I would give them 10 stars if I could. I got a flat tire on 40 west and I called these guys. They were fast, got me a new tire and had me on my way in no time. They really are awesome!

On our way into OKC, the under liner of our vehicle dislodged. We stopped here on a wing and a prayer. They got us set-up on a Friday afternoon in no time. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming even though we were unexpected. The pricing was fair and service was fast❤️

We took my vehicle here to get fixed. My car was misfiring so we took it in and they told us the problem and what they would need to do, then one of the mechanics decided to clear the code on my vehicle making it so that the inspector could not give the okay to order parts and fix my car. They then said they were going to keep it and try to get my engine light to turn on, the owner then decided to take my car and drive it like his own. He put around 300 miles on my vehicle WITHOUT permission. Definitely DO NOT recommend!!

They were so helpful. We were traveling from out of town and our car broke down about 30 minutes outside of elk city on a Saturday and they answered my call right away and the tow guy brought a rental out to us so we could continue our trip and then they were very through at looking at the issues with our car. I cannot thank them enough that they saved our trip.

The staff was great. They work with me to get done what I ask them to do. Very polite and helpful. Most definitely return again and give them my business.

Yes they hold my Infinity two blocks charged me $125 bucks no big deal Said they gave free estimates cuz I hit a deer and I just have liability right so they didn't charge me $300 to look at it keep an $1,100 piece of my motor that I just fixed I just had put on there Tell me they they didn't see it b******* I've seen it when they left these people will rip you off they're known to rip you off because they want to keep your car that lady offered my boyfriend $1,000 for my car and like he's he said we'll crush it before we let you have it for that but they try to get you in such a bind to where you owe them so much money especially me being on disability and they probably knew I couldn't afford all that cuz it came to like over $800 for them to give me a free estimate stay away from this company and they claim to be Christians

Needed an emergency car repair when I was towing my camper across the country. They were able to get me in quickly and back on the road. Everyone was incredibly friendly, especially the front desk ladies. Thank you so much!

They said they fixed my car to the tune of $2,200. Check engine light came on immediately. I ended up changing 2 sensors on my own and it's running great. Cost me $300 to do it on my own when they estimated the additional work at over $5,000. Dont trust them.

Came in to get an oil change with my 7m/o and the waiting area had kids toys, access to Netflix, as well as a couch to pass the time in. Would recommend again.

As a 2014 ram eco diesel owner I find myself in the repair shop quite often, and I sure have been to a lot of them. EC blows the rest of them out of the water. The communication and efficiency of these folks here sets them ahead of the rest. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Passing through on my way to Missouri and was having RV electrical issues. EC Auto diagnosed the problem as a throttle issue and replaced it. I can’t express enough how happy I am with their customer service. The safety of my significant other can’t be measured in dollars and I didn’t need to have her stranded on the side of if I-40 trying to help me start an RV. I will always be grateful to EC Auto and the mechanic (John) that did the work. I wish I had more work to send them!!

They are a wonderful company, I have had my oil changed as well as my new tires, extremely reasonable! Very nice Christian employees, Lynn is such a pleasure to deal with! May the good Lord bless and keep them.

The staff was extremely gracious and efficient. We had been traveling from NM to Cleveland when the roof rack broke. EC repaired it by the next day. The issue was completed the next day. They went above and beyond by repacking the roof rack for better efficiency. I can not sing their praises strong enough.

EC Auto Repair is a great company. I had to get my vehicle towed to them after a different company didn't replace an oil plug properly leaving me stranded on the side of I-40. EC contacted the other company to tell them what was going on & handled everything for me. They were able to get my oil plug replaced, new oil added & checked the vehicle over to make sure there was no other damage done. I was back on the road in a timely manner. They were very personable and made me feel very comfortable & informed. I recommend them for any car services.

EC Auto helped me out when I felt like I was living a nightmare.
My brand new (to me) used car’s engine completely failed while I was driving home from Phx to Indy. EC gave me a great price on the repair and helped me find affordable options along the way.

5 stars because they got me checked in decently quick, had a tv you could pick your own movie on, took me back to the tech to talk to me one on one and explain the problems with my vehicle, fixed my problem quickly, and even put a new tag light in for free. They were very friendly and took me back to their office to get a tire quote for the next time I come back. Overall this auto shop is very clean, professional, great customer service and doesn’t take forever to fix things like most auto shops. I look forward to seeing yall next time.

Very friendly people, genuine and honest. It's a comfortable setting, and they do great work as well! Had break trouble, they got me in to check what was wrong late friday. they got me in and all fixed up within a few days. I would recommend this garage for any services :)

We were stranded in ElK City with, if you can believe it, 4 shredded camper tires. Lynn and Nathan took great care of us! I highly recommend them! Nathan came to our stranded spot. They replaced all four tires! Very reasonably priced!

Ec got us fixed and running good! If you in a big hurry this isn't the place but if you want it done right it's the place!!

