We started working with Elite Drain Solutions LLC in 2024 due to needing a new roof. Over the last year, State Farm disregarded the status of our claim. Elite Drain Solutions continuously supplied all of the needed documentation and communication to ensure we were appropriately taken care of. Not only did they promptly communicate with our insurance company, but they also guided us within the proper channels to educate us regarding the process and Ohio building codes. Throughout the past year, the insurance company requested additional documentation on multiple occasions. Elite Drain Solutions came to our home as many times as necessary to provide this documentation. Ultimately, we were able to be approved for a full roof replacement.
After our approval, Elite Drain Solutions maintained communication with us regarding our options for shingles, when the supplies were purchased, and when the replacement would be scheduled.
The replacement was quick and efficient. All debris and materials were picked up and removed at the end of the day. We could not be happier with the look of our new roof.
We had an amazing experience with Elite Drain Solutions, and we will always recommend them for anyone who may need a roof repair, replacement, or other work done to their home.

We called elite drain on a Sunday morning for a sump pump that was not working. They responded immediately and had a job in progress but estimated a time that they would be here. They were here on time and finished replacing the sump pump and were very personable and efficient. I would recommend them any time.

Had a emergency blockage water was back up through whole house. Nick was able to come out same day even after hours and get the clog out of the main line and didn't charge a huge amount other places do for a emergency call after hours.

Nick and Russ are great! We had a sewer line back up due to tree roots. They were able to come same day to find out the issue and give us a quote. Then they were back after the weekend to start digging and hydrojet to fix the issue

My sump pump quit working. Elite drains located the problem, bought a new sump pump and installed it the same day they came out. I had a lot of questions and they were patient and thorough until they were sure I understood.

After the snow storm came through on Jan 6th we had issues with our septic tank. Even tho we were under a level 3 Nick came out and helped with our problem. Would definitely recommend!!
