Jason and Josh and crew at Elite Remodeling Services replaced our roof entirely a few months ago and we are extremely satisfied with their work. We hired them way back in 2020 and because of unforeseen challenges with our insurance company we finally were able to have the roof work started and finished in 2022. Elite stood with us throughout the many months and responded to our every request. They’re top notch in professionalism, friendliness, and helping us along the way. The work crew on the two days the heavy work happened showed a lot of teamwork and were just very nice people. Such a great company. We referred them to our neighbors and friends. Thank you Elite!!!

I had a roof leak and called Elite and set an appointment for an estimate. While the gentleman was very nice, he arrived half an hour late to our appointment time. Not that big a deal, especially after he laid down some ice and rain matting to help stop the leak FOR FREE in the interim. After inspecting the roof, he asked me to call my insurance company and set up an appointment with the claims adjuster because he noticed damage. I did as he asked. The insurance adjuster contacted Elite and confirmed a meeting time between all 3 parties. Come meeting time, both the adjuster and I showed up to the house (house was vacant at the time) but the rep from Elite never showed up. I managed to talk to the insurance adjuster and keep her on site for an hour and still no one from Elite showed up. During the adjusters visit, I called the rep from Elite that I met with the previous day, no answer. No call back. Nothing. While I appreciate the matting that was installed on the roof to prevent leaking while I get it fixed, you lost a customer for no reason at all. I would of hired you guys had insurance not covered the claim. Now I am leery this could be a problem going forward.

We LOVE our new roof! We had Elite make a full inspection of our roof, help us understand what we needed and make an estimate. Their estimate was right inline with other contractors but their professionalism set them apart. The installation went extremely well, very nice, hardworking guys on the Elite team. We recommend them, worth every penny.
