We should have listened to Igor from the START. Had a leak affecting 3 floors and 6 rooms of our home. Igor offered to do mitigation, but we went with Insurance recommendation of Servpro. BIG mistake - We should have had Elite do mitigation as Servpro flooded the unaffected side of our dining room and were a nightmare to deal with. Do your mitigation with ELITE!

Igor, Matt, and Samantha are a pleasure to work with. Aside from being laid back and nice, they go the extra mile on every facet of the project. They are very responsive, patient, and pay attention to detail, treating your home like it is their own. They think 10 steps ahead, are very familiar dealing with insurance companies/processes, and took a LOT of the stress off our plate.

They really take their time to explain everything in detail, worked with our schedule and anxious dog, and do top tier work. Whether its custom cabinetry and inlaid hardwood floors or basic drywall and paint, they do a phenomenal job. We have gotten so many compliments and are back to enjoying our home and entertaining. They are very generous with their time, and selflessly clocked dozens of hours working with us and insurance before we even began.

Elite is so much more than a roofing company, they are a top notch restoration and construction outfit. We would recommend them for any project of any size, they can handle it and know what they are doing both in construction and with the process/insurance. They are super experienced and capable, with a small Mom and Pop family owned feel to it all.

Would give them 10 stars if we could, they were a pleasure to work with. No question who we will work with for any needs moving forward. Elite is the PERFECT name for this company.

Had two cables hanging from roof. I made a post on next door and he saw it. He rehung the mounts for the cables. He also had to trim the tree that was forcing the cables down. Quoted me a fair price and did a real good job. Will use him again!!

Bought a new home about a year ago and had issues with water condensation on the walls and a leak that developed in my office. Igor came by and was able to identify the issue of the leak and condensation immediately. He spent time educating me on how important airflow in an attic is and how lack of properly installed baffles was preventing airflow for my attic. Great communication, wealth of knowledge, and friendly crew. I can’t recommend this company enough!

From numerous horror stories from friends getting their roof replaced I came into this thinking negatively. I scheduled Elite to come out and when they did naturally I was gaurded. Within minutes of interacting with Igor I felt positive vibes. He quickly explained the whole process that I’d be involved in and outline what he’d take care of. To make a long story short, they replaced my roof very quickly and did an excellent job. His crew also made sure I was satisfied with their cleaning process once he job was completed to ensure that the property was in the same condition as prior them being on it. I’m glad I didn’t have the same experience that my friends did. I would recommend elite home to anybody.

Very pleased, I had 3 other roofers refuse to discuss quotes with me for the shingle damage because the roof was older. This was the first place that would even patch/repair it. Matt walked me through my options clearly and let me choose to patch it until we can get through the insurance process. Will definitely want him back for the final repairs when the time comes.

Elite was fantastic to work with! We received several quotes, but Elite’s was the most competitive. They also demonstrated the most knowledge about roofing systems and didn’t try to oversell us, especially compared to some of the local big name competitors. Our new roof was installed by Elite Home Restoration after storm damage. They did an awesome job, all in one day, and the new roof looks great. Matt was amazing and a pleasure to work with. He immediately patched to roof to prevent leaks before the roof could be fixed. Elite Home Restoration completed a New shingled Roof, New skylight, New copper flashings and New gutters recently on our home. The entire process was very seamless and the project completed on time without any issues or surprises. We got a quality product and a better roof installation with drip edging as well as snow & ice barrier which was missing from the original roof when the home was built. Called Elite for a small leak coming through the attic. I would receive a call from one of their service workers shortly afterwards. With in 30 minutes Matt called me to schedule an appointment the next morning. He arrived at the time scheduled. Also had him quote new shingles for the gazebo. Matt thoroughly explained what would be done and when he could schedule me.

We had uncovered damage to house and siding when removing our deck. Repairs were done on time and no variance from the estimate. They even let us keep the siding which matched our 10 year old siding perfectly. Would use again.

Arek and his team were incredibly helpful. We had a skylight seal break and start leaking during the winter snows. He came out and got everything measured and installed very quickly. New skylights have been great with no problems. Would definitely go with Elite again.

We had suffered extensive storm, hail, water, and ice damage to our roof and siding. Matt Tokarski, from Elite, came immediately and surveyed the damage. Matt gave us an initial assessment and then coordinated every step along the with our insurance carrier.

Matt and Elite were professional and respectful with us and with our insurance carrier. Elite represented the damages, and thew code-required repairs, in a fair and forthright way. Matt and Elite helped the insurance carrier understand the extensiveness of restoration work required, both the seen and not yet seen.

As with any older home, there were surprises and discoveries -- with their complications -- along the repair and restoration highway. Matt approached these with his characteristic positive, constructive attitude and got good results.

Elite kept us informed every step of the way from coordinating with insurance to selecting new siding, new shingles, gutters and downspouts, roof tearoff and replacement, to installation of the new siding.

We had a new roof put on our home by Elite Home Restoration. Our project manager Matt was amazing from the very beginning to the end of our project. He came right away when we had two leaks from a storm, patched them before they actually were able to start to replace our roof.

Elite Home Restoration recently completed projects for me as a result of a severe hail storm in May of 2019. This was my first time initiating an insurance claim for damages to my roof, gutters, shutters, deck, garage door and interior paint damage to ceiling. Shane was my contact person and he helped me with every step of the process including contacting the insurance company, meeting with the adjuster, and selecting the right products and finishes for the roof, shutters, and garage door. They improved the ventilation in the attic. The house looks amazing with the new roof and new shutters. The paint job on the deck and interior ceiling were excellent. While it was a long process due to my insurance company's reluctance to settle my property claim, Elite Home Restoration was there to help fight the fight with my insurance company and the result was more than favorable. Mike McKibben continually provided reassurance, hope and optimism when I was ready to give up. He always answered my questions, and I had many, whenever I asked them. I can't express my gratitude for all that he has done. Not only does he have industry based knowledge, his customer service skills were exceptional.
