Had Elite buildings install all new drywall in my house in Oak Harbor. Later I had them install kitchen cabinets, flooring, paint both inside and out. They did a great job overall and I would use them for future projects.

Miguel did a great job on a small kitchen repair. He came and took a look at the problem and then emailed a clearly written estimate that showed details and costs. We agreed on a date. He arrived with all necessary tools and left the kitchen clean and ready for life.

Miguel was patient and accommodating, working within my budget and providing additional services on site. He kept my mind at ease by addressing all my questions and concerns. Miguel took ownership of any mistakes and worked diligently to resolve them. I will definitely use his craftsmanship again in the future.

We had Elite do a rebuild of our twenty-five-year-old deck. It had become so rotten; we were afraid to walk on it!
Migel came out, inspected the project, listened to our concerns and desires, provided a written estimate and after we approved his bid, he began work immediately.
He was extremely friendly and excellent in his daily communications. He followed our instructions perfectly. He even worked on the 4th of July!
The result will be a joy for years to come.

We recently had Elite Buildings LLC perform deck repairs at our home. Owner Miguel Andrade was quite responsive to our request and his estimate was very competitive. Miguel was able to do the repairs the next day and he arrived on time and with the necessary tools. The work involved replacing several sections of the joists supporting a cantilevered deck. New sections were prepared and installed. The fit was precise and after installation, the new material was painted. I observed him working and he was both very efficient, diligent and respectful of our property. Miguel is a very pleasant individual and easy to work with. After the work was completed he cleaned up thoroughly, including removing debris from between the deck boards on the deck below the one he repaired. When he presented the bill it was below his estimate. I am putting his contact info in my directories for future work, and I highly recommend his firm for any of your construction, repair or remodeling work.

Miguel did a great job on our recent bathroom remodel. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness of the worksite throughout the process. And the completed bathroom looked better than we expected when it was completed.

The job was professionally accomplished. Miquel has a great eye for detail and gave us some good advise along the way. We are certain to use Miquel again as we continue to remodel our home.

We hired Elite Buildings to replace linoleum from a leaking toilet and replace carpet in one of our rooms. They explained everything they needed to do to complete the job, they stuck with their bid, and they completed the job in a timely manner. They were cheerful while working and they have the technical skills when encountering a problem. The results are better than expected.

Sometime when working with a business you just know they will leave you satisfied. After having Elite Buildings out to do our first repairs we called them back again to repair our deck. They told us it needed to be almost completely replaced and they would save whatever they could. The first day was sunny and they got it all torn down, but the next day it was pouring rain, they didn't stop, they worked hard through the rain to finish what they had started and in only four days we had a whole new, completely strong deck. They know how to make technical improvements to existing structures and explain what they are doing. They are trustworthy.

We needed a contractor to work with us at our property recently and needed someone flexible to work around our plumbers and the unique situation we were facing. The work was great quality. Good communication with him as well. He gave good suggestions and patiently answered our many questions.

Miguel was absolutely amazing to work with from the start by determining how to repair my damaged garage door frame and explaining upfront what would be needed. The job was not a large project, but he responded knowing it was important to me to provide quality workmanship. He arrived as planned to preview the protect needs, and estimate cost for materials/time.
I knew I had found the perfect company when he provided extra time to listen to my concerns, answer all my questions, and knowing he was fully bonded and insured. He offered his professional opinion on the project and went above expectations by making sure the work site was cleaned up when job completed.
He communicated throughout the project sending pictures before and after project completed that I greatly appreciated for my records. He picked up the paint at will call and completed some extra work request of caulking/cleaning beyond the initial project. I would hire this company again. I have to say Miguel with Elite Buildings LLC was awesome, he had to deal with my distracted self but even when I dropped the ball missing a contact signing date they accommodate me.(family/work distractions and whatnot sorry and thank you.) They were professional and responded in a flexible manner even when Home Depot sent me the wrong facing tub, they rerouted the plumbing and made it happen. The work looks awesome and it's so nice to finally have a bathtub with two kids. Also the price seemed reasonable as well other contractors were trying to pitch full remodels even though I explicitly stated we just wanted a tub addition.
