My husband and I just had our roof replaced by Elite Builders. The entire process from start to finish was nothing but a pleasure, as it could not have gone more smoothly from start to finish. Marcus came out to inspect the roof for free. He saw hail damage that had happened from a storm a year ago. Obviously, we had no idea of this. They contacted our insurance company and they simply wanted to repair the roof. Phil and Marcus assured us they would get a full roof approval, and sure enough, after much persevering, they did!! After meeting with them in their office and discussing the whole procedure, we were confident we had chosen the right company, as they were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. They explained everything in detail and even upgraded our shingle!! Everything was done in a timely manner. The entire crew was polite, hard-working, and respectful. There was not a scrap or nail in our yard to be found in the end. The roof install was impeccable and with a quality install and clean up. The professional and knowledgeable folks at Elite Builders were also pleasant and cooperative, from helping me decide the scope of my roofing project, to their final cleanup, (which included a magnetic sweep for nails). Pictures of the work in progress showed the excellent repairs made to the deck and eaves. Walls were protected with tarps. Some of the pictures of the finished job were taken by a drone overhead! The quality of the roofing installation, and associated materials, qualified for an excellent warranty. Certainly, Elite Builders earned five stars.

I had a great expierience with Elite Builders. As a single women it is scary to handle a project such as installing new windows for the whole house (18). Not only can you trust Elite Builders, but they will help you purchase the correct fitted ones. Their employees are very helpful and cleanup when they are finished. They also took care of my roof and put in a new vinyl flooring in my powder room. They finished it all in a timely manner. I would recommend them for any project you may have.

My wife and I had been considering getting something done about our roof. We had no leaks but didn't want to wait for that to happen. A friend recommended to have Elite Builders come out and give us an estimate. We scheduled an appointment with Marcus and he came to house within a couple of days. He noticed that we had hail and wind damage to the roof. He then suggested that we contact our homeowner's insurance company and put in a claim. Pictures that Marcus took and the report from the insurance inspection gave us the opportunity to replace the roof. We then decided to upgrade the material, replace the gutters and down pipes, along with adding gutter guards at a great price. The job was completed in less than two days and the crew for the roof and the gutter system were extremely professional and when it was over, it was like they were never there. An extreme amount of gratitude goes out to Marcus, Phil, and their amazing staff. We highly recommend them for your next roofing job!

We recently had our entire roof replaced by Elite Builders. In going through our insurance company, we thought it was going to be a really stressful hassle, but that was not the case as Marcus practically did all the work in dealing with the insurance company for us, only leaving a few phone calls and short emails for us to have to do. The first claim amount was barely half to cover the replacement but they were able to put in a secondary/supplemental claim after using a drone to more precisely articulate the severity of the damage. Again, Marcus handled the vast majority of the communication with our insurance company, and we ended up getting 100% of the costs covered by our insurance. Not only that, but they worked with our insurance company to pay for the our solar panel removal and re-install in its entirety. We got a brand new roof with modern materials that have a 50 year transferable warranty at ZERO cost to us. Once it got approved we had a brand new roof with the solar panels back up in just over a week. The roof replacement took 1 day to complete and it looks fantastic! Everyone we met is super nice and professional and very knowledgeable when it comes to roofing and dealing with insurance companies. If you’re in the market for a new roof, I highly recommend this company. They’re the best at what they do.

I was really worried about the entire process with having our roof done. We have been in our home since 2002 and knew the roof needed replacing. We couldn’t have asked for a better team. From the beginning getting the approval from our insurance, having our solar panels removed and watching these guys work so hard getting the job done. A damaged roof…the calls, the claim, the pictures, the adjuster, the hassle, the back and forth….
Then we got a knock on our door from Elite Builders. Honestly I was not going to deal with any solicitations. I was going to hassle it out with the adjuster myself. So I thought…but Elite Builders calmed me down, listened to my ordeal so far and reassured me that they were going to take on this project to get my roof repaired as soon as possible. With the impending forecasted inclement weather conditions looming, they immediately got up to assess the extent of damage, obtained accurate pictures for the adjuster and went straight to work with representing us to the adjuster.
The constant feedback by Elite Builders kept us updated with every step of the process.
Not only did we get a new roof, we got the “elite” roof warranty, far above the 25yr standard. In addition we got new roof gutters, guards and pipes and great pricing for uncovered items!

The best contractors in town. They will go to bat for you with your insurance company, super responsive and personable and they are always straight with you. I was able to sit back and let them do all the talking with the insurance company when they tried to low ball me on repairs. Once their team stepped in the insurance company tripled their reimbursement. It goes to show how much attention to detail and dedication the team brings to their customer engagements. 10/10 recommend, you won’t regret it.
