Rolling Retreats RV Sales

Emailed a couple days before we were going to come by and look at a unit they had on the website but there were no photos. Also wanted to see what they were all about since we’ve heard good things. No power to the unit so we couldn’t even look at it. No apology, nothing. Complete waste of time. They don’t seem any different than any other dealer from what I could tell.

I am not alone in saying that this is the place for purchasing or getting maintance on DRV products. The owners Slade and Alicia run the business very ethically, other places should take notes.

We bought our fifth wheel here 4 yrs. Ago. Great people and wonderful service!! They now also do Flex Armor roofs for RV's and that is what we are having done to our rig.

Have our 2020 DRV 41RKSB4 serviced there. They treat you like family!!! An awesome group of people!!!! We see them once a year for annual maintenance and sometimes in between for other items! ☺️☺️☺️

I had a very nice experience dealing with Jason and Liz they were super nice and knowledgeable which goes a long way in the service industry. When my unit was ready they called me and let me know what the problem was, since we picked up the unit we have taken it out and all us good. Rolling Retreats Well Done!!

We were at Rolling Retreats to have our roof replaced with their Flex Armor roof. The entire team made us feel like family. They offer a house to stay while the roof is being replaced but it was occupied. The owner offered their very own RV to stay in on their nearby ranch. Wow! Exceptional care and service from the whole team!!

ROLLING RETREATS RV is the ONLY place to buy your new DRV! We are heading home with our new coach and the experience with this WONDERFUL company needs to be shared. We are 500% green newbies who have never owned an RV; because of this excellent company….we feel excited and ready to begin our full time RV life.

We first contacted Mike a few weeks back. We saw they had a 2021 coach for sale and it had everything we wanted. From the first call, Mike took us under his wing and walked us through buying a truck to pull with, internet purchase setup, satellite purchase for TV set up and more. He treated us like old friends and answered our questions no matter how many times we asked them or how silly they must have seemed. Once we arrived to purchase, Alicia treated us like family. Sincerely, she is genuine, kind and warm. She made sure we were comfortable the days we stayed on sight, made sure our coach was set up to feel like home already and did everything in her power to please us. Jason was a technical dream and made sure everything was in working order, showed us how to work everything (along with Mike) and even installed a special front step rail so I could get in and out feeling secure. Travis was a hoot and a joy when he helped Jason along our weekend. His cheerful nature made learning fun! Oh, and Jason and Mike even took us out for a few hours for RV towing, backing up and hook up school.

These kind, caring and knowledgeable people made our dreams come true and we will be forever grateful. Thank you, thank you, thank you to each and every one of them!!!!!!

Stopped on short notice to have minor exterior trim work done. It was done gratis even though we didnt purchase our 2013 from them. Although service department was very busy, time was taken to take care of the problem and get us back on the road. We appreciate Rolling Retreats very much.

Looks like that from the year 2017 DRV quality went down the sink. We had few BIG issues with Rolling Retreats regarding our DRV. CERTAINLY for us not a nice experience at all. These people look nice but in reality they are not. My suggestion to you is do your search and Do not buy DRV or deal with Rolling Retreats.

It's been almost 8 years since we bought our DRV from Rolling Retreats. Slade and Alicia were great to work with through that process.

We had not been back in the area for a very long time, but had called Slade a few times to ask specific maintenance / repair type questions. He's also been able to ship parts that our local repair shop was unable to obtain locally, very much appreciated the ongoing customer service.

Recently we broke down in the Texas panhandle due to an issue with our truck. The truck was towed to a local dealership and when Alicia learned we were stranded just 60 miles away she sent her sales guy, Mike, to rescue us and tow us to their location and set us up for a week while waiting on the truck repair. Talk about awesome customer service almost 8 years after the sale, just totally unheard of these days!!!!

So thankful we found Rolling Retreats! Great quality work and good customer service. Well worth the trip to have our rig worked on.

Great place to go to have repairs or to have anything installed in your DRV! I also would recommend you go to them to buy a new or used DRV. Great people to work with.