Had a road-trip break-down and needed my engine replaced. Glad that it happened where it did and EC could handle the job. They were so kind and accommodating (providing us with a rental van to continue with our trip), were transparent with the timeline and got the job done right. I highly recommend them!

EC Auto Repair came through in our time of need! Nathan and Lynn were professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. The price was about what I would expect for a Saturday night. They got us back on the road quickly and with confidence that the rest of our trip would go smoothly. Truly an answer to prayers!! So very thankful for them both!!!

Came in late in the day with a flat tire on our rental car during a long road trip.
EC Auto Repair took us in, found the metal splinter in the tire, and patched it in less then an hour.
Charge was very reasonable as well.
Repair held perfectly for the rest of the trip which was over 2000 miles.

They sure saved the day so we could continue our vacation, and I would recommend them to anyone!

The outside is deceiving on this place but you step in the lobby it's very nice it's very clean the receptionist and the other lady in the office are very nice and provide great customer service then you can look thru the glass on the door to the shop you can see your vehicle being worked on which is a huge plus in my book the shop area is very clean and organized at a certain point they'll take you out to the shop with the technician and go over your vehicle and any problems they may find very honest people from my experience technicians are great the prices are competitive from my experience I'll definitely return to this shop I'd give more stars if I could

Drove from AZ to MI this week and got a flat right outside of Elk City at 4:30pm on a Friday and Lynn and the guys at EC Auto were life savers! They got someone out to us (me and my 13 yo dog) to get us out of the heat ASAP by the time we got to the shop they had a tire ready and got me out the door so quick!!

Great work made it to MI safely and with added roadside assistance safety Lynn added to my purchase that gave me so much peace of mind!!!

My son broke down off the interstate and used these guys. Amazing help. Literally fixed him fixed in 5 hours and had him back on the road.

They were great about staying in touch on vehicle status, calling when anything additional might need to be done! They answered every question we had about the repair, provided a very detailed invoice prior to any service being started and assured me the price would not change...it was exactly as they quoted when the pickup was finished and picked up!!
I would definitely go back to them for any future repairs!

I have been doing business with EC Auto for years . They have always been polite . They have towed multiple vehicles for me. There driver is always polite when they call to get oh information or just tell me that they’ve got the vehicle. Mechanic work has always been excellent. I have purchased vehicle tire and trailer tire very pleased with tires and work .
I have recommended him to friends and acquaintances in the past, and I will continue to recommend them. Thanks for the excellent service

When we walked in and saw people sleeping on the couch snoring I should have known it would take a while. I received a mailer and had a coupon for an oil change. It was cheaper than anywhere in Elk. If we would have known an oil change with no one in front of us would take an hour we probably would have waited until we went into the City. We read the one star reviews while we waited, because we had the time. So as soon as we got in the car we checked the oil to make sure they put oil in the car. My seat was dirty from the mechanic, I know he used a cover but the sides were dirty, I had oil on my steering wheel, shifter and the hood. I luckily got the oil off those things, hopefully I can clean my seat. All in all, I think we will go into the city next time we need an oil change.

CRIMINALLY EXPENSIVE!

I was traveling solo thru OK to Az and engine light came on. Called AAA and they said EC Auto is a AAA approved repair shop. EC charged me $2,500 for a water pump, thermostat. See attached invoice. When I got back to AZ, I went to Toyota dealer and they charge less than$1,400 for same repair!!! BEWARE! They take advantage of travelers, price gouging is their game! I have reported them to AAA!

Price Gouging!!!! Steer clear from this company! Price gouging! EC Auto Repair charged $2,500 to replace a water pump, thermostat and flush the heat/ cooling system. I am a 64 yr old lady traveling solo back to Arizona. The weather was freezing, 36 degrees that day. I was in a predicament and EC Auto Repair took complete advantage! When I got back to Arizona I called Toyota dealer and they said they would charge $1,500 for same Svc. This is for a 2018 Camry. When I told Toyota what I was charged, they said that is criminal!!!!! We all know dealers charge more than most shops and the dealer said this is criminal!!! Then I signed a rental car agreement for $500.62 and they said they made a mistake on the agreement and want me to pay more. And they charged my credit card more! They said I need to pay $500 plus tax, but the agreement they prepared and I signed is for $500.62 including tax. Beware of this business, they take advantage! The rental car had check engine light and low tire pressure lights on, windshield wipers were shot and radio didn’t work! $500 was a lot for that car! Actions I'm taking: 1) dispute rental car charges with credit card company 2) report EC Auto Repair to AAA for price gouging 3) File complaint with Oklahoma consumer affairs. 4) leave negative reviews on google and yelp.

Listen to the one star reviews. This place is a rip off. Took them 8 days to get back to me about my car. I made clear that if any costs were going to be over $200 then I would not like to proceed. They billed me $295 for administrative fees and didn't even do a diagnostic test. When I tried to ask why the fee was so expensive and explain that I wouldn't have left my car there knowing that, they basically told me to kick rocks. I even tried to compromise at $150 to $200. I will be reporting this business for fraud to the Consumer Protection Unit at the Attorney General's Office.

