We have been trying to collect payment from this company for several weeks. They ordered parts for a customer and asked me to send them out ASAP so they could get the job finished, now they wont pay. They do not answer and cannot leave a message. Not Professional, Very bad business practice.

Nate and his team at ECI are rock stars. Super knowledgeable in their field and Johnny-on-the-spot when called out for a roof inspection. It is super important to me and my clients that the roofing partners we use are quick to act. The longer damage sits without being address the worse a claim will be for everyone. I called for a roof inspection as I was afraid my roof has sustained damage during ice storm and hail storm. Nate came over the same day, climbed all over my roof, gave me a very detailed explanation of the condition of my roof and actually recommended I wait for a new roof as there was not enough damage for insurance to cover it and it was safe and not leaking. How refreshing!! My peace of mind has been restored and I will be using Elite when the time is right. Thank you, Nate!