Slade and Rolling Retreats RV are the best! They only work on DRVs so we got tired of getting the run around from our dealership in the DFW area and drove it to Elk City, OK for service. Outstanding job, very professional crew, great service! We will bring ours back here for service.

They are the best. If you are looking for a DRV Mobile Suites or need service on one you do not need to look any further. Slade and Alicia are the best and truly care about you and taking care of you. Super knowledgeable about these rigs.

We have had our unit "43 Dallas MS " since August '18 now and are very happy with it. We had some custom features done when ordered with Alicia's help and it took almost 8 months. Over all it was well worth the wait.
We live full time in our unit and we just took it in for some minor repairs while I had time off work. We drove 6hrs to Rolling Retreats for repairs everything was covered under warranty and done in a day. Travis and Vince are great guys and get done what you need.
I will also say that when we picked our unit up new everyone went out of there way to see that all was well before we left.
Alicia, Slade and the service guys are great and you won't find a better price anywhere.

We bought a new Mobile Suites Fifth Wheel in March 2018 in Junction City, Oregon, and have been traveling full-time since then (22k miles & 25 states). Very happy with the comfort and quality of the coach, but there were what I understand were a usual list of warranty repair items for a new RV. Though the Guaranty RV Sales staff was helpful and friendly, the follow up customer service on warranty repairs has been terrible.
Several Mobile Suites owners we met at RV parks in our travels recommended Rolling Retreats RV in Elk City, OK, as an excellent company to buy DRV fifth wheels from. Since I heard glowing recommendations on at least 3 separate occasions, I decided to contact Rolling Retreats for their help in completing the warranty repairs that Guaranty RV had failed to complete when we left our coach with them for 2+ weeks in July. When I spoke to Slade Tennery in early August, he explained how busy their service shop was, but offered to see if he could squeeze us into their schedule if I emailed him a description of the work that needed to be done.
We are so thankful that Slade was able and willing to schedule the work in mid-September. We re-routed through Elk City, and were able to get all our warranty repair punch list items completed in about 6 hours, even though we had not bought our RV from Rolling Retreats. The technicians in his shop are professional, very knowledgeable about the DRV product line, and work efficiently. We were on our way back on the road the same day!
I highly recommend Rolling Retreats to anyone seriously considering buying a DRV Mobile or Elite Suites coach. They specialize in DRV products and stand behind the RV’s they sell with top-notch follow up service work. Even though it was out of the way, the trip to Elk City, Oklahoma was definitely worth it for us!

This is the best place to buy an RV. Their service after the sale is fabulous. They always have your back.

Slade and his team are working hard to fine tune a few items. And Alicia is a world of knowledge. Love them both.

We bought a used unit for a song ! We are over the moon happy with it ! There are only a few things wrong with it very minor! Sad part was is customer Service in the office . We know you are not making anything off this coach but you would have made a few on service!

I went back to Rolling Retreats last year to have some routine maintenance done on my DRV. I drove 551 miles and 9 hours from Denver for the service. I am scheduled to return in a couple of weeks to have Slade do some more maintenance to my rig. Slade is the only guy I want working on my DRV.
If you have a DRV (Mobile Suites), this is one of very few places to have work done on it. Alicia and Slade KNOW DRV. I like having someone that really knows DRV working on my rig.

We spent sometime there for rountine maintenance but Slade found a problem with the bedroom floor in the slide. Although he was busy he found time to work us in to get the floor replaced. Everything was completed in a very professional manner. I would very highly recommend Rolling Retreats for either sales or service.

BEST PLACE to buy or service your DRV RV. Owners Slade and wife Alecia know everything there is to know about DRV. It's easy to schedule service and Slade makes sure that the service is DONE RIGHT and ON SCHEDULE, which is not what we've experienced at other places we've been through. Pricing is fair and they efficiently work with and file claims on our Good Sams insurance group. Best of all we're ALL treated like family while we're there and always leave "happy campers!"