EC Auto Repair and JG Repairs and Towing are the best! They turned a very bad day into a positive experience. True professionals and genuinely nice folks.

Dey do good job chenching my oil and check all the truck I have leak on 4x4 fix next day

A few months ago I visited this place as they could get me I quickly to replace my radiator and some other things, I asked if they could get the AC colder because it ran a little warmer than what it should have. Well they fixed the radiator fan clutch "thermostat" all for $2500... Now operating temp for a Ford f250 is 195 why in the hell would you clowns put a 160 degree thermostat in the truck? So I had to come back this winter to complain oh my heat doesn't work fix it and pay you more money? Stay as far away from these shady clowns as possible. I will never be back to this place ever again.

About 2 to 3 times more expensive than the professional car dealership mechanic shops in town. I made a mistake of going here, please don't. I got the bill and there was no transparency on how much the parts were or what there hourly rate is for service or how long it took for the service. Please get 3 quotes from other mechanics in town before you go there otherwise you'll regret it, they will take advantage of you.

I was leaving the KOA in Elk City Oklahoma, when my 99 Dodge Pleasure Way just died. I called AAA and they had me towed to EC Auto Repair. Lyn was fantastic to deal with and turns out I needed a new water pump and rad fluid. I got to spend the weekend in Elk City, but they had the repair done and within the quoted amount and time they said they would. Being from Canada and travelling alone, I felt so lucky to have found EC Auto Repair!

Brought the 2015 Dodge Journey In for tune up, trans flush and oil change before we go out of town end of this month on vacation. They found my oil filter housing leaking bad and were able to get it fixed very fast and professionally. They replaced needed parts with quality parts and sensors not cheating to save a few bucks with cheap parts that won’t last. Will be back thank you!

On a very cold and rainy early morning EC Auto Repair’s David drove an hour and a half to put a spare on for me so that I could make it to a tire shop. They were fast and kept me updated on their ETA which I really appreciate!
I feel like they went over and above on effort and not only do I recommend that you choose them should you need to but I will definitely use them in the future.

I haven’t been here for any vehicle service but I did rent a couple vehicles from them through the Turo app. Cars were great on gas mileage staff was friendly checking in and out and if any problems came up they were quick to solve them!

These folks absolutely bent over backwards for me. Picked me up so my daughter and I would not have to walk. 10/10 would reccomend.

Don’t ever go here they will charge you five times the amount they do not care about anything other than money… this place wanted $40,000 for a water pump. Even the whole town says they’re the worst. When people can’t pay their bill, they take their cars boats and everything it’s like a junkyard in their parking lot. These people go through your truck, smell your underwear and take whatever in your fridge I promise you don’t go here find the guy Mike in town or somebody else, they triple double quadruple to charge you for nothing…run far away from these guys if I can give zero stars, I would

Took a lot longer than it should’ve for a simple oil change because they were too busy trying to find something wrong with my car. I have never been to a place that had try to upsell me so badly. Upon check out, the lady kept being pushy about scheduling me for an appointment to get those problems “fixed.” Why would I schedule an appointment for supposed problems that I know are not there that’s gonna cost me over $1400 to do?! Their seating area only has two spots to sit in. One of which is a nasty stained couch. That’s was extremely disgusting. They also couldn’t have been bothered to turn off the oil change required alert or pick up their sheets off the floor that are supposed to protect your floors. Very disheartening as this was my first and last time using this place. UPDATE: Less than 2 weeks after doing this oil change with them, I had zero oil in it due to them not replacing the oil filter right! Ridiculous!

EC Auto Repair has helped me numerous times for auto repairs and oil changes. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

From 2023 I’m sure pricing is worse now:

Overcharged, did work they didn’t need to do, and did it poorly.

$250 to diagnose a problem and then pricing for the repair was on an algorithm. Didn’t love that, but I needed to be back on the road in 1-2 days, so I thought I’d bite the bullet.

They wanted $800 for a fuel pump replacement, and I’d have to wait a week for a part. Everyone else in town charged half that and would have it fixed same day. I pulled the car off their lot after it was sitting there for 2 days and got it fixed same day elsewhere.

The coolant tube they replaced as a “curtesy” broke on the highway and emptied out all my coolant. The person who replaced it said the original only had a pinhole leak.

I found out their tube broke when my engine overheated and started smoking on the highway. Had to pay for a tow and needed to replace the tube even though I didn’t need to in first place :/ it had nothing to do with replacing the fuel pump.

Maybe they’re good if you want expensive stuff for your expensive car, but this was not the place for someone on a budget. The only thing they “fixed” broke. I should have known when I sat in the waiting room and watched the guys at the desk try to upsell every oil change and repair that came through.
