ellensburg Solar was nothing more than amazing. They take care of everything from beginning to end, always easy to get in touch with. Compared prices, product and service and selected Ellensburg Solar. Ryan was a big piece of this. He delivers exceptional customer service backed up by his install- and office-teams. They handled the whole process very efficiently and quickly including all the permits and interaction with our HOA, Electric company and State.

With extensive experience in construction and electrical systems, I watched the installation by Ellensburg Solar of a 21,000 watt system. The mechanical installation crew did an excellent and very professional job. Straight, level and clean framework for the solar panels. The summertime proper angle for this area is 30 degrees - they were within .2 degrees of 30 - amazingly close.

The electrical/panel crew worked carefully and did an excellent job. I cannot say too much on the professional results. Needless to say, the system passed the electrical inspection flawlessly.

Excellent experience! Every point of contact demonstrated great customer service. From our initial meeting, to a bid that was very competitive and fair, to staying informed as to where we were at in the process, to scheduling a special meeting when our ground did not allow for placement where we had originally discussed, to the installation, to the final closeout and explanation of the system. These guys are top notch and everything was as promised or better! We couldn’t have asked for anything to go smoother than it had. Sam was our point guy, and he was always gracious, timely with contacting us, and it was very apparent that he was dedicated to making sure our experience was everything we wanted it to be. Ryan became involved during the times necessary to make sure that everything went smooth. The front office staff was always good about keeping us informed and answering any questions we had in timely emails. Couldn’t be happier that we chose Ellensburg Solar as our provider. Ellensburg Solar was the lowest of three estimates. Panels were installed early 2018. Work was completed in one day with no problems to date. Staff is very responsive and helpful to phone call questions.
