Oscar and the ElitePro Roofing team were top notch. Oscar and his wife walked the entire property with us when the insurance adjuster was onsite to inspect the hail damage. Everything was a breeze and we are very pleased with our new roof, wood and siding repairs, new paint and new gutters. Elite Pro Roofing was recommended to us after our house in Dallas was hit by the tornado in Oct. 2020. The owner of the company, Oscar, was at every meeting beginning with my first call and he and his TEAM were amazing. They spent a great deal of time studying the job and going over every detail with us before we commenced. Our roof is very high pitched with lots of angles and Oscar studied every inch in detail. Once the big day arrived to start the work, it was like a watching a swat team in action! Everything was perfectly planned, coordinated and executed with precision. Our new roof (and gutters) are stunning. We could not be more pleased to recommend Elite. They simply are the best in class.

Oscar and his team just finished installing my new roof and I'm very happy with the project. The roofing team led by Jose looked well organized and experienced. Before nailing the new roof, Jose went into the attic space over the garage and the upstairs attic to make sure that there was no copper or pvc piping or electrical conduit or wiring that may get damaged when the new roof was nailed in. Also as the job was nearing completion, Jose checked a few times that the new vent pipes were installed as straight as possible and no daylight was showing around the vents from inside the attic areas. The cleanup of the debris was well done and I could not find anything left behind other than a few small felt pieces in the bushes.

Oscars crew was very professional and did a great job in short order. I was surprised how quite the whole process was. The roof looks great and the gutters I had them install will cut down on the erosion we were getting at the drip line of the roof.

I had Elite Pro Roofing redo my roof in Sherman, TX after several hail storms. Oscar, the owner, was incredible. He helped me through ever step of the process. This was the first time I had ever filed a roof claim and I wish I would have known to have him onsite when the insurance adjuster/inspector came. It would have no doubt saved a lot of Elite Pro Roofing’s time. My house was built in 1952, so the decking was not so great. Oscar helped me to negotiate with insurance to cover some of the repairs to the decking, which I learned insurance companies will very rarely do. Oscar even got on the phone with me and the insurance company and pleaded my case. His team was able to put all new decking on my home and add in some additional vents to help cool my attic down.

In addition, Oscar felt that my detached garage and greenhouse both needed to have a new roof put on as well, which insurance didn’t initially approve. He did all the leg work and put together an extremely professional report for my insurance adjuster documenting why the repairs needed to be done to the other buildings. Insurance approved it right away, and now I have a beautiful new matching roof on all of my structures.

I would recommend Oscar and Elite Pro Roofing to anyone for commercial or residential, large or small jobs. He and his team were very methodical and took their time to get the job done right and they included me in the process every step of the way.
