Elk City Ace Home Center

Lackluster and misinformed staff have left me questioning whether this business knows how to help their customers. For example, I was in need of 400 ft of 10ga 600v insulated electrical wire with so or better rating, was told they had it in stock, however after making an hour long trip to collect was presented with a product that wasn't even close to the specs I required, and upon speaking to another employee was encouraged to use other business because they don't carry what I need. Had I managed to recieve this information from the beginning I wouldn't have lost our most valuable possession...my time

Went to ace and bought a hot water tank part when I get home I pulled it out of the box and a line was broke in half had my wife return it and I just bought it 20 min ago and the night shift manager made the comment that it wouldn’t of been sold broke well for one they didn’t open the box before they scanned it so they didn’t see it for two why would I buy a part come home and break it in half and return it to get the same amount of money I just bought it for smh

This place has been awesome. We always go there to buy material, and the people are super friendly every time you walk in.

Nice place with lots of supplies and hardware. People are friendly and helpful. Every Ace hardware I've been to offer a 10% military discount, I've always used Ace before coming to Elk City, they told me they're privately owned and do not honor a military discount even though corporate website said most all do.
Sad to see, but it won't stop me from shopping here. Maybe in the future they will start offering a military discount. ⭐⭐⭐

They were extremely nice and helpful and seemed to have a lot more in stock than the smaller surrounding area hardware stores.

The staff members are such a charm to work with. Any project I have, I would definitely go to Ace in Elk City

Very poor....will not shop here again. We are seniors and I had recent hospital stay. Upon entering store I asked at front desk if they could send someone to get what we needed. Very rude comeback with what we wanted....I told them. Was told what area it was in....no one ever even bothered to help us. My husband has Parkinson's and uses a walker....he did go get it himself but I almost didn't get it....handicap discrimination at this store. Won't be back to any of the Ace in our vacinity...all owned by same company

Really great customer service. Knowledgeable people inside the store. Bright and cheerful. Veteran customers are welcomed warmly. I withheld one star because the last 3 times I’ve gone to get wood- I have had 2/5 sticks twisted or warped. And the selection of hard wood or heartwoods are very small. Particularly size variety in matching selections.

They always do their dead level best to help you out. Keep an eye on sales, theyve been having some really good deals.
