We had our steel building's roof (7000 sqf.) coated by Elite Roofing a few years back. We had several leaks that are no more. We also noticed that in the summertime the heat in the building was reduced to at least 10 degrees on average. Pete the owner was great to work with and we still have a working relationship to this day. The cost of the roof was 60% of other companies that we were looking at with the same warranties

We have a large commercial project that we hired Pete and crew to resurface the roof with coated urethane foam. The previous galvanized metal roof is approximately 20 years old and had began to leak in many spots. Pete's crew did great work and was timely and efficient. Communication is good. Elite Commercial Roofing has the capability and experience to do large projects. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent quality work! They sealed the roofs on our warehouses and not only has there been no more leaks but our warehouses have been much cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Saved us money on our heating and cooling bills.
