Elf & Sons

Elf & Sons have done numerous projects at our house. All of the work has been fabulous. The workers are very professional. Elf & Sons have replaced our old steps going downstairs with new cherry oak stairs - the stairs are beautiful. They then added a bathroom to our room downstairs. That also turned out beautiful. Their work is always top-notch. Lastly, they painted our living room and hallway and replaced all the doors in the hall leading to the bedrooms. David is a great project manager - their work is always done at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them for any work.

Tremendous company and team. We had a portion of our bathroom remodeled and the work is excellent. David is great to work with and connected us with an interior designer to select our design. Start to finish was 5 weeks. I highly recommend Elf and Sons.

We were so pleased with the work Elf & Sons did for us!

We worked with David to convert an existing unfinished loft space above our garage into a finished music room and office space accessed by stairs rather than a drop down attic ladder. This included building the staircase, adding joists to fill in where the ladder had been, building beams, installing all the new lighting, new windows, and a mini split, and installing the cabinetry and carpeting. They also replaced our entire roof.

David was incredibly responsive to all of our questions and helped us to navigate several of the design decisions we had to make. The work was completed on time and we couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out! We would absolutely recommend working with Elf & Sons and will definitely reach out for any future projects.

We can’t be happier with the work Elf & Sons did for us. They replaced our decking, railings, and some siding. David and his crew are professional, extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. If you go with them, you will be pleased. We highly recommend them!

Contracted with Elf and sons for a relatively small job (gutter and downspout replacement) mainly because they were the lowest bid. Also received excellent service. Crew arrived on time, was professional and efficient. After installation they thoroughly cleaned all demo and installation debris, even looking in hard to reach spots. Finally, crew chief walked me around the job site explaining the work and any planned deviations. A pleasure to work with and a great final product. Thanks David Elf and crew!

It was a great experience doing business with David Elf and his contractors @ Elf and Son’s Home Improvements. From beginning to end, the contractor’s were highly professional and did an excellent job. The Plumber did an amazing job adjusting my shower pressure, it definitely exceeded my expectations.

Elf and Sons have done several projects for us ranging from a total bath remodel to installing a new patio and fence. Their workmanship is always excellent and their prices are very reasonable. I have the utmost confidence in them and will continue to use them for all of our household projects.

Elf&Sons has done gutter, siding replacement, mold mitigation and prevention, foundation repair. And renovated my basement to look like something out of a magazine. Extremely pleased with their quality work and how easy they are to work with.

We discovered that one of the boards on our very large deck was rotten when my husband's leg went through it on Father's Day. We concluded we needed to replace our 20-year-old deck and got three estimates. The one we got from Elf & Sons was signficiantly lower than the other two. But beyond price, we were impressed by how knowledgeable the owner was and how he explained which parts of the deck did not need to be replaced. We were also impressed with the team, who worked quickly, even in the hot weather. We were not sure we'd have a new deck before the end of the summer but we should not have worried. We think it looks fantastic and we could not have had a better experience working with this company.

We've relied on Elf & Sons for several projects over the past two years, most recently for a major renovation of our laundry area. The work and customer service were both outstanding. David and his crew did first class construction and were a real pleasure to work with and David was always available for updates. The cost estimates were realistic from the start and the work was finished on time. The laundry area renovation required new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, framing, dry wall and painting. Thanks to David, the subcontractor coordination went smoothly. We really appreciate our new laundry area. Highly Recommended.

We've used Elf & Sons for a new roof and a large remodel of our home. David and his team were incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, collaborated on making our space exactly what we were hoping for and finished ahead of time.
