Looked at a vehicle online so made appointment to come see it, drove two hours to get there first thing and it doesn’t start, there for an hour and a half and never did drive truck or see the hay bed work. They took it to the shop and was last time I heard anything about it. Anyway a wasted morning, disappointing I was there to purchase a truck.

Only reason for this ☆ is the service supervisor. He treated myself very poorly. Was working with me, just walked way to talk to a gentleman and we were still in the middle of a conversation. Went back, next day to discuss the ill will & treatment with him & he just ignored me & laughed at me. I was a walk-in with several things to be done. My vehicle was ready in just a little over an hour. Everyone I had contact with at the dealership’s service department was as kind and helpful and friendly as they could be. And the total charges were definitely reasonable for what I had done. I was very impressed. I’ve already posted a rave on a local Facebook group and encouraged everyone to take their vehicles to Lipscomb Chevrolet/GMC/Buick. They’re tops in my opinion. I will most definitely continue to go there for my vehicle service needs.

Everything would have been excellent but I found 2 scratches with touch up paint trying to conceal the scratches when I washed it the first time. I contacted them about it a few days ago and haven’t heard anything back other than they were going to look into it. The truck had 14 miles on it when I drove it off their lot and shouldn’t have had touch up paint on it. Very disappointing because everything else went so smooth. I bought it over the phone and communication between the salesman, my bank, and myself was great. Maybe they will eventually do something about the problem.

Lindsey was great to work with. Finance took care of us and let us know everything that was going on. Will definitely be back next time we need a vehicle.

The friendly staff was very helpful in assisting us with the purchase of our vechicle. The vechicle was beautiful cleaned and waiting for us on the arranged date. Excellent service, thank you very much!

We have purchased two different vechiles from them, the same salesman Kaleb sold us both, he is great! As for the service dept danny and Eddie are the best in the business! The techs in the shop do great work! I wouldn't consider buying a vechile from anyone else and you won't find a dealership that stands behind what they sell !

We wanted to take advantage of the Saturday oil change special but had to leave town early Thursday morning and be away through Saturday evening, so we checked our vehicle in for the scheduled Saturday oil change, shortly after 8:00am Thursday and left town. Our sales rep learned that we had done so and expedited our oil change and then called that it was completed about 10:00am. We really appreciated him for being so aware our service request!

The salesman (Kaleb?) and the gentleman in finance got us exactly what we wanted in a timely, friendly manner. Our truck broke down while driving across the country but they turned our bad luck right around! Very happy with our experience.
