Elite Roofing & Solar

Elite is a roofer you can trust. I've had more than I can count roofer sales people come to my house after storms and try to get me to initiate a claim. Only to do so and find out the roofing company that came over to get the job wants to bil lthe insurance company $10K to $15K more than what it should cost. This type of practivce is killing us consumers with higher insurance rates BTW.

Elite NEVER did that. I called Elite and asked for an estimate. David from Elite came to our house promptly. Since I had a 35 year old shake roof. It looked really bad. But it didn't leak and showed no major damage. David at Elite told me the truth. I didn't need a roof just yet. So I waited a couple more years and I asked them again, was told if not leaking and no obvious damage your good still. Since we are trying to sell our house now we determined we would finally need to replace the roof. Of course I reached out to David who provided an excellent estimate 5 years ago. I was worried since inflation has gone crazy those past five years that it would be really expensive now. But Elite was honest and the quote was adjusted correctly for todays inflation.

Elite completed the Roof replacement in ONE day. The cleanup was perfect and no damage to my yard or landscsaping. Very happy with the entire process and end result.

I needed to replace the roof on my 1893 home that had at least 3 layers of asphalt and 1 wood shingles. This was literally the roof over our heads. I vetted 4 roofing companies and Elite Roofing stood out for their prompt, professional and courteous interactions. I worked with Chad, who was not a sales person, but rather he was the project manager who was my point of contact from start to finish. I never experienced any hard sales pressure. In fact, he was more focused on ensuring that I had all the information to make an informed comfortable decision.

Roof install was smooth, great crew and when I asked about a minor issue Chad immediately rectified it before I could ask how we should proceed. It really was minor and I was never concerned that it would be an issue to address.

Never once was I concerned about this home improvement project thanks to Chad. He made what could have been a stressful project very easy.

I highly recommend Elite Roofing. My only regret is they don’t do plumbing!

Well-managed solar panel installation project. We had 14 American-made Silfab panels with Enphase microinverters installed on an existing Class 4 Decra metal shingle roof, one that many solar installers were unwilling (or unqualified) to handle. Project was completed on time and at an excellent price relative to the few bids we did receive. Great care was taken to avoid damaging the roof and in routing the cables through our attic to avoid unsightly external wiring. Close coordination was maintained with Xcel Energy and other parties to speed the permitting and commissioning of the system. Great communication with us throughout the process. Hats off to Keith, Larry, Robert and the rest of the Elite Solar team for truly a job well done. We are now producing power in line with the design basis and could not be happier with the result. We would highly recommend Elite Solar to anyone contemplating a solar project.

I have used Elite Roofing to reroof many of my own and client properties. They are honest, reliable, and don't oversell you on services (ie/ things you don't need). They are my go to contractor for roofing needs and I highly recommend them!

Had a great experience with Elite Roofing! We had a swamp cooler leak and had to have the swamp cooler removed/roof patched with a quick turnaround. Elite Roofing was able to get the job done quickly, and did an amazing job. Would absolutely use them for any future roofing jobs!

Competent, and honest roofer who follows through and got the job done on schedule- installed 06/24. Professional service that cleaned up well and did a nice job with no problems so far. Elite Roofing did an excellent job in replacing our damaged roof. There were delays outside of Elite's control (material availability) but they kept us posted regularly and did their best to expedite shipping. The workers did a super job of putting the roof down quickly and thoroughly cleaning the area of nails and scrap.

Team was efficient. They removed and completed my new roof in the same day. I’m happy with the results. There was also good communication throughout the process. I would recommend for sure.

Chad and Team were great to work with. I had 4 other bids and Elite was the best. They completed the entire roof in one day right before a snow storm and saved me from a lot more damage and anxiety. It was great that they had a solar division to take care of the removal and reinstall of the solar. They also did my gutters and gutter guards. I went with Elite because they do both solar and roofing and it was convenient to deal with one company rather than coordinating everything myself. Cody (Elite) is knowledgeable and always very responsive. They did a good job and I'd work with them again

We highly recommend Doug Dulac with Elite Roofing and Solar! We recently had our roof replaced, and Doug made everything so easy. They were even able to complete our large roof in one day, as I watch my neighbors’ roofs take 2-3 days. They were wonderful with cleanup as well. Basically, we left for a day and it was done, and we barely knew they were there. If you need any roof work, give Doug a call!

I reached out to this company because of how many positive reviews they had, but unfortunately I didn't have that experience. I scheduled them to repair hail damage and I was told I could get on their schedule quickly. About a week before this they had to reschedule, and then reschedule again. I was told the roof would take until early afternoon, but they were there the entire day working on the roof. We continue to find nails scattered all around our house. The gutters didn't match the downspouts, but they proceeded to install them which they then had to come back and paint. At the end of all of this I did get a new roof and gutters as advertised but it took much longer than anticipated and came with a lot of headaches. The number one thing I was most frustrated with throughout all of this was their communication. The communication was awful and I was not kept
informed, I had to keep asking questions about scheduling and when the job would be completed. I did not feel valued as a customer.

The roofers were efficient and removed the old roof and installed the new roof in one day. Elite also worked through the insurance and provided an upgraded roof to help withstand hail better than the previous roof.

Not a good experience for us and still not sure what was to be fixed was actually fixed. Finding another company to come out and check and will have to pay them also. Advice - get specific details like pictures and video on repairs before and after. Rating 2 instead of 1 only because of effort to try to resolve one of the issues we started with.

Phil Harris was recommended by my insurance agent. She had used him recently to replace her roof. Phil came out to do an estimate and identified major hail damage. He then worked with the insurance adjuster and negotiated on our behalf to get the ball rolling. They installed a new roof and a completely new set of gutters a couple days later. Phil was amazing at explaining the insurance process and expectations - even better than my adjuster. Phil's team were professional and did a great job of cleaning up once they were done. We had Elite Roofing do two roofs for us and we were very pleased with the outcome. The entire process went and smooth and quick. Phil is very responsive, accommodating and great with communicating. We will definitely recommend him to our friends.

These guys went out of their way to expedite my job and other paperwork I needed when my other roofer fell through two weeks before the sale of my house. They were a life saver. Super professional, responsive, helpful, and competent. Definitely highly recommend!

This team was one of the few companies willing to give me a quote to do repairs versus replacement. Everyone was extremely helpful and gave a great price to repair the damage to my cement tiles after squirrels or raccoons had dug into it and under my solar. They were able to coordinate the repair and moving my solar panels to get the job done. It’s so nice to now have peace of mind that this is done moving into the winter.

Called Chad at Elite Roofing. Got excellent service at a great price. Been using Elite Roofing for close to 15 years on several roofs and have never been disappointed. They really are the best!

Elite Roofing arranged for an appointment for roof repairs after we experienced a leak from our PVC flat roof. They sent Mr. Juan Gonzales, who did the repairs, explained what he did with photos, and was courteous and gracious in his manner. The experience was very positive. We will call on Elite Roofing in the future for roof inspections and repairs.

At first it was good.
The Bad…
All the items in the claim weren’t done and will cost more to do than insurance paid. They should have fixed it and put in Supplements to get the job done.

I was also told that for every referral I would get $250. That is not true. It’s a scam system where you don’t get paid for the second referral. Over 30k for a roof and you don’t pay for all referrals that are given to you?

They did a 3rd party appraisal to get more money from the insurance, they did not submit the personal property loss to the insurance in that appraisal. I was forced to be on the phone for hrs to figure that out . The insurance said that it should have been in the appraisal and wasn’t, and they weren’t going to pay for the loss. Long story short I had to submit all that myself and hope that they would accept it. It took 3 weeks but they finally did.
They also damaged one of my referrals roof awnings and it took 3 months to get that fixed. Elite tried to pass the buck, but ended up fixing it.

Almost 900$ fee to pay with card.

This summer we had a unexpected loss in our family around the same time that we were prepping to replace the roof. Cody was great to work with and very understanding about the need to be flexible. He worked around our other obligations and travel plans. Cody met the insurance adjuster at our house to discuss the obvious issues and make sure nothing was overlooked. We appreciate his attention to the process and having him advocate for us. The new roof was installed quickly and efficiently. We really appreciate Cody’s professionalism and follow up throughout the project.
